The bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great city view. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, responding promptly, and paid great attention to detail. The location is also very convenient, right by the Xiang River, and only about 500 meters from Peiyuan Bridge subway station, making travel and finding food hassle-free. "1. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the river-view rooms offer not only a great view of the river but also fresh air! It's close to Orange Isle, just one subway stop away. 2. CC arranged a high-floor room for us with a fantastic view of Orange Isle and the Xiang River. The night view from the window was especially beautiful and made for great photos. The service attitude and quality exceeded our expectations; they were incredibly thoughtful towards us, being out-of-town visitors! 3. The hotel also has a restaurant on the fourth floor, which includes a small play area for children. There's a good variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. 4. The hotel is conveniently located less than 100 meters to the right of the 'Xiangjiang Middle Road' subway station (Line 2). Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street are right behind it, and it's also close to Wuyi Square. The hotel's location is superb, making it a must-stay option when visiting Changsha. 5. Going out for food at night is very easy, with many Changsha specialty restaurants and snack streets around the hotel, offering everything from breakfast to late-night snacks – you name it! Overall, my trip to Changsha was a very satisfying experience!"

They even offered laundry service and luggage delivery to the station, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room decor was stylish, making it a perfect spot for photos. "First, let's talk about the location: it's absolutely fantastic and super convenient. The subway station is right next to the hotel; just turn right when you exit, and you'll find Heiwado, Changsha Spring, Wangfujing, IFS, and the Pedestrian Street. Behind the hotel is Jiefang West, so you'll never be short of great food options like Zhang Jiawen and Ben Luobo. If you want to buy local specialties, the famous Hunan braised duck can be found right downstairs. As for hygiene, it was pretty good. I was quite worried after reading some negative reviews before checking in. The room air wasn't particularly fresh, which I think is probably due to the small window opening and insufficient ventilation. However, the cleanliness wasn't as bad as some reviews claimed. Many negative reviews mentioned the paid toiletries, which cost 59 RMB. Personally, I think it's your own fault if you didn't see the clearly marked price of 59.9 RMB. And 59.9 RMB isn't as expensive as some bad reviews make it out to be, because it's not just a simple toothbrush and toothpaste. It also includes a disposable four-piece set and a few disposable towels. For that standard, the price is really fair. I certainly can't buy a set of toiletries of the same quality for 59 RMB. The hotel's bedding was very comfortable, quite similar to the Atour bedding I use at home, perhaps even more comfortable. The hairdryer was a Laifen brand, which is a big plus for women. The value for money is also excellent. We came for a concert during the Dragon Boat Festival, so holiday prices were slightly higher than usual. On weekdays, it seems to be priced at around 300-400 RMB, which is definitely worth it for this location and price point. Of course, there are some minor complaints: the breakfast was indeed a bit disappointing. It felt like it was only worth about 20 to 30 RMB."

There are also lots of interesting shops and alleys behind the hotel, so you can walk to everything for food, drinks, and entertainment. Plus, if you buy too much, there's a courier station nearby to ship your purchases directly. The room was comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again next time I visit!"
