"This stay at Pegasus Apart'Hotel was a fantastic experience overall! The hotel is conveniently located near a free tram stop, making it easy to get to the city center, Queen Victoria Market, and all the major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of space and a small kitchenette, perfect for light cooking, which was ideal for our family trip. The beds were comfortable, and the environment was quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were friendly and polite, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. Next time I visit Melbourne, I will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family!"

"Let's start with the fact that there was a bed leg lying in the middle of our room (although all the legs were in place), and only two towels for three people (they brought an extra one after we called). They clean every other day. They also don't take out the trash (even during these half-hearted cleanings). There's a pile of rubbish by the elevator on our floor. The double bed was 130, maybe 140 cm wide at most, like for kids, it was very cramped for two adults to sleep on. The pillow was so thin, it felt like it was stolen, and the blankets were equally thin. There's no natural light in the room; our windows faced the neighboring building, so we could see our neighbors opposite in the evening. The location is right in the city center. I'm very disappointed with Ibis; when booking hotels of this chain in other countries, you expect a simple room, but with wide beds, daily cleaning, etc."

"Staying right next to the airport is incredibly convenient. There's a pedestrian walkway, and you can easily follow the signs to reach the hotel in about 10 minutes. No need to wait for the hotel's free shuttle. If you're going back to the airport, you can walk the same way; however, they charge 3 AUD per person for airport drop-off. I returned my rental car at the airport and then went to the hotel, saving a day's car rental fee. The breakfast is pretty standard, nothing special, so I wouldn't recommend specifically choosing it. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's and a convenience store at the gas station."

"We booked a triple room, but it turned out to be a quad room with two large double beds (each formed by combining two single beds). Overall, there was plenty of space, enough for our three suitcases. The room also had two desks, one large and one small. The larger one was perfect for me to work on my laptop. The bathroom was also spacious and came with a bathtub. However, there were a few minor downsides: 1. The handle on the shower faucet kept falling off, which was quite odd. 2. The temperature control wasn't ideal either. But the best part was that the room had a microwave, and the fridge was stocked with a full set of cutlery and wine glasses. The location is fantastic, directly across from Southern Cross Station. It's incredibly convenient for getting to DFO (outlet mall), catching trams, and accessing the airport shuttle bus."

"Had a great stay in Melbourne! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, making it very convenient for airport transfers, day trips, and public transport. Being within the Free Tram Zone was a huge bonus, allowing us to explore Melbourne CBD easily without additional transport costs. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and attractions nearby, all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for convenience, accessibility, and value for money in Melbourne. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"This hotel is perfectly located if arriving into Melbourne on the train from Sydney. The hotel let me check in early at no extra charge. I found the staff to be cheerful, pleasant and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The coffee and tea facilities were in the room but hidden in the cupboard next to the fridge and the drinking glasses were stored in the fridge! (Never seen that done before). The swimming pool was a nice added bonus and breakfast, although very basic, was adequate. [I only stayed one night, any longer that breakfast would certainly be classed as extremely boring!😜]. I did enjoy my stay and for one or two nights would definitely stay there again."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. The facilities were good and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a great stay and we would happily come back again."

"The first 3 times, everything was great. This time, on my 4th stay, everything had changed. On the first night of check-in, the room wasn't prepared as requested (I asked for 2 beds) and wasn't arranged. I had to sleep and then they arranged the 2 beds the next day. I requested a room on the 8th floor or higher, or the 5th floor, but was given a premium room on the 3rd floor. They informed me that currently, all 2-bed rooms are only available from the 3rd floor downwards (I used to stay in 2-bed rooms on the fourth floor and above). The car horns were very loud. The bathroom fan wasn't working. The room floor wasn't vacuumed. The bedside table, telephone, and lamp were all dusty, even though I had informed them that I am allergic to dust and asked for it to be cleaned before check-in. My throat started itching as soon as I entered. Honestly, if they had cleaned the dust before I checked in as requested, the room would have been fine. Now there's no complimentary water in the room (guests have to buy a hotel bottle and fill it themselves at the water dispenser). There weren't enough towels for two people in the bathroom. I called to request them, and the staff gave me a free water bottle because I refused to buy one. The bottle quality was poor, the water still leaked even with the cap closed, so I couldn't take it with me outside. I checked out on 7/7 and checked in again for 7-15/7 since I had already booked, staying in the same room. I reported the issues, but they were indifferent, so I told the housekeeper myself to vacuum the room, and she did. The good part is: in summary, for a room costing over 4,000 baht a night, guests have to buy a bottle to fill water themselves (other guests, I got a free bottle because I refused to buy. If it was a Starbucks bottle, it might have been interesting). *If the room price is this high, and the premium room is considered the largest, then the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are noisy and shouldn't be offered. It's a waste of money if you can't get a full night's rest, especially on Friday-Sunday weekends when there are many tourists, car horns, and revving engines are very loud (3-6/7 I slept on and off). *The good parts are: the breakfast the hotel provides is plentiful and constantly refilled, it's close to Paramount, only a 10-minute walk for dinner, and the hotel front isn't crowded, making convenient for pick-up and drop-off. I recommend that guests staying on weekends request high floors."
