Excellent
GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic, five stars! Because it was rainy and cold that day, the hotel thoughtfully turned on the room's heating in advance. It was so cozy and warm when I walked in, truly heartwarming. The cleanliness also completely exceeded my expectations; it was spotless, which made me feel very comfortable. And the service was impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!

CcrazygillianOn our last night at Sayram Lake, we checked into the newly opened Shuiyunshan Pullman Hotel this year. We initially chose it for convenience, but ended up being charmed by a series of small, thoughtful touches. During check-in, the front desk cheerfully mentioned the 'afternoon tea gift' was on the fifth floor of the adjacent building. Even more surprising, despite booking a standard twin room, we found children's toothbrushes and soft-soled slippers upon entering. The light-colored, fluffy carpet was spotless, a rare achievement for a new hotel, showcasing exceptional housekeeping. You absolutely must try the in-room dining; the food is better than most restaurants in Xinjiang. The young lady who delivered our meal was incredibly sweet – kudos to her! Breakfast was another delightful surprise. Xinjiang milk tea paired with baursak is a standard, and both coffee machines were equipped with ice buckets. New hotels often falter on details, but this one excelled with its attentiveness. More memorable than the scenery itself was this perfect warmth.

GGuest UserYou haven't truly experienced Sayram Lake until you've stayed at Tamarshal. The architecture draws inspiration from the lake's winds and stones, seamlessly blending the wilderness into the living space. Open your window to an expansive vista of the lake and mountains. Here, the hurried anxieties of travel melt away, and you truly understand that the journey itself is the joy.

GGuest UserI initially chose this place for its unique glass-house design, which I found very appealing. To my surprise, the room was super warm at night thanks to the underfloor heating. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and even turned on the heating for us in advance, so arriving after 1 AM was still very comfortable. I'm quite particular about bathroom cleanliness, and this one was spotless. Just a small heads-up: the shower floor can be a bit slippery, so be careful. The staff mentioned 24-hour service, so I assume they have rotating shifts – very considerate! Besides breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary coffee at the front desk in the morning, which was a lovely bonus. The location is great, very close to Dongmen. On a clear morning, the views were beautiful, putting me in a wonderful mood! Overall, a truly memorable experience.

GGuest UserI originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!

AAiyo~weiyaWhen I booked the yurt, my simple desire was to bring my 4-and-a-half-year-old to experience Kazakh culture and a different way of life. But... Surprise 1: Located at the highest point of Sai Lake, I could wake up to watch the sunrise and even see the entire lake. For adults, the view is incredible. Surprise 2: The owners are a family of three. Their son is a handsome Kazakh man who speaks Mandarin the best in the family. He handles all customer communications, making communication seamless. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they'll do their best to satisfy any request, as long as they can. Surprise 3: They have a herd of cattle, and another family on the hill behind them has a herd of sheep. They also have two sheepdogs and several horses. It's a truly delightful experience for children. They can play with the dogs, talk to the lambs, ride horses, and ride horses... And they even learned to distinguish between sheep and cow dung, as it's so common and natural. Surprise 4: For dinner, we ordered lamb skewers, braised lamb chops, and pilaf. Two adults and one child couldn't finish them all; the portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. The clear mutton soup had no mutton smell at all (it's best to order it in advance, as it takes about two hours to simmer). Of course, if you're choosing a yurt, you should be prepared. Only consider choosing one if you can accept the following: 1) There's no private toilet, only a dry toilet, and no showers. 2) There's a stove inside, and you have to add the charcoal yourself at night, otherwise it won't last until the next morning. 3) The standard of cleanliness should be comparable to other yurts, not five-star hotels. Overall, if I were to stay in this area again, I would still choose this yurt.

GGuest UserMy first capsule hotel experience totally exceeded my expectations! It felt really safe and cozy in there, and the bed was so clean and comfy. They even offer free laundry service, which was a huge plus. Location-wise, it's pretty great too. I was walking to the park, and it was super close to the Old East Gate entrance. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

GGuest UserArrived at the hotel at 22:00, the front desk said that the garden view twin room was upgraded to a parent-child room, which is more comfortable. The actual room decoration smells super heavy. The promotional picture should be a decoration effect picture, but there is a difference in reality. The bath water is not hot (my companions were a little cold watching the sunset at Sai Lake, and wanted to take a hot bath to warm up), and it became colder and colder. The front desk said that because it was full, everyone took a bath at the same time, so the water temperature was not enough. The water was hot after taking a bath ten or twenty minutes later. I waited for an hour and the water temperature was still not hot enough. The room is indeed quite large, the bed is quite comfortable, and the bathroom is large enough for dry and wet separation, but the supporting facilities are a bit cheap. You will understand it after staying there. The breakfast is priced at 68 yuan per person. To be honest, it is expensive. There is no yogurt and coffee (the chain hotel I stayed in a few nights ago provided them). The taste is still good. There are not many varieties, but it is enough to eat.

GGuest UserI finally get it! There's a shade of blue in this world called Sayram Lake Blue 🌊 Staying in this yurt, you open the door to this breathtaking blue that's etched into your soul. Standing by the monument, watching the lake's waves, with snow-capped mountains in the distance – every single frame is so beautiful it leaves you speechless! The yurt is clean and has a unique Kazakh charm. The owner is super friendly and even pointed out the best photo spots. If you're coming to Sayram Lake, staying here is an instant romance booster!
