First time in Snow Town as a southerner, and this hotel completely won me over! ❄️ Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳 The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿! Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️

I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

This was my first time visiting Snow Town, and I had a great experience. The tatami beds were much more comfortable than the old-style heated kangs (the temperature was just right). The hotel is right next to the large stone tablet, so you can easily walk from one end of the street to the other and soak in the lively market atmosphere of Snow Town.

I was on the road for nearly ten days and this was the most unsatisfactory hotel I stayed in. When I originally chose it, I saw that it was a relatively good hotel in Suifenhe and the price was not very cheap. I thought the sanitary conditions and services would be relatively better, but it really wasn’t. 1. When I checked in, I wanted to arrange a room on the same floor because I was accompanying my parents. I also noted these requirements when booking. When we arrived, there were no rooms on the same floor. The front desk staff said they would help us move one. I said it was OK, but after we checked in, I found out that the room my parents had was older than the one booked. I think I can accept the smaller room class because we are on the same floor. But should you inform me when you change? After all, the cost of booking a room is different. 2. After washing my hands after entering, I saw a large sign of mold above the sink. This was not the result of being too busy during the holidays and not paying attention. It looked like it was caused by a long period of time. In fact, it is very simple to buy a mildew removal spray and rub it on. It will be much better. Instead of not handling it at all, it will affect the check-in experience. 3. There are cigarette butts in the crack of the bathroom door. The water is blocked and the water is completely blocked. It is impossible to take a long bath. This is simply because they did not take it seriously when cleaning. Since your hotel has so many rooms that can be booked, it should be guaranteed to be full. It won't affect the guest's experience the next day, right? Also, the previous customer used half of the excess toilet paper and the edges were wet. He didn't change it and just left it there for me to continue using. He was so angry that he forgot to take a photo. All in all, a very, very, very unsatisfactory stay experience.

I have to give a huge shout-out to this hotel's butler service, ambiance, and breakfast! Our butler was incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, making sure everything was perfectly arranged. He even helped us find photo spots with no queues and steered us clear of many tourist traps – he was an absolute lifesaver for our trip to Snow Town. The hotel itself is nestled beautifully within the snowy landscape, and the decor is both cozy and stylish. Our room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft we slept wonderfully. The common areas were also very peaceful. Breakfast was nutritious and hearty, with homey dishes like sea cucumber porridge, steamed buns, and various small sides. The ingredients were fresh and portions generous, giving us plenty of energy for a full day of playing in the snow. I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Snow Town – it's a definite must-book, you won't regret it!

The hotel I stayed at when I crossed the border from Suifenhe to Russia had a very generous breakfast and a very unique and nice room. I would recommend it. It's not far from the train station, but it's a bit difficult to get by by bus; it's about a 1.6-kilometer walk. The room was very elegant and boutique, and I was very satisfied.

(This is absolutely, 100% genuine and I'm so touched!!!) My boyfriend and I traveled together, and we only booked this hotel in Xuexiang the night before, but it turned out to be the luckiest decision I made on this trip! Shortly after booking, they assigned us an incredibly enthusiastic butler! From travel itinerary planning to basic hotel services, he was almost always online 24/7. He explained all the activities available in the scenic area, customized our route based on our preferences, helped us book all our tickets, and even arranged our return transportation to Harbin, considering the heavy snow might block roads. Ahhh, seriously, if we had any questions or didn't know where to go, we could ask him and he'd reply instantly! So cool! When we got back to the hotel at 11 PM, the hotel restaurant was closed, and there was no delivery service in Xuexiang. But our butler first prepared frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and other fruits for us, and then went out into the snow, checking multiple stores to get us dinner 🥹 (He truly anticipated all our needs and proactively recommended more cost-effective options – he's seriously so genuine 🥹) The hotel restaurant service was also excellent; the dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious! Today was so much fun! We saw thick snow, snow mushrooms, visited **Qiang's house, watched Northeast Errenzhuan (a local folk art), rode snow tubes on Bangchui Mountain, participated in a 'down jacket disco,' and embraced under the fireworks! So, I believe that the key to every trip is the encounters you make. We were so fortunate to encounter a hotel that provided such immense emotional value. This was a truly wonderful experience and a very romantic trip. In the vast, icy, and wild Northeast, gentle fairy tales can be told…💕

This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

I stayed in a loft room in mid-December, and it was one of the cheaper options in Snow Village. **Facilities:** The bed was a hard wooden board with a thin, one-centimeter foam pad and an even thinner mattress on top – thinner than military-issue beds. Even with a comforter, it was still uncomfortable and hurt my bones. The pillows weren't the flat kind for sleeping; instead, there were only thick, bulky bolster pillows, even plumper than those in typical hotels. My head and shoulders had to lie at an awkward angle, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. Don't use the excuse of rural conditions; anyone can tell if a mattress and pillow are comfortable just by trying them. After I entered the room, the staff member even proactively asked if I wanted to see other rooms. It seems the owner knows guests will find it uncomfortable but insists on this setup, hoping to coax guests who can't tolerate it into upgrading to more expensive rooms. **Environment:** There's a shared bathroom on the loft floor. If someone is using it and you can't wait, there's a public restroom right next to the guesthouse, so it's not too inconvenient. **Service:** When checking in, I said I didn't want to add them on WeChat. The front desk staff's persistent demands to add WeChat, using excuses like 'so we can contact you anytime if there's an issue' or 'it's convenient for sending service information,' were quite irritating. Can't they provide service without WeChat? Or is it inconvenient for them to solicit good reviews later? It took several times for me to express my refusal before they finally gave me a contact number. After reading their service regulations, I found out it's perfectly fine to leave a phone number! I thought guests who didn't add WeChat were in trouble and would be subjected to their 'pua' tactics. **Scenic Area:** The snow-covered rooftops are pretty, but you can only see about forty meters of them. The main axis of the scenic area is Xueyun Street, a two-hundred-meter street lined entirely with shops. Reindeer-drawn sleighs and dog sleds are common attractions you can see at many spots in Northeast China. There are also Yangge dance troupes and Ansai Waist Drum troupes performing along the street. There weren't many surprises or major disappointments, as I already knew it was full of tourist traps before coming. **Note:** A deposit was required upon check-in. The photo shows proof of payment.

The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!
