__WeChat286811****The place is very photogenic, and they even give welcome gifts. The service is also very attentive, and the afternoon tea was delicious. We were lucky to see the beautiful morning mist and had a very comfortable stay.
Environment: Directly facing Mount Gemu Goddess, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are perfect for photos, and there's plenty of natural light. The combination of green grass, blue lake, and distant mountains is simply stunning, and it's even more magical with the clouds rolling by.
Service: The service was very attentive, and they were very quick to respond to our pick-up and drop-off requests.

The room is comfortable and clean, with complete amenities. The bathtub comes with bath salts and disposable bath bags, as well as hair conditioner and body lotion! Very considerate~
There are free fruit plates, snacks and tea when you check in. It's so happy to enjoy them with the beautiful scenery.
The young lady and the young man at the front desk are very enthusiastic and also provide pick-up and drop-off services to nearby attractions, which is very considerate!

GGuest UserThe guy helped me upgrade the room type. The view is beautiful. The hotel is very quiet. The facilities and services are also very good. There are also speakers, bonfires, and floor heating in the room. The view by the window is the finishing touch. As night falls, every frame is a different oil painting-like mountain and lake view! The surprise is the food in the restaurant, which is unexpectedly delicious. I bought the restaurant for dinner two nights, and there was white fungus soup and hot milk in the evening. It was a very pleasant experience!

__zx518212801232****The room was spacious and the location was excellent, right in the heart of Daluoshui Village. On-site parking was available. The service was incredibly attentive and prompt. We were upgraded to a lake-view twin room, and the view of the lake from the window was stunning. They even provided complimentary fruit and afternoon tea. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious. It was very quiet at night and the mattress was super comfortable. The courtyard was also beautiful, and the kids absolutely loved it. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Lugu Lake.

QqiuxinruiI am willing to give a full score to the B&B. It completely changed my prejudice against B&Bs. I used to only stay in hotels, but there is only the Indigo International Five-Star Hotel in Lugu Lake, and it is not adjacent to the lake. So I chose Qiushan, which is full of flowers all the way. From the beginning of the reservation, there was a housekeeper contact, and the most important thing is that the sense of boundary is very good. The hotel is in Ninglang Village, there is no business in Daluoshui Village, and it is also very clean. The scenery outside the window is like an oil painting. There are plenty of drinks every day, afternoon tea, and Tremella milk in the evening. Although the breakfast is not rich, it doesn’t matter what to eat in such a scenery. It is recommended to have a toaster. The sanitation is clean, the bedding and supplies are very good, and the most comfortable thing is that the sense of boundary of all the enthusiastic staff makes you very comfortable. Unlike other B&Bs, you can make friends, but there is also a sense of intimacy. Like a hotel, you can find someone to solve any problem at any time, and I won’t disturb your sense of relaxation on vacation. I stayed for 3 days and I didn’t live enough, so I will come again.

The service is considerate and in place, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they are warm and thoughtful, and they respond to every request. The hygiene is impeccable, and every corner is clean and tidy. The best thing is the environment, with the green mountains behind and the lake view in front, and the terrace to drink tea and watch the sunset is super healing. It is definitely the first choice for vacation, and I will come again next time!

There is also a large viewing platform on the fourth floor of the hotel with a good view. The staff has a good service attitude, responds quickly to requests, and is basically responsive. When entering and leaving the hotel, they will take the initiative to say hello, communicate and talk. When they go out to eat, the hotel will also pick up and drop off. When they leave, they will also send a souvenir. GGuest UserI didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly.
The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful.
One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained.
A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time.
