Hotels with Rooftop Pools in Cebu

"It's a decent hotel, with everything you need inside. You can stay for a long time, as there's a kitchen and everything you need—a water cooler, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, even dishes and a coffee maker. However, there are some drawbacks: - The room was very stuffy and humid, and the grout in the shower wasn't cleaned. - The washing machine didn't work, and I only stayed for one night, just so I could do some laundry. - The balcony wouldn't open at all, no matter how hard I tried to open the door, and it was on the first floor, right next to people splashing in the pool. - The shower gel and shampoo aren't individual sets, just two bottles shared by everyone, so who knows what guests might mix into the bottles. - The renovations are frankly shoddy, with the slats held in place with tape, the paint in the bathroom peeling in places due to the humidity, and the walls are crooked. The bathroom has a small ventilation duct (without an exhaust fan) that opens into the hallway, through which you can hear every footstep and conversation, as well as everything going on in the bathroom. - The air conditioner is aimed directly at the bed, which is uncomfortable and can cause a cold, and turning it on is not an option as it's very hot and stuffy. - The room has a terribly strong-smelling air freshener that gives you a headache. - The refrigerator rattles like someone's hammering something; it's impossible to sleep with that noise. Overall, it's a good option for a 2-3 night stay. It's conveniently located near the airport; a taxi ride costs 160 pesos."

"We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him."

"Exceeded expectations. Will book again Clean new great staff expect to pay no more than 300 pesos to airport using grab. It's advertised they have no hot water. Not true we had very hot hot water."

"We stayed for 2 nights. It was decent value for money. But lots of small giggles...our room was right kn top of the area that served bfast. Trolleys bringing food in made a lot of noise from 5 am! Towels were not freely available! Choice of food for vegetarians is limited."

"Good hotel. we had the misfortune of staying on the same floor with a group of Chinese tourists, they staeted shouting at 7 in the morning in the corridor. The staff intervened promptly. Breakfast is decent forea few days trip, the bacon seems cooked in batches and reheated when needed, so it's too dry and not how it should be. The swimming pool is decent, you get sunshine between 10 am and 2 pm, then there is the shades of the building."

"Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. For that reason we only stayed for one night. Staff very friendly and attentive and the location is well positioned between the airport and the downtown."

"I like the room, but I don’t really like the bathroom especially the bathtub. There seems to be some mold or dirt stuck on the mat-like lining, and the shower doesn’t have any labels indicating which is hot or cold. It’s disappointing because this is a 4-star hotel. Even the amenities, like the bottled water, are only 350 ml, which doesn’t feel worth the price we paid for the room. The bathroom really needs improvement because that’s one of the first things guests usually look at. We originally booked a Superior room, but they upgraded us to a Deluxe room. However, I’m still disappointed with that aspect because based on the booking, I actually preferred the Superior room I originally reserved it seemed better than the Deluxe room we were given."

"I had a recent overnight stay at Fili Hotel Cebu with my wife and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and good facilities. Service was polite and efficient, though not particularly standout. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and good presentation, but the flavors were fairly average and leaned towards the safe side. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay, though it falls a bit short of being truly memorable."
