FFengjialeStaying at the Sailimu Lake campsite was really great! I could just pull back the curtains in the morning and watch the sunrise, no hassle at all. The tent was more comfortable than I expected, with floor heating, so it wasn't cold at night. The bed was quite soft, and I slept really well. I even got to see fireworks on New Year's Eve 🎇. The staff at the center were all super nice. They helped us with our luggage, and since we arrived by car and weren't driving ourselves, they even arranged a ride to the visitor center for us. I'll definitely come again!!!

Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and meticulous care transformed a routine check-in into a heartwarming memory, allowing me to genuinely experience the Tamar Hotel's 'guest-first' service philosophy.
As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, Lily proactively rose to greet me with a warm smile. Her voice was soft yet energetic, instantly dispelling my travel fatigue. During check-in, her movements were swift and the process clear, making the entire experience efficient and smooth, without any delays. From verifying information and handing over the room card to explaining hotel facilities and important notices, every step was handled with rigorous attention to detail. She even intentionally slowed her speech and patiently answered my questions, ensuring I didn't miss any crucial information. Noticing my travel gear, she thoughtfully inquired about my itinerary and recommended nearby attractions, even providing details on transportation and optimal travel times – her thoughtfulness far exceeded my expectations.
What truly impressed me was Lily's innate thoughtfulness and care. She noticed my interest in leisure activities and not only introduced the hotel's recreational areas but also proactively mentioned special hotel perks, discreetly preparing ski passes and hot spring vouchers for me. As she handed them to me with both hands, she gently said, 'I know you've had a tiring journey. Skiing for relaxation and hot springs to unwind – I hope these make your trip more enjoyable.' She always presented documents and room cards with both hands, bowing respectfully – a clear display of excellent etiquette. Seeing my numerous bags, she proactively offered to help carry them, carefully guiding me to ensure I reached my room smoothly. During my stay, whenever I approached the front desk with questions, Lily always responded immediately, listening patiently and answering thoroughly. Even for trivial matters, she never brushed them off, always providing a response and following through. When I passed by the front desk, no matter how busy she was, she would always look up and offer a warm smile, and a simple greeting made me feel incredibly welcome.
Her thoughtfulness was hidden in every subtle moment: reminding me to dress warmly and safeguard my belongings while skiing; informing me of the hot spring area's operating hours and precautions, along with helpful tips; and, concerned that I might be unfamiliar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining how to use various services. She truly anticipated guests' needs and acted on their behalf. There was no deliberate flattery, only genuine, heartfelt care; no perfunctory procedures, only down-to-earth dedication. This pure sincerity was more moving than any elaborate service.
Through Lily, I witnessed the high standards and professionalism of the Tamar Hotel's front desk service. She is professional, enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful, transforming a simple role into a conduit for warmth. Her every action and word exemplified the essence of quality service. A ski pass and a hot spring voucher may be small gestures, but they carry immense thoughtfulness; constant reminders and repeated assistance may be minor details, but they culminate in the most heartfelt warmth.
Upon checking out, Lily still saw me off with a smile, repeatedly reminding me to travel safely and inviting me to visit again. Looking back at the Tamar Hotel's lobby, Lily's busy yet gentle figure became the most memorable sight of my trip. GGuest UserSailimu Lake really likes this hotel. First of all, I want to say a lot about Mila, the front desk staff. Not only is she pretty, but the service is very good. She recommended us delicious food around. There was only a small problem that the carpet in the room was a little... But Mila and her family came to apologize to us and gave us a few more bottles of water. I also took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, it is very convenient to eat, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photos are very good ~ the housekeeper is also very good, the room is consistent with the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, I like it very much, the various facilities are beautifully arranged, there are commercial streets outside, I slept very well all night, and I will choose this hotel next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel is only about two or three kilometers from Sayram Lake, and they even offer a free shuttle service to the East Gate Visitor Center. The restaurant on the third floor serves incredibly delicious food; I ate there for three days straight and still couldn't get enough! The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is attentive and thorough. All in all, it was absolutely perfect! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sayram Lake!

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.

We booked three rooms, and the hotel arranged for them all to be on the same floor, with rooms next to each other, making it convenient to take care of my parents.
Facilities: The facilities weren't comprehensive, but they were sufficient. The sofa in the double room was very comfortable.
Cleanliness: It was quite clean; there were no obvious stains in the room.
Environment: The location is good; it's convenient to drive and park downstairs.
Service: The receptionist, Xiao Liu, was very friendly and answered all our questions.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there!
Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, very close to the entrance. It is a restaurant itself, but it does not serve breakfast. The dinner is delicious, and the waiters are very particular about serving the dishes. The dishes are covered with covers on the way to the table. As for the room, it is just for sleeping. There is a viewing terrace, but you can't see the lake view. You can only see the greenery and buildings in front of your door. The toilet is a little poorly ventilated. I don't know what the other nearby hotels are like. You can't ask for too much near the scenic spot.
