The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

I booked a pet-friendly hotel on Ctrip for my ski trip to Sayram. It's located in the heart of the town's main street, right across from a car charging station, and there's a convenience store and a convenience store downstairs – super convenient! The ethnic attire worn by the front desk staff was also very unique. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the visitor center, making travel super easy. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and I slept wonderfully!

Very simple local herdsman's house, they light a stove at night, so it's not cold. The accommodation environment is not as good as a hotel, but the living environment experience is great. Living on the hillside, you can see the Sailimu Lake from a distance, the viewing effect is better, and if the weather is good, you can also see the sunrise. There are many cows, horses, sheep, and small animals nearby. The car is parked in the nearest parking area by the lake. The brother will pick you up and down the mountain, and the barbecue is also good.

The hotel is fantastic, and the location is superb, very easy to find, close to the entrance of Sayram Lake. The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and it's incredibly quiet at night. You can even catch the sunrise if you wake up early! The breakfast is plentiful. It is very convenient for dining and shopping (the prices around the scenic area are too high and the price is very poor), not far from Saihu Scenic Area. The family who run the B&B are very kind, friendly, and down-to-earth. In the evening, the owner came down to pick us up, and along the way, we even encountered a flock of sheep returning home. Xinjiang has a wide temperature swing, and it can be quite cold at night. When we arrived, the yurt was already warm with a charcoal fire. Ask the aunt if you'd like some home-cooked meals or kebabs. The lamb skewers are tender and flavorful, not at all smelly, truly unlike what you'd find in the city! The bedding is provided with disposable sheets, which felt hygienic and warm. There are also solar panels for charging our phones. The vast starry sky at night and the tranquility and elegance of Sayram Lake are a stark contrast to the daytime scenery, offering a truly precious escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Though noise is a concern, bring earplugs. The children in the neighboring yurt were so excited they were up early to play, so we woke up early to watch the beautiful sunrise over Sayram Lake. Thank you to the host family for their warm hospitality. We were able to experience the life of herders, the joy of chasing sheep, and the opportunity to gallop on horseback. It was such a great experience on my first trip to Xinjiang. I hope to come back again if I have the chance.
