GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the underfloor heating and air conditioning were super convenient, so it never got cold at night. Waking up early, you could head out to catch the sunrise and explore the grasslands, which was really pleasant. The service was also excellent; they offered pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area's visitor center.

AAiyo～weiyaWhen I booked the yurt, my simple desire was to bring my 4-and-a-half-year-old to experience Kazakh culture and a different way of life. But... Surprise 1: Located at the highest point of Sai Lake, I could wake up to watch the sunrise and even see the entire lake. For adults, the view is incredible. Surprise 2: The owners are a family of three. Their son is a handsome Kazakh man who speaks Mandarin the best in the family. He handles all customer communications, making communication seamless. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they'll do their best to satisfy any request, as long as they can. Surprise 3: They have a herd of cattle, and another family on the hill behind them has a herd of sheep. They also have two sheepdogs and several horses. It's a truly delightful experience for children. They can play with the dogs, talk to the lambs, ride horses, and ride horses... And they even learned to distinguish between sheep and cow dung, as it's so common and natural. Surprise 4: For dinner, we ordered lamb skewers, braised lamb chops, and pilaf. Two adults and one child couldn't finish them all; the portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. The clear mutton soup had no mutton smell at all (it's best to order it in advance, as it takes about two hours to simmer). Of course, if you're choosing a yurt, you should be prepared. Only consider choosing one if you can accept the following: 1) There's no private toilet, only a dry toilet, and no showers. 2) There's a stove inside, and you have to add the charcoal yourself at night, otherwise it won't last until the next morning. 3) The standard of cleanliness should be comparable to other yurts, not five-star hotels. Overall, if I were to stay in this area again, I would still choose this yurt.

She noticed my interest in leisure activities and not only introduced the hotel's recreational areas but also proactively mentioned special hotel perks, discreetly preparing ski passes and hot spring vouchers for me. As she handed them to me with both hands, she gently said, 'I know you've had a tiring journey. Skiing for relaxation and hot springs to unwind – I hope these make your trip more enjoyable.' This unexpected surprise left me both amazed and touched. The ski passes and hot spring vouchers were more than just a perk; they were a testament to Lily's genuine effort to understand guests' needs and deliver exceptional service. Lily's professionalism and gentle nature were evident in the smallest details. She always presented documents and room cards with both hands, bowing respectfully – a clear display of excellent etiquette. Seeing my numerous bags, she proactively offered to help carry them, carefully guiding me to ensure I reached my room smoothly. During my stay, whenever I approached the front desk with questions, Lily always responded immediately, listening patiently and answering thoroughly. Even for trivial matters, she never brushed them off, always providing a response and following through. When I passed by the front desk, no matter how busy she was, she would always look up and offer a warm smile, and a simple greeting made me feel incredibly welcome. She is professional, enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful, transforming a simple role into a conduit for warmth. Her every action and word exemplified the essence of quality service. A ski pass and a hot spring voucher may be small gestures, but they carry immense thoughtfulness; constant reminders and repeated assistance may be minor details, but they culminate in the most heartfelt warmth. Upon checking out, Lily still saw me off with a smile, repeatedly reminding me to travel safely and inviting me to visit again. Looking back at the Tamar Hotel's lobby, Lily's busy yet gentle figure became the most memorable sight of my trip. LLuobodelizhideluoliHighly recommended hotel! It's a detached villa design, so no elevator, but a butler kindly helps with luggage, which was excellent. It's also very close to Sayram Lake. They upgraded our room, and I absolutely loved the decor. The bathroom was huge, and you could even see Sayram Lake and the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the room. The breakfast restaurant was also spacious with great views. Recommended!

We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.
