"The transportation is incredibly convenient. Coming from Fenghuang, it was a high-speed train transfer to the subway, about twenty minutes, and then a 7-8 minute walk from the exit. From the outside, it looked pretty average, but once inside, the lobby and facilities were really nice. Since it was summer break, there were a lot of families with kids during peak season, but the staff were super friendly, patient, and guided us with great composure. We stayed in a river-view room on the 20th floor, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and hygienic, no issues there. Orange Isle is just one subway stop away, and Pozi Street is within walking distance, as is Wuyi Square. What's also worth praising is the breakfast – it's incredibly comprehensive, with American, Chinese, and local specialties all available. I highly recommend the rice noodles; they were super delicious (suited my personal taste) 😄. All in all, I recommend this place. If you're coming to Changsha, book here!"

Choosing Orange Crystal for my trip to Changsha was absolutely the right decision! The location is super convenient, close to the subway, and just a short distance from Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. The hotel decor is luxurious yet tasteful, and the room hygiene gets full marks – the floors and bathrooms were spotless. The pillows and mattress were just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The smart home system was incredibly convenient, with electric curtains and a delivery robot that brings food right to your room. The bathroom is a wet/dry separation design and comes with quality toiletries. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

I had a particularly satisfying stay this time and highly recommend this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around by taxi and access everything nearby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were efficient, and communication was easy and pleasant. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The room itself was spacious with a simple yet elegant design, and the bedding was soft and plush, allowing for a very relaxing sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, blocking out external noise, so I slept soundly through the night. All the in-room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning and bathroom worked smoothly, hot water came out quickly, and the toiletries were of good quality. The lighting was just right, creating a great ambiance overall. The staff were patient and meticulous with guests, promptly resolving any issues. The attention to detail was thorough, leading to a very comfortable living experience, suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Stellar, whose service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout. They proactively checked our needs and were always available when we needed anything. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the concierge proactively helped us with our luggage. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including many local Changsha specialties. The location is excellent, close to the Xiang River, making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. Overall, the ambiance is grand and elegant.

This was my first time visiting Changsha, and I specifically chose this hotel. Everything went smoothly, from booking to check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk proactively helped me with check-in and even upgraded my room. The room was spotless, and the window offered a nice street view with plenty of natural light. It was quiet at night, so I slept undisturbed. When I checked out in the morning, they even gave me a small souvenir. The staff was incredibly warm and patient throughout my stay. I had absolutely no complaints during my entire visit, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha 🏨

This hotel is great for families with kids. The location is perfect – you can walk to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, and Wenheyou, which is super convenient for evening outings. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. The room was clean and tidy, and even though the hotel is on a main street, we didn't hear any noise at night.

We specifically chose this hotel for a weekend trip with our child to Window of the World. It was our first stay, and overall, the experience was quite good. We just realized how family-friendly this hotel is! The room was well-equipped and thoughtful, allowing us to rest soundly after a day of sightseeing. The lady at the front desk arranged a room with a lovely view for us; the beautiful scenery really brightened our spirits. The breakfast restaurant even had a picture book corner that our child loved. What really stood out was the hotel's shuttle and valet service – they have a dedicated express lane for transfers to and from Window of the World, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. We're planning to come back with our second child during the summer holiday. Highly recommended! [Strong][Strong]

The room was very spacious. We booked a twin room, and I apologize for this, but the three of us moved the beds together. My apologies to the housekeeping staff who had to tidy up afterward. The service was excellent. They readily replenished water bottles and quickly brought up extra toiletries when requested. It was also very convenient that they could provide an extra key card for my friend who came back later at night. The view from the window was decent; you could see a partial river view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the night scenery was beautiful. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old and not very smart, but that's it. Most importantly, there was a dead praying mantis in the room that looked like it had been there for a while, as its body had already turned yellow.

The Bandai Hotel is super conveniently located, with a subway station nearby. It's just two stops directly to Orange Isle, and you can also take the subway to Yuelu Mountain, which is incredibly handy. You can even walk to IFS, Taiping Old Street, Pozi Street, and the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is lovely, and the rooms come with a mini-fridge, a disinfection cabinet, and a smart toilet, among other well-equipped facilities. The toiletries and disposable slippers in the room are also of good quality. The housekeeping staff are very thorough with cleaning, and the front desk service is excellent – they patiently answered all our questions. The breakfast is rich and varied, with dozens of options. We left feeling full and ready to explore. A great hotel, highly recommended! 🏨

This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's conveniently located right next to a subway entrance, making transportation super easy. This is my second time staying here in Changsha, and I'm very grateful the hotel upgraded me to a larger room! The toilet flush didn't work every time, and the bathroom walls and window sills looked a bit old; I'd suggest they be updated. The breakfast was plentiful, but finishing by 10 AM felt a bit rushed. It's great that there's a pool, though I recommend bringing your own swimming cap. It's a bit of a distance from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient.
