"Highly recommended even for solo travelers! Although having two breakfasts by myself was a bit of a dilemma, upgrading one to the teppanyaki business lunch was incredibly delicious and well worth it. The only downside is that eating breakfast and then lunch right after can be a bit too much... The complimentary tofu pudding in the evening was also amazing; I couldn't help but have several bowls 🤤. The fried snacks at the rooftop bar were also excellent. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again! Not only do you eat until you're full, but you also get to enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content ❤️. While it's a bit of a 10+ minute walk to the bustling areas, after eating so much, a walk isn't a bad idea at all!"

"The location was very peaceful and not too far from the Main Street of Jiaoxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a very nice live music performance in the evening. The pool area was nice, and the hot spring private areas were sufficient. The breakfast and dinner buffet I would say is one of the best in Jiaoxi in terms of the Spa hotels and the rooms were well sound insulated. We would definitely come again and my infant certainly enjoyed it. One of the more expensive hot spring hotels in Jiaoxi but if you want a quiet and peaceful few days with activities, good food and with easy access to the mountains for a nice walk I would recommend this place. Minor criticism for the rooms I would say is the cleanliness. There were slight dust in places and because there is carpet, and if you’re prone to dust allergy be prepared. Saying that if they have a room without carpet that would be perfect, but nonetheless, we would definitely come again."

"This time, I opted for a sea-view room. Inside, you can soak in the hot spring while enjoying the ocean view, and there's a balcony to feel the breeze and take in both the sunrise and the night view. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. During late-night snack hours, there's a great selection of alcoholic beverages, plus a large screen to watch sports games. It’s perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway."

"When I first saw the website description, it seemed very convenient. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I found it was located on a country road with fields on both sides, not directly next to a main road. Driving at night was a bit dangerous. The room was quite clean and tidy, like a private guesthouse. You had to take off your shoes before entering, but the soundproofing was very poor. Around 4 AM, I could hear loud noise and laughter outside the room, easily waking me up. Breakfast consisted of individual small set meals, which I initially thought were for one person, but it turned out to be shared by two, and the portion was rather small. The self-service breakfast bar only had toast for toasting; there were no other dishes. The coffee machine's coffee was a bit sour and not hot enough. I had expected to see fields, but it was just a bare area, and overall, there weren't many facilities available. Considering the price, the value for money wasn't very high. I would probably consider it again next time, but I won't give this evaluation. Thank you."

"This was my second stay at the Wellspring Suite with a King bed at Hotel MU Jiaoxi, and it continues to maintain an excellent standard. The room's layout and flow are well-designed, the king bed is comfortable, and the in-room hot spring bath is incredibly convenient. The water temperature is stable, making for a truly relaxing soak, which is the main reason I chose to stay here again. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; it felt fresh and spotless upon check-in. The hotel's public facilities and environment are still well-maintained. During peak times, some facilities require a short wait, but the overall management is orderly. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any issues promptly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is replenished quickly, maintaining a good standard even on this second visit. The hotel's location in Jiaoxi town is very convenient for transportation, making it easy to go out for meals or shopping. Overall, both of my stays have been excellent experiences, making it a great choice for travelers looking to relax and enjoy hot springs in Jiaoxi. I would definitely consider returning in the future."

"Awesome hot spring hotel with spectacular view at rooftop pool, movie night and hot spring. Breakfast buffet and spacious room and in room amenities. Highly recommended and definitely will stay there again. Dinner at hotel restaurant because it’s raining, tasty and great service but feel a bit rush with 100 minutes time limit."

"The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves."

"This is our second time staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Jiaoxi with my husband, and we're still very satisfied. The first time we came, we felt it offered great value for money, and this visit didn't disappoint either. The front desk staff were just as friendly, check-in was quick, and everything we needed to know was clearly explained. The room was as clean and comfortable as last time, and the bed was just as good. My husband says he always sleeps particularly well here. The water pressure in the bathroom was stable, and the hot water came quickly, making for a very comfortable bath. This time, we specifically chose a room with a view, and waking up to it in the morning put us in a great mood. We used both the swimming pool and the hot spring pools, and the water quality was very well maintained. My husband really enjoyed the nude hot spring area, saying it was spacious and well-ventilated, and it was very relaxing to just sit and chill in the resting area after a soak. The changing rooms and showers were constantly being tidied, which is a big plus. What surprised me the most was that the hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks – this is a huge bonus! After exploring in the afternoon, we could come back for a snack and a drink. And after a hot spring bath at night, we didn't have to go out to buy food; we could just head downstairs for something to eat. It was very convenient and thoughtful. The hotel's location is also very convenient, within walking distance to the main street. Overall, both stays have been consistently excellent. The service, cleanliness, and facilities are all up to standard, and with the added highlight of complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, this hotel has become our go-to for relaxing getaways in Yilan. We'll definitely be back again."

"The bathtub in the room was large, and the water was clean and warm, making for a very comfortable soak. The room size was adequate. The hotel's breakfast was just average, mostly boiled vegetables and cold dishes. Meat-eaters might not find it satisfying. The room thoughtfully provided two bottles of water, the bed firmness was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, leading to a great night's sleep."
