The RV camp at Sayram Lake offers an amazing experience! I initially thought the RV would be small, but the interior space was much larger than expected. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean with a good wet/dry separation. The staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. The camp's location is superb; just step out and you're greeted by the stunning lake views, often called 'the last tear of the Atlantic Ocean.' Lying in bed at night watching the stars and waking up to the sunlight in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

I tried it just for the RV experience. The comfort level was just so-so, and it was quite dry inside. If you're not specifically looking to try out an RV, I wouldn't recommend it.

The butler was incredibly thoughtful. Seeing that we were a family of three, they upgraded us to a one-bedroom cabin, which was a wonderful surprise! As soon as my child entered the cabin, they asked, 'Can we stay here forever?' 😅 The service staff were also very professional; they saw our luggage and immediately offered to help. Overall, this was a fantastic memory from our Xinjiang trip, and if we have the chance, we'll definitely choose this place again.

The room was great, with a skylight perfect for stargazing and amazing views! It's also very close to the scenic area, which is super convenient if you're driving. The staff member (little brother) was really helpful too, assisting us with parking and carrying our luggage. We'll definitely be back!

The owner was fantastic and upgraded us to a cabin. The signs were also very clear.

This was my second stay, and it was great! The breakfast was delivered to the room and was very substantial. The room had underfloor heating, air conditioning, and even a heater in the bathroom. The location is also excellent. Highly recommend!

This hotel has a unique, camp-style vibe, and I highly recommend it for road trips. It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

The accommodation was great – spacious, clean, and warm, with charging facilities. Abdul Salam was excellent; he realized our room type didn't include breakfast and kindly provided vouchers. He even upgraded us to the cabin we'd dreamed of! The cabin was lovely, warm, and spotless.

The room was generally clean and hygienic, but the front desk was a bit far from the room, quite a walk! Breakfast was pretty simple! However, with glass all around, watching the sunrise in the morning was breathtaking! It's a shame I didn't get to see the stars at night.
