Another absolute gem in Yunnan. The price is relatively affordable and all you get for it is totally worth it. The views outward the hotel lobby is stunning and the decor of the interior is very cozy and fitting. You have a full view of the lake from the front unobstructed. Rooms have everything basic and more. Relatively spacious and decorated very extensively, cozy and comfortable setting and bed. Nice setup in the bathroom area and shower is spacious. Toilet with automated bidet is also nice. For those who like bathing there is a bath with mountainside views and bath salts/supplies given. The AI and automated curtains add a nice touch, though this one is more primitive than xiaodu. Staff were very kind and helpful，offered to drop me off at the bus stop and served dessert at night.

I really enjoyed my Ligu lake trip, such a good experience as my first time travel to China 🇨🇳 Sarah and her team members are helpful, I had good breakfast also good coffee that you can asking for at any time 🫶 my room is really clean, that’s an important. Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

The hotel boasts excellent design, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home! Our room had a breathtaking view of Lugu Lake; we could open the window and see it, and it was just a short walk to the lakeside where we could even take a 'pig trough boat.' The owner is a local Mosuo person, very polite and hospitable. We also got to visit their unique grandmother's house. Getting to Mount Gemu Goddess was also very convenient, and we even asked the owner for travel tips. The cleanliness was exceptional, truly a five-star cleaning experience. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, the glass was sparkling clean without any fingerprints. The bathroom fixtures were TOTO brand, and the bedding was high-end and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and exquisite! The morning mist over Lugu Lake is truly beautiful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I chose the Zaojian Hotel for my trip to Lugu Lake this time, and my stay was incredibly satisfying, earning a five-star review! The hotel's public areas are beautifully designed and elegantly furnished, with cozy corners everywhere perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Sitting in the common areas, you can quietly soak in the atmosphere of Lugu Lake, feeling completely at ease and relaxed. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise – fresh ingredients, a wide variety of choices, authentic flavors, and even local specialties. I especially want to commend our housekeeper, Dolma. Her service was meticulous and thoughtful, following up with us throughout our stay, both before and after check-in. She was quick to respond to any requests and treated us with warmth and hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a peaceful, healing atmosphere. Compared to other accommodations around the lake, this place wasn't noisy at all, and the service was genuine and not perfunctory. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation to Lugu Lake; I'll definitely choose Zaojian again next time.

The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent amenities including a smart toilet, hairdryer, kettle, and disposable toilet seat covers, making our stay very comfortable. It even came equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was perfect as we were able to wash all our clothes during our two-day stay at Lugu Lake. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The pillows for resting our heads were just the right height, and the soft bolster pillows were very plush. It was truly Atour-level quality, excellent! The toiletries were also great. My family is always concerned about hotel hygiene, but here we felt completely at ease sleeping without needing to use our own disposable bedding. The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to Lugu Lake. We could just walk through the courtyard straight to the lakeside, which was incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning and taking a stroll in the evening. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The afternoon tea was delicious with a generous selection of pastries, and they were happy to bring more if we requested. They also offered pick-up and drop-off services with a very nice vehicle, and helped with our luggage. The service attitude was truly outstanding.

Originally we wanted to stay in Dashuoshui. After arriving at Lugu Lake, we went to Dashui for a walk. It was too noisy for us. Sanjia Village is a good choice, with convenient transportation and quietness amidst the bustle. We visited the B&B first and then made a reservation. The rooms were no different from the ones advertised in the pictures. The facilities were complete and clean. The projectors and smart toilets all worked well. The boss was very nice. He chatted with us, recommended places to play, and protected us from lightning. They also turned on the air conditioner for us in advance, which was very considerate. You can see the lake when you open the curtains in the room. The view from the B&B is very good. The breakfast is very rich, much better than what we spent 15 yuan to eat outside. Not only is the view of the lake great, there is also a wetland park outside which is great for walking. There is also a kitten in the store who is very friendly and cute.

The lake view is absolutely stunning! Breakfast was served promptly and was very tasty. Taking a hot spring bath was particularly comfortable – pure bliss! We booked rooms with private hot tubs for both nights, which was incredibly relaxing. The place was also very clean. Plus, there's a street full of eateries right out the back door, making it super convenient to stay here in Daluoshui Village.

This hotel offers great value for money. From the third-floor balcony, you can enjoy views of Mount Gemu Goddess and the lake. The illuminated landscape pool in the courtyard at night is truly beautiful. Small to medium-sized dogs can stay for free. The location is excellent, very close to Sanjiacun Pier and various restaurants. Navigation is clear, and having a parking lot within the hotel premises is very convenient. The bedding is clean, and the floors are tidy. It's thoughtful that you can arrange for housekeeping after you wake up (though it would be even better if the auntie didn't knock on the door in the morning!). The front desk staff are very diligent. They followed a professional script during check-in and informed me in advance that although my reserved room met my orientation request, it only offered a courtyard view. However, the upgraded lake view rooms face east and north. They were also very responsive throughout my stay. The whole house features intelligent XiaoDu smart home devices and comprehensive energy facilities, including accessible amenities. What's truly commendable is that all the bathrooms are equipped with TOTO products, and they've invested heavily in TOTO's own Washlets – this was the most comfortable toilet experience during my trip west. The landscape pool and the Zen-inspired interior design are quite comfortable, but the sound insulation is just average (-0.2). Breakfast is provided, but I didn't eat it, so I can't comment. Late check-out available (+0.5). Room upgrade received (+0.5). Laundry room available (+0.5). The landscape pool and courtyard are big plusses (+0.5). No deductions so far.

Room is quite comfortable, location is great as it is really near to plenty of restaurants and convenient stores, like a 1 min walk. Besides, staff were helpful and friendly, served us teatime at night when we are back. The lobby area is nice as well
