"This hotel is located in a newly developed area next to Sai Lake, so there's still a lot of construction happening around. It's not too far to drive to the scenic area entrance. The hotel environment is decent, and given its location by Sai Lake, prices are generally on the higher side, which is to be expected. They offer afternoon tea and coffee, along with dining options. You can even get the afternoon tea to go, and the food itself is pretty good, saving you the hassle of finding places to eat outside. The hotel is quite large and offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The rooms are new and in good condition."

"My first stop on this Xinjiang trip was this Kazakh-style hotel near Sayram Lake, and it was such a delightful surprise! The overall decor was brimming with rich ethnic charm, with yurt elements and ethnic patterns creating a truly immersive atmosphere. The hotel even provided a complimentary #PlatinumEthnicPhotography session 📷, and the photos turned out amazing. Photographer Mr. Wu was excellent at guiding the guests and paying attention to detail. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, making for a very safe and comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and patient, and the location was convenient."

"This was my second stay, and it was still fantastic! Last time, the shower pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and the hotel said they'd bring a welcome fruit platter next time. Surprisingly, it was actually there on the table in my room, and they even upgraded my room for free. There's a night market right outside the hotel with ethnic performances, and the barbecue was delicious. The hotel's landscaping is excellent. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast deserves special praise. The variety is amazing, with not only common Western bread and coffee but also many authentic local hot dishes, and the fruit was very fresh. At checkout, the staff warmly inquired about my stay. Whether it's the facilities or the service, the front desk was incredibly responsive and patiently answered all my questions. They even delivered urgent items to my room. This hotel excels in everything it offers, making it extremely good value for money."

The front desk staff are all attractive and provide excellent service. "We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay."

"The room itself was alright. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite, which looked decent at first glance, but it wasn't really suitable for living. The loft bed had no window and was very stuffy, making both of us feel a bit dizzy. The service was genuinely poor, apart from the front desk guy who was okay, everyone else was not good. I called the front desk to fix the TV sound, to send afternoon tea, and to warm up some food. It took at least half an hour for them to come and deal with the TV sound. I had to make a second call for the afternoon tea. As for warming the food, let's not even talk about it; they took the food and never brought it back warm, from the afternoon until we checked out the next day. Breakfast wasn't great either. The fruit for afternoon tea wasn't fresh."
