The free Wi-Fi in the room was stable, the facilities were complete, there was ample 24-hour hot water, and the heating was excellent, making it exceptionally warm in the cold Northeast. The breakfast was plentiful and substantial, with a wide variety of Chinese stir-fries, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, whole-wheat bread, and local specialty snacks to satisfy different tastes. "Our family traveled during the National Day holiday. The hotel is very close to the Mudanjiang Tourist Center, just a 6-minute drive straight ahead. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM and can be enjoyed by 6:50 AM. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety. The room was clean and promptly serviced every day, and the front desk was very friendly. The Jingpo Lake cruise and the natural scenery of Chaihe Xiaojiuzhai were truly unforgettable. The children and the elderly had a blast! Mudanjiang is truly beautiful, with beautiful people and scenery!"

Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill.
The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere.
The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I drove to Hengdao Town from Jixi during the May Day holiday and chose a sunroom. It started raining near our arrival, so we didn't do much that day.
Amenities: It had a fireplace. It was cold and rainy that day, but the owner helped light the fireplace, which made the room very warm. She also kindly told us that the water would be turned off at 10 p.m., so we should get ready early.
Cleanliness: Very satisfactory. The environment was great, as you can see in the pictures.
Venue: Very nice.
Service: The owner, a local, was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a shop that sold homemade frozen blackcurrant juice, which was especially delicious.
I'd definitely go back if I had the chance 😄

The room is clean, but there is a cold wind coming in through the window. Please give the boss another quilt. I will sleep until dawn. Although it is on the first floor, it is very quiet at night. It will not be noisy to rest.
It is next to Jingbo Lake, but it is recommended that you still drive to the entrance of the scenic spot. There is still some road to walk inside, so it would be better if you can walk less

MirasalOur stay at Xuexiang Ruixue Yunting Hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and warm, which was perfect for the winter weather. Complimentary breakfast was provided. The hotel concierge, Xiao Ma, was extremely helpful and assisted us with sightseeing around Snow Town. He picked us up from the bus station, helped carry our luggage, and even arranged a chartered car to Yabuli West Station. Late check-out was also accommodated upon request. Highly recommended!

We booked a family room, which was very spacious, but the bathroom was right by the entrance. The vanity area was inconveniently placed when opening the door, and the clothes hook wasn't fixed properly and kept falling off. The power outlet was behind the curtain, which was annoying because every time I charged my phone, the curtain would open. I had to pull the curtain back several times during the night. The heater was in the bathroom, so we had to leave the door open for the heat to circulate, but it wasn't quite enough to warm up such a large space, possibly due to the very cold temperatures.

This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

It is clean and hygienic. Opposite the hotel is Maxim's restaurant, which is very convenient for tasting Western food. The hotel is located in the center of the old city, where Russians often hang out. The surrounding shops have Russian signs and the shop owners are all bilingual.
