Our butler, Kevin, informed us about the hotel's activities and arranged a welcome gift for our child. The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out. There are plenty of activities, it's a great place."

"The room wasn't as new as it looked in the pictures, but overall it was still quite good. The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, and falling asleep to the sound of the water when no one else was around was wonderful. The butler, Zhima, provided excellent service! They offered honey grapefruit tea and tremella soup, and breakfast was very hearty! Plus, there was a shuttle bus service, so I didn't have to carry my own luggage, which was a huge plus! Lugu Lake is such a peaceful place, I'd definitely go back if I get the chance."

"I took a video but unfortunately couldn't upload it. The room itself was excellent, offering a direct lake view, and the owner was very friendly. For breakfast, I'd suggest adding some toast, as kids might not enjoy eating rice noodles every day. Another suggestion: it would be great to have disposable face towels provided in the rooms!"
