Perfect
It was a nice stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were sick during our trip and they helped us got medicines. The room has an amazing view and we saw the fireworks from the room. The location of the hotel is very close to all things, and especially perfect for those ski lovers as the ski ground is right behind the hotel.

The best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you! The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is! It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

This Hanting Hotel is newly opened, and its renovations and facilities are fresh and clean, with no odors. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing helpful information. The rooms are well-spaced for guests' convenience. There's a large free parking lot behind the hotel, accommodating dozens of cars, making it particularly suitable for self-drive travelers. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the commercial district, requiring a taxi to reach. Overall, this hotel is worth a stay for both first-time and returning guests.

A very good hotel for such a small Chinese city👍🏼The rooms are non-smoking, clean with daily cleaning, the mattress is comfortable, soaps and toiletries in large quantities with the aroma of green tea (very pleasant), breakfasts are quite varied and tasty, a beautiful reception and recreation area (this area is smoked). They checked us in before 2 pm (we arrived at about 10 am) without any extra charge or waiting.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

The hotel is conveniently located within Snow Town. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The heating system and hot shower work exceptionally well, which is especially appreciated in such cold weather. The hotel also provides a pick-up service from the bus stop and assists with transporting luggage, which is very helpful. All staff members are kind, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast is tasty; however, only Chinese dishes are available. The hotel is slightly expensive, but it is well worth the price for those who wish to stay inside Snow Town and enjoy the convenience and overall experience.

While not located directly inside the China Snowtown scenic area, this was not a significant issue. The standout feature here is the complimentary shuttle bus service. It runs to and from the Snowtown attraction upon request. We found it to be extremely convenient and highly punctual; the drivers were professional and the departures were always on schedule. Our room was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The housekeeping is thorough and consistent—fresh linens, immaculate bathroom, and no dust to be seen anywhere. The room was cozy and had effective heating—a must in this climate. Reception staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Snowtown.
