GGuest UserThis is a must-stay hotel when visiting Lugu Lake. The hotel faces Lugu Lake, so whether you're at the front desk, in the restaurant, or in your room, you can enjoy stunning views of the lake and the sunset. The service concept and standards are truly five-star. There's a parking lot under the hotel, and the staff are incredibly helpful, providing car service for guests and their luggage. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, bright, and impeccably clean. They offer complimentary fruit and water, and even provide traditional ethnic clothing and accessories free of charge. Every single staff member is patient and enthusiastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Thank you all so much!

GGuest UserThe room is beautiful, and stepping onto the balcony to see the stunning lake view was amazing! Today, I discovered that the mountain directly opposite the hotel is Mount Gemu, the Goddess Mountain!
The overall design of the room is excellent, and all items within the hotel are complimentary. Especially the toiletries, which are SANTL products. My husband absolutely loves their body lotion; it's fantastic for combating the dryness at high altitudes.
The hotel service is superb! Before we arrived, the driver who dropped us off said that 'Qieman' (likely a mispronunciation of the hotel name or a local nickname) is the top luxury hotel in Lugu Lake, and that for pickups and drop-offs, they'd send either a Maybach or a Tesla. I didn't quite grasp it then, but when we actually went out, I realized it was true! Whether it's transportation, dining, the travel photography provided by the hotel, or cultural programs, everything is wonderful! You can have a very fulfilling and pleasant stay without even leaving the hotel!
Finally, what left the deepest impression on me were the classic books placed in the hotel room. It truly caters to the spiritual well-being of travelers! Of the two books, I preferred *The Moon and Sixpence*. Rereading a classic like that brought fresh insights.
It's a pity our time was too short. I'll leave the next stop for exploration, and 'Man' (likely referring to the hotel or a person) says, let's go together, fellow enthusiasts!

FFaye. CThis place is super clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff came out to greet us and helped with all our luggage (even our backpacks!!!). Since we arrived late, they specially held our afternoon tea set and brought it to our room. They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake, probably because I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. On the first floor, there's a common area where you can watch movies, and someone was freshly grilling local milk fans, plus they serve really good butter tea. They even have unique cards made from Lugu Lake grass seeds that you can plant – very special! Breakfast was abundant. Overall, it was truly amazing. My only regret is that our itinerary made us check in late and check out early, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the scenery, which is a real shame.

GGuest UserThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

The service was attentive, with impeccable attention to detail, even the welcome gift was thoughtfully prepared, making me want to come back again and again 💕. GGuest UserMy first review on Ctrip is dedicated to Muyu Guesthouse in Lugu Lake. As someone who doesn't like to do much research, I'm always afraid of being misled by online photos before booking. After browsing hundreds of hotels and guesthouses, I finally chose Muyu, which I suppose was fate. The result far exceeded my expectations: the entire guesthouse is decorated in warm orange tones, and every room exudes a cozy and romantic atmosphere. I especially loved the small garden on the first floor—among the guesthouses in the area, only Muyu has maintained its plants so meticulously, perfect for photos and for pets to play in. The short-haired landlady is efficient and warm, with a natural radiance in her conversation. From the spatial layout to the service details, her thoughtfulness is evident everywhere. Even the recommended local restaurants were a pleasant surprise. Lugu Lake is already a paradise worth visiting repeatedly, and Muyu's existence gives this longing a true home. After returning home, Mr. Z was inspired to write a poem for Muyu as a token of his gratitude:
Muyu: Emerald green hills creep up the steps at dawn, the reed gates open to reveal a lush dew.
Muyu The aroma of beans cooked in the spring fills the house; the cauldron, like clouds, is simmered, its surface shimmering like silk.
Occasionally, mountain birds are called to add to the wild vegetables; sometimes, the moon shines on the fragrant cup.
The most sentimental is the guest by the abyss, who rises at dawn to simmer a soup of fine, delicate ingredients.

The lake-view room I booked was absolutely worth it! Perched on top of a hill, the decor is simple yet elegant, and the room features smart controls. On a clear day, I could lie in bed and enjoy the serene views of Lugu Lake – it was incredibly therapeutic.
The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of dishes that were all beautifully presented and refined.
The hotel's restaurant and public areas are stunning, perfect for taking photos.
The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service made everything so much easier.
Definitely a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Lugu Lake!

There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! It was cloudy when I came, so I didn’t take pictures of the yard. The real picture is as shown~ The room service is also very considerate. We drove here by ourselves, and they helped us check in very late! The recommended tours and food are all great! I booked it directly

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the lakeside not far from the lake area. The balcony faces southeast. We arrived in the afternoon and saw the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake. Lugu Lake is quiet and beautiful, just like this hotel and the hostess of the hotel. A girl, enthusiastic and sincere. We thought that afternoon tea was just a cup of tea and a few biscuits. But they had 4 kinds of fruits, French fries and chicken nuggets, and the tea was also a local specialty flower tea. It was very attentive at first glance. There were also desserts in the evening. The rice noodles for her breakfast were much better than those in most restaurants. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the hot water in the bathtub is sufficient. It adds a lot of color to the trip to Lugu Lake. I look forward to going there again next time.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site.
Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing.
Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely.
There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car.
You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms.
They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
