The hotel is in the form of a garden villa, with a well-arranged layout, great views, and quiet at night. Most importantly, the service is very good. There is a dedicated 1-1 customer service manager to provide butler-style service. For example, the customer service manager Chen Yujian who received me helped me with many needs (clothes drying rack, receiving express delivery, and recommending food). He responded quickly and provided thoughtful service. It was very good.

Booked this for my parents. Had a great time. The service and environment were very good. The hotel upgraded the room type. It is worth recommending to others. I will also consider it if I come to Lijiang next time.

The garden-style hotel is really beautiful. The hotel is just opposite the ancient town of Shuhe. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the ancient town of Baisha. The set meal I bought is very cost-effective and the rice noodles included in the set meal are also very delicious. In addition to the beautiful environment, the hotel also has clean rooms. I would like to especially mention Manager Chen Yujian. She really responded to our requests. From picking us up at the parking lot when we checked in to sending us off after we checked out, she helped us with our luggage. I would like to express my deep gratitude here. I will definitely look for Manager Chen next time I come to Lijiang and recommend her to my friends.
