BBaochaocaomeipiThe most fortunate thing about this trip to Sailimu Lake is to choose the Blue Lake International Hotel. After coming to Saili Lake, I went to see several hotels for the first time. I was more concerned about the bedding and atmosphere of the room. I finally chose this one. The photos were very good. There are more foods around the hotel. There is no need to worry about what to eat. The staff patiently explained the hotel facilities and surrounding play guides. They were very enthusiastic. I felt the hospitality of Xinjiang people. The check-in was also very fast. The room temperature was OK. The hair dryer was very good (forgot to bring the hair dryer and tried their home. Not bad), their hotel has a foot bath and SPA on the first floor of the elevator. The supporting facilities are quite complete, worth the price!

MM2598x56n****We spent a day at Sayram Lake. It was truly beautiful, but also incredibly cold! The wind was incredibly strong, and I almost cried from the cold. Ladies, take my advice: down jackets are a lifesaver! Looking for a place to stay that night, we stumbled upon Blue Lake International and booked a duplex room with the intention of giving it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late, but the front desk staff, far from being impatient, were incredibly helpful in settling us in. We were greeted with hot tea upon arrival, followed by Xinjiang-style dried fruits and yogurt, which instantly soothed us! Our loft was incredibly spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, incredibly warm! After a day freezing outside, stepping into the room felt like stepping into a warm embrace, a feeling of total bliss. From the hot tea and local snacks to the room decor and warmth, you could tell the hotel truly cares about its guests. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, I highly recommend Blue Lake International. It was definitely the best surprise of our trip, and a warm end to a chilly day.

We decided to try out this luxury glamping hotel with our kids, and I initially worried the process might be complicated. However, from the moment we stepped into the lobby, the thoughtful service from the front desk staff immediately put us at ease.
During check-in, the front desk team not only patiently explained the hotel facilities and suggested nearby attractions but also thoughtfully prepared a small plush toy for our child. They even remembered our casual request for a quiet room and went out of their way to assign us a room with an absolutely stunning view. Their constant smiles, professional demeanor, and genuine warmth instantly melted away any travel fatigue we had from being on the road with kids.
Stepping into the room was an even greater surprise! It was spacious, bright, and incredibly well-designed, feeling anything but cramped. The attention to detail was impeccable: not only was the bedding wonderfully soft and comfortable, but they even provided a thoughtful step stool at the bathroom vanity for kids. Outside the window, the view was nothing but lush, natural scenery – offering beautiful mountain views by day and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Our child loved watching birds right from the window, truly embodying that 'sleeping amidst nature' luxury experience. The room's cleanliness was also beyond reproach; every corner was spotless, so we had no concerns about our child touching any dust.
Both the personalized and attentive service from the front desk and the exceptional quality and design of the room far surpassed our expectations. This is undoubtedly a hidden gem for family getaways, and we're already eagerly anticipating our next visit!

GGuest UserSailimu Lake really likes this hotel. First of all, I want to say a lot about Mila, the front desk staff. Not only is she pretty, but the service is very good. She recommended us delicious food around. There was only a small problem that the carpet in the room was a little... But Mila and her family came to apologize to us and gave us a few more bottles of water. I also took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, it is very convenient to eat, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photos are very good ~ the housekeeper is also very good, the room is consistent with the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, I like it very much, the various facilities are beautifully arranged, there are commercial streets outside, I slept very well all night, and I will choose this hotel next time!

MM236095****It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

The internal facilities are first-class, and all kinds of modern equipment are available, whether it is comfortable room supplies or fully functional public area facilities, to meet the diverse needs of the guests. The hotel environment is also very good, everything is clean and tidy, and the air is still filled with a faint fragrance, which makes people feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as they step in. The attitude of the service staff is nothing to say, warm and thoughtful, from check-in to daily needs to respond, can be fast and intimate. More surprising is the hotel's robot service delivery, they are flexible and cute, can accurately send items to the door of the room, this intelligent service is convenient and full of warm technology. On the whole, this stay experience is really great, and all aspects are impeccable.

JJiajianvwuWe didn’t have much hope for hotels near scenic spots in Xinjiang, especially if it was a B&B. It was just a place to sleep at night. However, this B&B became the worst accommodation we had during our stay in Xinjiang. It was already very late after 11pm when we arrived at the hotel. Indeed, as other guests said, the navigation address was the back door. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one young man on duty at the front desk. The only good impression I had on this B&B was the young man at the front desk. Help us open the room in advance and plug it in so that the electric water heater can heat up hot water first. When we entered the room, we wanted to wash up quickly and get up early the next day. But when we wanted to wash our hands, we found that there was no hand sanitizer. We went to the front desk and asked for hand sanitizer. After searching for a long time, I finally found it and said, ”Let's take a shower!” The sewer in the bathroom was still clogged, and the water on the floor had to seep halfway through the shower before it went down. Since it was too late and I was very tired, I didn’t want to go through the trouble of finding them to clear the sewer, so I had to make do with it. I was about to go to bed and found that there was no pillow on the small bed outside! That’s outrageous! I just took a pillow from the big bed in the back room and made do. I don't know how other people's stay was, but the limited hours we stayed here were really bad. We arrived so late, and the hotel staff had plenty of time. After tidying up the room, it was the first time for me to see that there were no pillows on the bed. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out the next day. Only the two ladies at the bottom of the stairs, I don’t know if they were room attendants, asked us to just leave our room cards at the front desk, which was very easy and quick.
The scenery of Sailimu Lake is so beautiful, but there is really no reliable hotel nearby. I hope there will be one in the future!

YYizuolasuI finally know why the hotel ratings around Sailimu Lake are not high. The hotels around the scenic spot should be centralized in the past two years. Each hotel is very new and the infrastructure is still under construction, so everyone is best to lower the expectations of the hotel here. Will it ruin a good trip? We stayed at 11 o'clock in the evening. The companions took a bath and washed halfway without hot water. The foam was not cleaned. I asked the boss to come and see it. I repeatedly asked if we went out without plugging in the card. I said that I only checked in. The first bath of my partner had no hot water. Then arranged for other rooms to wash the body clean, the feedback said that the bathroom in the shower room did not have curtains, facing the main road, suddenly remembered that there was a little brother in the comment area that said that the toilet would be facing the passers-by, laughing to death, right. After the shower, the bathroom will become a small pond, the water can not drain out, and then I waited for half an hour and the water was still not hot, and then I slept without washing. There is a hair on the bed, the curtains are too short, and the windows are not covered. Someone can peep on the road and see these. Anyway, stay here nearby and be prepared for low overdue.

The dinner is delicious, and the waiters are very particular about serving the dishes. The dishes are covered with covers on the way to the table. As for the room, it is just for sleeping. There is a viewing terrace, but you can't see the lake view. You can only see the greenery and buildings in front of your door. The toilet is a little poorly ventilated. I don't know what the other nearby hotels are like. You can't ask for too much near the scenic spot.
