MMatangjiangA perfect choice for winter travel! The twin room I booked was spacious, and the warm brown decor was both sophisticated and cozy. The biggest surprise was the snow view from the window; waking up to a snow-covered forest was incredibly soothing. The hotel's attention to detail was amazing. The custom-made white crystal aromatherapy diffuser had a very luxurious scent, and the reversible bathrobes were of exceptional quality, both soft and stylish. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Both the amenities and the service far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Sayram Lake.

GGuest UserThe room was well-equipped, and our stay was very comfortable. The host provided incredibly warm and thoughtful service. The surroundings were lovely, the room was odor-free, and the bedding was clean and fresh. The guesthouse itself felt very cozy, and the owner was incredibly attentive. We arrived quite late, and seeing that we had brought our dog, she was concerned we might be inconvenienced, so she upgraded our room for free. There's a watermelon patch right by the entrance, and the watermelons are both sweet and affordable! I had taken some photos, but unfortunately, the file size was too large to upload.

GGuest UserWhat impressed me most about this stay was the attentive service of Xiao Ku, the front desk clerk! He offered hot tea upon check-in and thoughtfully informed me of our room's orientation and WiFi password. When we heard we were going to Sai Lake, he explained the route to the East Gate, showing me the best photo spots and times to avoid crowds. When I asked about nearby breakfast restaurants, he not only recommended two reputable ones but also provided detailed walking directions. His thoughtfulness and attentiveness were truly impressive! Now, let's talk about the hotel. It's located in the heart of a commercial street, making parking very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to see yogurt and small sachets on the table when we checked in. They also have a laundry room on the third floor. I washed my down jacket and put it in the dryer, and it was incredibly plump. All in all, this trip was a truly fantastic experience!

FFengjialeStaying at the Sailimu Lake campsite was really great! I could just pull back the curtains in the morning and watch the sunrise, no hassle at all. The tent was more comfortable than I expected, with floor heating, so it wasn't cold at night. The bed was quite soft, and I slept really well. I even got to see fireworks on New Year's Eve 🎇. The staff at the center were all super nice. They helped us with our luggage, and since we arrived by car and weren't driving ourselves, they even arranged a ride to the visitor center for us. I'll definitely come again!!!

GGuest UserSailimu Lake really likes this hotel. First of all, I want to say a lot about Mila, the front desk staff. Not only is she pretty, but the service is very good. She recommended us delicious food around. There was only a small problem that the carpet in the room was a little... But Mila and her family came to apologize to us and gave us a few more bottles of water. I also took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, it is very convenient to eat, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photos are very good ~ the housekeeper is also very good, the room is consistent with the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, I like it very much, the various facilities are beautifully arranged, there are commercial streets outside, I slept very well all night, and I will choose this hotel next time!

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, roommates didn't bother each other, and the shared facilities were convenient. The sleep was quiet, and the sense of security was truly wonderful. The security guard was awesome, and the hostess was also very nice, helping with my luggage. The hostess also helped me get a ride-hailing card for the next day, so I could go out without a hitch. A friend even helped me take some stargazing photos in the parking lot. Everything was great! I sincerely hope your business prospers, and that you'll have a steady flow of customers.

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

MM43317****The room was great; the heating was so good even the bed was warm! We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.

Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, very close to the entrance. It is a restaurant itself, but it does not serve breakfast. The dinner is delicious, and the waiters are very particular about serving the dishes. The dishes are covered with covers on the way to the table. As for the room, it is just for sleeping. There is a viewing terrace, but you can't see the lake view. You can only see the greenery and buildings in front of your door. The toilet is a little poorly ventilated. I don't know what the other nearby hotels are like. You can't ask for too much near the scenic spot.
