LijiangAncient City Kasion Hotel （ big waterwheel store）

Just got back from an 8-day trip to Yunnan with my whole family, including seniors and young children. The Lijiang O.C.G Hotel received unanimous praise from everyone for our accommodation. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Lijiang Old Town and has an underground parking garage. The room facilities were very comfortable, and we rested well. We flew directly to Lijiang on the first day and thankfully didn't experience any altitude sickness, which we had been worried about. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They upgraded our room and gave us a wonderful afternoon tea. It was so relaxing to have tea together after exploring Dali Old Town and having dinner. The next day, before we left, they even gave us bottled drinks, tea, and oxygen canisters, which we really appreciated. This was our first time in Lijiang, and our stay was short. The kids didn't get enough time at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, so we'll definitely be back and will absolutely stay at this hotel again. Separately, I heard they have a sister hotel in Dali that just soft-opened. We ended up staying there for a night too. It's right by Erhai Lake, and the staff there were also incredibly enthusiastic. Highly recommend!

Stayed for two days, and overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's service. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped gym and laundry room that were convenient to use. The location is also fantastic, being very close to the old town.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right near the North Gate of the Ancient City. You can walk directly to the Ancient City through the underground food street. The guest rooms are equipped with smart devices, like Xiao Du, to control the lights and curtains, which is super convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent; there's a rooftop garden with stunning views of the snowy mountains 🏔️, a laundry room, and a gym. It also has its own underground parking. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the rice noodles are delicious. Upon check-in, we received welcoming snacks, and the service was top-notch. Plus, there are many restaurants nearby where locals eat, which is really handy.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! The view from the window is breathtaking and the room is clean and tidy. The butler service is attentive, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend! The hotel scent was a bit strong, but the complimentary water and afternoon tea were a nice touch. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Grand Water Wheel, surrounded by bustling shops and restaurants. It's also easy to get to the Ancient City on foot, no need for a car. The hotel facilities are excellent and well-maintained, and everything is spotlessly clean. The ambiance is elegant, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were very good. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making this a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Lijiang.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I was a bit worried the photos might be misleading, but it looked exactly like the advertisements once I arrived. The staff were all genuinely friendly and proactive in offering assistance. It's a great hotel for families; first off, it's very clean, and the twin room has one bed that's 165cm wide and another that's 135cm wide, so sleeping with kids is easy. The hotel also provides strollers for families with young children, and there's a kids' play area on the 5th floor, catering perfectly to children's needs. The room layout was thoughtful and practical; the vanity and mirrored cabinet both provide privacy and easy access to items, and the sofa area offers a comfortable spot for a quick rest. The hotel's location is also excellent, within walking distance to Heilongtan Park and the Old Town (Dashuiche Gate). There are many other wonderful details and services that are hard to describe in just a few words, but overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The service was thoughtful and attentive; they even brought us an oil heater when we felt cold at night. The hotel is right at the entrance to the old street, and it's a short walk to the ancient city, which is very convenient. During our two-day stay, we received welcome fruits and snacks every day, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
