The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, and falling asleep to the sound of the water when no one else was around was wonderful. The butler, Zhima, provided excellent service! They offered honey grapefruit tea and tremella soup, and breakfast was very hearty! Plus, there was a shuttle bus service, so I didn't have to carry my own luggage, which was a huge plus! Lugu Lake is such a peaceful place, I'd definitely go back if I get the chance."

(It was just that during the Spring Festival, there were too many people and parking was very hard to find.)"

"We experienced a power outage and a few minor issues during check-in, but Ms. Zhuoma, one of the staff members, communicated and handled everything promptly. She even thoughtfully offered a freshly brewed rock sugar pear soup to my friend who had a sore throat. The lake view is beautiful, and the humidifier running all night made a noticeable difference in reducing the dryness indoors. I highly recommend staying here! My only suggestion would be to offer at least one non-spicy dish for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"Five-star praise, strongly recommend this homestay. From the beginning of booking, the housekeeper Chuyi added WeChat and kept in touch, and there was also a pick-up service. After arriving at the store, Chuyi upgraded our room type for free, directly to a loft, with two-meter beds on both the upper and lower floors, so comfortable! The lake view is right when you open the curtains, absolutely first-line, plus the window frame, it is as beautiful as a painting. The whole house is smart, super worry-free, smart toilet, projection, very modern. Although the breakfast is simple, the taste is very online, and the fried rice noodles are simply too delicious! The most outstanding thing is that they can also help us take photos of the starry sky and take us to see the stars. The starry sky of Lugu Lake is amazing! I will choose Yinman again when I come to Lugu Lake in the future!"

"The room was tiny, definitely not the advertised 20 square meters. It was very dark, with severely insufficient lighting. There was no table, so there was nowhere to put anything. The soundproofing was terrible; people upstairs got up around 6 AM to pack their luggage, making a lot of noise that made it impossible to sleep. The sheets had holes in them. They provided disposable bath towels, hand towels, and slippers. The only two redeeming qualities were that the back door of the accommodation leads directly to the lake."

There was a slight problem with the hot water on the day of check-in, but it was eventually resolved."

As always, the room's view was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the upgraded semi-mountain sea view room. Their butler service is very good, especially Duzhi, Lamei, Yangsen, and Danzhu, who are always responsive to any questions. They made our trip to Lugu Lake very smooth and enjoyable!"

Plus, the pier right next to the hotel is absolutely stunning – a perfect spot for photos, way better than the overly commercialized Dalianshui. Highly recommended!"

The bedding and toiletries are comfortable and clean. There's also a book bar, tea bar, and washer-dryer. After exploring the lake, relax in the courtyard. The breakfast is nutritious and varied. The front desk staff is kind and patient, and everyone who traveled with us was very satisfied."

"Lugu Lake is arguably my most frequently visited tourist destination, and I make time to stay there for a few days every year during holidays. I usually stay in Daluoshui, but this time I wanted a change, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right by the roadside, but you can see the lake right from the window. The hotel is quite new, with full voice-controlled smart features, and the bedding was very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lake is just a three- to five-minute walk from the hotel, offering beautiful sunsets in the evening and sunrises in the morning. There's a garden between the lake and the hotel area, perfect for a stroll after dinner. There's also a small pier, making it convenient to take a boat tour on the lake. I've heard it's even more beautiful in the summer when the seaweed flowers bloom, and I look forward to seeing them next time I stay."
