GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and conveniently located near the old east gate exit of Saihu Lake, which was great after a day of exploring. The underfloor heating kept the room wonderfully warm. The security guard at the entrance was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready with a friendly chat. The only downside was the mini hotpot for dinner. Although it was inexpensive as part of the set menu, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're too exhausted to move. Breakfast was just enough to fill your stomach. I hope they can improve the extremely salty beef sauce that came with the mini hotpot. However, the room's view was truly amazing; you could see the 'pink mountain' at sunrise. The complimentary fruit platter was also a nice touch and very well presented.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake is beautiful, but don't expect too much from the hotels and homestays around it. The price-performance ratio of food, accommodation and transportation will definitely be worse. This is where the overall tourism environment of Sailimu Lake Scenic Area needs to be improved. Xixi Qili has a good location, very close to the East Gate, and it is very convenient to eat around. The hotel's housekeeper is very enthusiastic and responsible, and is very good at coordinating things. The little sister at the front desk needs to learn to treat guests with a smile, make money with harmony, and welcome tourists from all over the world with an attitude of making guests feel at home.

During check-in, her movements were swift and the process clear, making the entire experience efficient and smooth, without any delays. From verifying information and handing over the room card to explaining hotel facilities and important notices, every step was handled with rigorous attention to detail. She even intentionally slowed her speech and patiently answered my questions, ensuring I didn't miss any crucial information. Noticing my travel gear, she thoughtfully inquired about my itinerary and recommended nearby attractions, even providing details on transportation and optimal travel times – her thoughtfulness far exceeded my expectations.

2. The room is clean and warm, with floor heating, even with the bed is warm, sitting in the house and watching the snow is very comfortable
3. There are two cats in the homestay, you can pick them casually, super cute
4. The boss is tall and handsome, and will take the initiative to help carry the luggage. If you have any needs, just talk directly. It is very enthusiastic and easy to talk.

GGuest UserThe room was split into two levels, with one bed per level. There was no air conditioning, just a hollow switch. Even with the window open, it was still stuffy. The quilt was too thick; it felt cold without it, and hot with it. The only good thing was the included nuts and snacks. There was also a special offer with the booking process, including a photo shoot and retouching, but the front desk clerk never mentioned it to us. It was outrageous. I paid over 1,500 yuan for a room, and this was the only service I received. I even booked two rooms. I called back and they were rude. They said they'd have the front desk clerk call me back, but they never did. Absolutely terrible! Never book this hotel!!! The bathroom didn't even have a dry/wet area, and the toilet didn't even work!!!

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, roommates didn't bother each other, and the shared facilities were convenient. The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! I sincerely hope your business prospers, and that you'll have a steady flow of customers.

We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.

GGuest UserIf you can stand the dry toilets in the countryside, come here! I actually lived in the summer pasture of Kazakh herdsmen! The experience is superb! The sunset, the starry sky, the sunrise, the flock of cattle and sheep, the enthusiastic puppy. There are so many sheep's screams. The mottled rats running on the hillside in the morning. Before going up the mountain, I washed the parking lot at the point. I also brought some tap water in the bottle and prepared some wet tissues. I could clean it myself and simply washed it at night. The boudoir was built with a stove, not cold, and hot water was burned. The landlord sent small peach and small apricots, sweet! The key is to see the sheep up close, and also ride the horse, happy! There is electricity available at night.
