衞生：床品非常的乾淨，非常放心，大懶丫頭自己帶的四件套都懶得換了🌝🌝
環境：酒店裝修很棒，房間燈有亮的有温馨的，設施都是全自動，最重要的是床頭兩邊都有插孔，以及usb插口，設計師是懂旅遊人的需求的，很贊
服務：訂房後就有服務人員聯繫並且發定位，有問題回覆的很快，酒店門口對面就有早餐店豆漿油條很好吃。
還會再次入住，也推薦所有有緣人

He offered hot tea upon check-in and thoughtfully informed me of our room's orientation and WiFi password. When we heard we were going to Sai Lake, he explained the route to the East Gate, showing me the best photo spots and times to avoid crowds. When I asked about nearby breakfast restaurants, he not only recommended two reputable ones but also provided detailed walking directions. His thoughtfulness and attentiveness were truly impressive! Now, let's talk about the hotel. It's located in the heart of a commercial street, making parking very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to see yogurt and small sachets on the table when we checked in. They also have a laundry room on the third floor. I washed my down jacket and put it in the dryer, and it was incredibly plump. All in all, this trip was a truly fantastic experience!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were at an impasse with a driver over a ridiculously high price for a private taxi. Hotel staff noticed this and proactively came out to help us with our luggage. After understanding the situation, they not only told us the local market price but also offered helpful advice and even accompanied us to call the police. Ultimately, this resolved the issue safely and amicably for us, who were feeling helpless in a foreign land. We avoided being scammed out of 2400 yuan for a private car! With the police's mediation, we only ended up paying for the airport pick-up and lake tour for that day!
Even more thoughtfully, the staff, knowing we were struggling with transportation, offered to lend us their private vehicle for the lake tour and helped us find shared rides to Yining Airport, making our entire trip incredibly hassle-free and allowing us to enjoy the journey at a low cost.
Speaking of the hotel's scenery, around 2 or 3 a.m., the night sky after the snowstorm was breathtaking. The countless stars shone like scattered diamonds, and taking photos felt like being immersed in a sea of stars. I still remember the awe and emotion I felt. Leaving at noon the next day was truly bittersweet. We took one last photo near the campsite with the beautiful scenery of Sayram Lake as a memento. This hotel added so many warm memories to this trip!

GGuest UserSailimu Lake really likes this hotel. First of all, I want to say a lot about Mila, the front desk staff. Not only is she pretty, but the service is very good. She recommended us delicious food around. There was only a small problem that the carpet in the room was a little... But Mila and her family came to apologize to us and gave us a few more bottles of water. I also took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, it is very convenient to eat, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photos are very good ~ the housekeeper is also very good, the room is consistent with the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, I like it very much, the various facilities are beautifully arranged, there are commercial streets outside, I slept very well all night, and I will choose this hotel next time!

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

The hotel environment is also very good, everything is clean and tidy, and the air is still filled with a faint fragrance, which makes people feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as they step in. The attitude of the service staff is nothing to say, warm and thoughtful, from check-in to daily needs to respond, can be fast and intimate. More surprising is the hotel's robot service delivery, they are flexible and cute, can accurately send items to the door of the room, this intelligent service is convenient and full of warm technology. On the whole, this stay experience is really great, and all aspects are impeccable.

JJiajianvwuWe didn’t have much hope for hotels near scenic spots in Xinjiang, especially if it was a B&B. It was just a place to sleep at night. However, this B&B became the worst accommodation we had during our stay in Xinjiang. It was already very late after 11pm when we arrived at the hotel. Indeed, as other guests said, the navigation address was the back door. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one young man on duty at the front desk. The only good impression I had on this B&B was the young man at the front desk. Help us open the room in advance and plug it in so that the electric water heater can heat up hot water first. When we entered the room, we wanted to wash up quickly and get up early the next day. But when we wanted to wash our hands, we found that there was no hand sanitizer. We went to the front desk and asked for hand sanitizer. After searching for a long time, I finally found it and said, ”Let's take a shower!” The sewer in the bathroom was still clogged, and the water on the floor had to seep halfway through the shower before it went down. Since it was too late and I was very tired, I didn’t want to go through the trouble of finding them to clear the sewer, so I had to make do with it. I was about to go to bed and found that there was no pillow on the small bed outside! That’s outrageous! I just took a pillow from the big bed in the back room and made do. I don't know how other people's stay was, but the limited hours we stayed here were really bad. We arrived so late, and the hotel staff had plenty of time. After tidying up the room, it was the first time for me to see that there were no pillows on the bed. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out the next day. Only the two ladies at the bottom of the stairs, I don’t know if they were room attendants, asked us to just leave our room cards at the front desk, which was very easy and quick.
The scenery of Sailimu Lake is so beautiful, but there is really no reliable hotel nearby. I hope there will be one in the future!

The scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good, and sleeping at night is very quiet. The service is the standard of the homestay, the staff is relatively simple, two more bottles of water are required, and they are delivered soon. There are also some problems, such as the bathroom does not separate dry and wet, and breakfast is one or two kilometers away. The overall feeling is not bad, the price is more affordable, and some details are improved, which is very good.
