Service: This was my first time experiencing hotel service that felt as attentive as Haidilao's – it truly felt like coming home. The staff's constant refrain was, 'Just tell us what you need.' Someone helped with my luggage, breakfast was a relaxed affair, and when I asked if I could heat up food I brought, the response was, 'Of course, just wait.' Someone specifically came to my room, took my food to warm it up, and then brought it back on a plate. I genuinely felt the 'warmth' of their service! Comfort: Their beds and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm. I really felt the comfort of a boutique Atour hotel, thumbs up! 👍🏻 Photography: Even breakfast here was a treat. The beautifully presented small dishes were perfect for photos, and the view outside the window was stunning too.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was huge—easily big enough for four or five people in a double room. It's not too far from Snow Town, and the landlady even arranged pick-up and drop-off to Snow Town, and could help book other transportation. The service was absolutely excellent, and the price was very reasonable, offering much better value than the hundreds you'd pay inside Snow Town. They also have stir-fries, iron pot stews, noodles, and dumplings available, which is very convenient.

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

First off, a big shout-out to the hotel owner! We absolutely loved the room design. We're a family of five; my parents chose the 'Northeast heated kang bed' to relive their childhood memories, my husband and I slept on the Korean-style tatami with individual temperature control, and our daughter had a big bed. We each had our own space without disturbing each other. The room was spacious enough for all five of us, not cramped at all. My daughter, for the first time since we arrived in Harbin, said she finally had a meal she liked, thanks to the chef's cooking. The owner even gave us a discount, which we really appreciate. The location is also fantastic, very close to all the attractions. I've already posted about it on my social media!

This B&B's location is fantastic, right on Xueyun Street, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and exploring. The owner is incredibly kind; they upgraded our room for free and even helped us get discounted Changbai Mountain tickets, which saved us both time and money. When we checked out, they even helped deliver our luggage to the station. We also had dinner there, and the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced – I still can't stop thinking about it! Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent, and the hotel felt very clean and cozy with a great design. The staff were warm and attentive, helping with luggage and even bringing it to our room, which made for a really pleasant experience. I was very happy with the bed and bedding; the sheets were silky smooth, and it was so quiet that I slept wonderfully. The rooftop photo area offers fantastic views, and it's also very convenient to walk to the ancient town.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

A perfect trip to Northeast China, definitely a 100-point experience! From booking to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic. After booking the room, the owner's wife contacted us directly. Worried that we hadn't been to the Northeast before, she provided free itinerary suggestions in advance, helping us avoid potential pitfalls! She was very patient! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, with stylish decor. The room had good natural light, comfortable bedding, and a full set of toiletries. The owner's wife was warm and professional, even sending thoughtful reminders before our arrival. While the breakfast variety might be slightly less than in the city, after comparing many breakfasts in Snow Village, we felt that the breakfast at this hotel during the snowy season was truly the best! We ordered dinner at the restaurant, and the food was delicious and incredibly good value for money. The location is excellent, with convenient bus access right outside. Overall, it's impeccable. Highly recommend it, especially for families with babies – our child had a great time playing in the snow!

1. **Location:** This is basically the best location in Snow Village. After getting off the bus, walk about 40 meters along the left side of the China Snow Village monument, and you'll reach the hotel entrance. In the bitter cold, being close to the main road is a lifesaver. The back of the hotel faces a small river, and the amusement facilities haven't extended this far yet. Most rooms face this river, offering a very quiet and beautiful view. The fireworks display point is just across the river, so you can watch fireworks at night and the sunrise in the morning. At midnight, you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water and melting snow dripping, which is incredibly peaceful. 2. **Room:** Mr. Lü upgraded us to a twin room with a tatami mat on the second floor. The facilities are excellent. There's a tea-making stove and a medium-sized humidifier. Lying on the tatami mat while watching the fireworks was pure bliss! 3. **Breakfast:** It was average, but you can't expect too much in Snow Village. 4. **Room Heating:** The room has both floor heating and air conditioning. It was incredibly warm; I was sweating profusely even in the middle of the night. Even after turning off the floor heating, it was still hot. The entire building is very well heated. **Suggestion:** The bay window is a bit too close for privacy. Perhaps some privacy film or stickers could be added to the side glass. I used to go to Hoshino Resorts in Hokkaido every winter and didn't know about Snow Village. From now on, I'll only come to Snow Village. No more going to foreign countries; it's good to support our own people.

There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.
