"This was the best trip ever! I travel to 3-4 cities every year, but this was genuinely the most comfortable stay. 1. The room was clean, and even though it's newly opened, there was no strange smell. 2. The staff seemed genuinely happy; even the laundry room attendant, seeing us waiting for our clothes, proactively offered us chairs to rest. 3. The key card is made of wood, which shows a great commitment to environmental protection. The in-room facilities are highly automated, and the use of space is also excellent. 4. Some of the better room types even feature a dual-zone smart sleep massage system, which truly makes it an incredible value for the price."

"I can only say I'm extremely satisfied. I arrived at Sayram Lake after 9 PM. The hotel I originally booked was ranked number one on Ctrip's luxury list, but when I got there, I found it was miles away from the lake and the room was terrible. So I decided to look for a chain hotel, and among similar price points, I chose Atour's new brand. I can only say it really won me over. Hotels in tourist destinations should have local characteristics instead of being generic or just putting out ugly things. The hotel room was quiet at night, but there was some noise during the day due to a construction site. Atour's bedding is very comfortable; I fell asleep instantly. The hotel's breakfast gets full marks; it's excellent value for money. When checking out, the front desk staff told me they added some items themselves, which made it so plentiful. I believe resort hotels should be like this – operated with care to create a great environment for guests. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of us. "I originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!"

"I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sayram Lake! Before coming to Xinjiang, my biggest concern was the accommodation, but it turns out I worried for nothing. This place genuinely surprised me in the best way possible. If I ever get the chance to visit Sayram Lake again, I'd definitely choose to stay here. Room: Clean and tidy, and as a new hotel, there were no strange odors. The bedding was high-quality, and they even provided rubber pillows. Since the climate is dry, the hotel thoughtfully provided a humidifier. From the panoramic view room, you can see the stunning Sayram Lake. Dining: The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Afternoon tea is served on the hotel's top floor, perfect for enjoying at sunset. On my last day, while strolling around the hotel grounds, I was drawn to the restaurant by the aroma of grilled lamb skewers. I discovered the hotel's restaurant serves fantastic dishes, but I was already full by then. I only ordered the lamb skewers to satisfy my craving, and as for the taste, it was simply 'fragrant'! Service: As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone was there to help with my luggage, and the staff were enthusiastic and polite throughout my stay. Location: It's about a 5-minute drive from the East Gate of Sayram Lake. I think this location is just right – you can enjoy the scenery without it being too noisy. Bonus points: The hotel's afternoon tea is very photogenic, and the chef's yogurt naan bowls are incredibly delicious. Don't miss them, friends!"

"The hotel service was absolutely amazing, truly the best service and breakfast we had on our Xinjiang trip. When I called the front desk at night to ask for two extra bottles of water, they surprisingly delivered warm water, and even upgraded us for free to a room with the best view! Breakfast was divine; the cheese bao (bun) was incredibly delicious, and you could even take coffee to go. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake. Oh, the only downside was that out of the two pillows, one was too high and the other too firm, which isn't ideal for those who prefer soft or low pillows."
