CComofueMy family had a fantastic stay here; we absolutely loved it. Beyond the beautiful scenery and convenient location, the staff's prompt responses really stood out. The attention to detail in both the hotel's public areas and the rooms far exceeded our expectations, completely unlike some 'influencer hotels' that only look good from a distance. The dining was also a pleasant surprise – the food tasted excellent. Many of my friends and colleagues are already asking about it. I hope they keep up the great work!

AAnonymous UserThis was by far the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Lugu Lake! It's located halfway up the mountain, so you wake up to stunning views of the lake. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's afternoon tea and breakfast were both incredibly rich and delicious! There are also many activities to enjoy, like the bonfire party and bonfire night talks, which were a lot of fun! The public area on the 3rd floor is super photogenic, and the 'sky bird's nest' is a must-visit for photos – every snap feels like you're not even in China! The staff's service was warm and attentive. Since transportation isn't very convenient in Lugu Lake, the hotel offered unlimited shuttle services, which was truly thoughtful! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserAnother absolute gem in Yunnan. The price is relatively affordable and all you get for it is totally worth it. The views outward the hotel lobby is stunning and the decor of the interior is very cozy and fitting. You have a full view of the lake from the front unobstructed.
Rooms have everything basic and more. Relatively spacious and decorated very extensively, cozy and comfortable setting and bed. Nice setup in the bathroom area and shower is spacious. Toilet with automated bidet is also nice. For those who like bathing there is a bath with mountainside views and bath salts/supplies given.
The AI and automated curtains add a nice touch, though this one is more primitive than xiaodu.
Staff were very kind and helpful，offered to drop me off at the bus stop and served dessert at night.

GGuest UserThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

MmiennWe stayed here for 2 nights and it was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. This time we stayed with my family and everyone was very happy.
We were very touched by many aspects of this hotel. We really did not choose the wrong accommodation. First of all, the service of the team was very considerate. They would try their best to arrange some of our needs. They also have a pick-up service to Luoshui Village, which is very convenient for going out for dinner and shopping.
The room was very comfortable and the scenery was really great. On the morning of the first day, my family went out, and I didn't want to go out. I stayed in the room while watching Lugu Lake and reading a book. It was very comfortable. We saw the fire clouds and rainbows from the room. We were so happy this time!
There are many thoughtful details in the room, such as a small box next to the bed for things that may be needed for sleeping, such as earplugs, steam eye masks, and mosquito coils. Especially considerate consideration 👍
The rice noodles for breakfast are very delicious, very similar to the taste of my childhood, we all like it. There is also afternoon tea, which is delicious.
The hotel also gave us a gift before we left, which was very touching🙏
Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience, the service was very good, very good 👍
Special thanks to everyone in the team, Xiaoqiang, Xiaofeng, and a male waiter (I don’t know his name), the big sister who cleaned the room, and the big sister who made breakfast, everyone was very attentive, we felt very warm and touched. Xiaoqiang is especially important, he seemed to know what our needs were, every time we asked him something, he was able to give us good information and recommendations, great 👍

There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! This B&B stay completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the owner's thoughtfulness. The room was warm and unique, with a combination of wooden furniture and greenery that instantly put me at ease. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom impeccably clean, and even the toiletries were carefully selected from carefully selected brands. The attention to detail was incredible!
The B&B is perfectly located, with views of Lugu Lake from the balcony. Just a few minutes' walk to the food court, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, provided a truly restful night's sleep. The owner also thoughtfully provided us with local food tips.
What touched me most was the owner's hospitality! From check-in to check-out, he cared about our needs like a friend and even gave us homemade souvenirs. This homely warmth is something you can't get from a hotel.
Highly recommended for those who enjoy slow travel and quality travel! I've already made plans with my family to bring more friends to stay with us next time!

The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with magnificent views of Lugu Lake – it felt like the lake view was brought right into our room. The facilities are excellent, and the duplex layout provided ample space, allowing our family to stay very comfortably. SScott N MUpon arrival, hotel manager Lamu greeted us with a warm smile and told us she could upgrade us to an even nicer room to welcome us to her lovely guesthouse. The location was great, the view wonderful and the breakfasts each morning were just right (and they served you sitting, vs. having to go through a buffet line)! The decor of the hotel is stunningly beautiful with lush gardens, rustic antiques and modern amenities all complementing one another. Lamu kindly offered to help us with any local tourism or transportation needs and easily accommodated our request to add a day onto our reservation, even giving us her personal cell phone number to contact her with any needs. We will definitely stay there each time we visit Lugu Lake!
