"The guy at the front desk was super nice! He replied to messages very quickly and was always there to help with anything we needed. The hotel's location is great, right below the Goddess Mountain cable car. Parking is free at the cable car lot, which is just a two-minute walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room view was good too, and we could easily walk to Lugu Lake. 👍🏻"

"Choosing Yunshui Mountain Villa for our Lugu Lake trip was absolutely the smartest decision! From dining, accommodation, and transportation to service, every aspect of this journey was full of pleasant surprises, and all ten members of our family were full of praise. First, let's talk about the food. The breakfast rice noodles were superb, fresh and flavorful. The kids devoured them, each having two bowls and still wanting more. Waking up to this delicious taste every morning filled us with happiness. The stay was even more comfortable. The villa boasts a tranquil and secluded environment; opening the window reveals stunning lake and mountain views. Sitting by the lake, simply gazing, I felt completely enveloped by the gentle scenery, my mind and body thoroughly relaxed. The biggest surprise was that this was the only place in the entire village with an exclusive private beach right outside, where the lake water was crystal clear and perfectly safe. The kids played there all day and didn't want to leave. The small garden nearby was also a treasure trove for families with children – choosing this place for families with kids is a no-brainer. I must especially commend the lake-view rooms – spacious and bright, with reliable branded amenities, the quality was impeccable. The bathtub became a playground for the children; soaking in it while gazing at the seamless blend of lake and sky outside the window was incredibly relaxing. On clear days, you could witness a breathtaking sunrise right from your bed, with the orange-red sunlight reflecting on the lake. That scene still brings a sense of healing when I recall it. Getting around was also incredibly convenient. The hotel's golf cart was available on call to take us to the village for meals, perfectly avoiding the traffic jams one might encounter when driving. Plus, the villa is super close to the entrance of the Lugu Lake scenic area, saving both time and effort during our excursions. The most touching aspect was the service here, which was considerate to the core throughout our stay. Any request posted in the group chat received an immediate and unambiguous response. Special thanks to Mr. Sangye Gyatso, who provided detailed guidance from the time of booking, patiently answered all our questions after check-in, and even planned a perfectly reasonable lake-tour itinerary tailored for our group of ten. Not only did we avoid any pitfalls, but the boat tour experience was also excellent and affordable. Ms. Xiao Qing at the front desk was friendly and always solved problems promptly. Mr. Iraq, the driver, was a steady driver and responsible in any situation, making us feel very safe in his car. The entire team was young, making communication effortless. They always greeted us proactively, were attentive, and often anticipated guests' needs, making us feel as comfortable as if we were visiting friends. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary beverages like Americano, latte, lemon tea, and lemonade. These thoughtful details made us feel extra warm. When it was time to leave, the children reluctantly hugged the beach goodbye, and we secretly resolved: next time we come to Lugu Lake, we will definitely stay at Yunshui Mountain Villa again! We must recommend such a wonderful place to all our friends!"

"The room design is fantastic! It's very close to Lugu Lake, and you can even see the lake from the hotel. What a shame it rained on my second day, so I couldn't capture more beautiful shots of the hotel. The service here is attentive, and the facilities are excellent. The cats are adorable, and the breakfast is especially delicious. If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here to make up for not getting those starry night and floor-to-ceiling window photos, haha!"

"I came here because of the excellent advertising on **, which felt a bit misleading. The actual experience wasn't as good as I expected. There are many other guesthouses of similar quality nearby, not just the four waterfront hotels that ** mentioned. The most beautiful swing photos were only available in the hotel lobby and public area, not in the rooms. The lake view from the third-floor window was decent, but not much different from other guesthouses. Perhaps my expectations were too high, leading to a significant disappointment. The breakfast was basic, completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price. The male staff were generally warm and attentive, but some of the female staff needed training."

"This hotel is fantastic, with brand new facilities. Traveling with my parents, safety was our top priority, and the continuous oxygen supply in this high-altitude area was incredibly helpful. My child also enjoyed activities like rubbings and trying on Mosuo clothing, taking many beautiful photos. Indigo is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here."
