The bedding and towels were clean and odor-free, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. **Environment:** Boasting stunning views of Lugu Lake, it's tranquil and elegant. Waking up to such a beautiful view, away from the hustle and bustle, truly set a wonderful mood. **Service:** I absolutely have to commend our butler, Zhaxi! He greeted us warmly despite our late arrival, proactively turned on the heating to warm up the room, and was attentive and responsive to all our requests, making us feel right at home. **Afternoon Tea:** The selection was rich and exquisite, and the taste was on point. Enjoying it with the lake view was incredibly pleasant and rejuvenating. **Snacks:** Thoughtfully chosen and delicious, they were satisfying and filling, showing great attention to detail. **Minibar:** Fully stocked with drinks and snacks, and regularly replenished, making for a superb overall stay."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just 5 meters from Lugu Lake with breathtaking views. The front desk contacted us in advance, and a staff member came out to greet us, guided us to parking, and helped with our luggage. When the staff found out we were leaving very early the next morning and wouldn't have time for breakfast, they immediately prepared bread and soy milk for us, which was so thoughtful. The room size was just right, and the bathroom was spacious. My family said they'd love to come back and stay for ten days to half a month. This place instantly helps you relax and unwind; it's very pleasant. The only drawback is that our room was the first one on the first floor, so anyone passing by would definitely make noise. Even at 10 PM, people were still talking in the hallway."

The previous one didn't have adequate heating, so I quickly searched for another place on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon a real gem. The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff directly helped me transfer my luggage from the previous hotel, saving me a significant amount of time and making my trip incredibly smooth. Knowing I get cold easily, they turned on the heating for me while I was out, and returning to a warm room was genuinely heartwarming. What moved me even more was that a staff member, even after their shift ended late at night, was willing to help me dry my clothes. The next morning, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to my room. After checking out, I realized I had left something in my room, and they promptly brought it to me. To receive this level of service at this price point, I honestly wanted to tip them. To every staff member who assisted me, you all worked so hard, and I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful stay. The room itself was also outstanding. The previous hotel, which was even more expensive, didn't have facilities as complete as this one. The value for money here is truly first-class; the heating is incredibly effective. I could wear just a T-shirt and shorts in the room at night and still feel perfectly warm. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. "Right by Daluoshui, our room opened directly onto the lake. There are shops and restaurants nearby for dining. They offered afternoon tea and a souvenir gift. Breakfast was a bowl of rice noodles. The service was excellent; they helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. A big shoutout to Xiao Yongzhen! The hygiene was great, and the room came with a bathtub and a disposable bath liner. There's a courtyard for parking, with plenty of space and even EV charging. If you're on the first floor, you can use a back door with card access. Second-floor rooms have enclosed balconies."
