"Came here with my child, and the pool was definitely suitable for kids to swim in. First off, the cleanliness was exceptional. The floors and walls, apart from one or two minor aged blemishes, had absolutely no removable stains. The sink, shower, toilet, and bedding were all free of hair and bodily fluid traces. Secondly, the personal butler service was proactive. We came to Changsha after white-water rafting in Mengdong River, and doing laundry was incredibly convenient – they provided plenty of supplies. The butler even gave us an extra drying rack. The air conditioning was powerful and controlled humidity well, so our washed clothes dried overnight. Thirdly, the location is incredibly convenient. The fire escape elevator on the north side leads directly to Jiefang West Road, and just one intersection west is the HUB Commune Jiefang West store. To the north is Pozi Street, and Changjun Middle School is about a 15-minute walk, making dining and entertainment extremely accessible. Finally, a special thank you to the front desk, the butler, and the cleaning staff. They helped me solve many problems, and their service was incredibly proactive."

My overall experience here exceeded expectations; I genuinely recommend it. The location is super convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, and getting a taxi was a breeze. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were all very polite and patient when answering questions, never showing any impatience. The room was spotlessly clean and odor-free. The bedding was neat, soft, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and a complete set of toiletries, meeting all daily needs. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, lighting, and other facilities all worked perfectly, and the internet speed was stable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a quiet and restful night. The overall environment was simple yet comfortable, and the public areas were clean and tidy. It offers great value for money, with meticulous service details that made my stay feel secure and pleasant. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends.

Huatian Hot Spring Center (Huitang) - Double hot spring tickets for two entries: includes 2 adult hot spring tickets (allowing two entries during your stay). The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

This is my fourth time to Huitang Occupational Therapy Hot Spring Hotel, because the first impression is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and patient, what I value most is the sanitary environment, the room is very comfortable and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the children sleep well at night, the children and my family love to take a hot spring bath, sleep well and have fun is a quality and enjoyable weekend. By the way, the breakfast here is the most abundant hotel I have ever stayed in.

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

The price can live in a five-star price, the ordinary hot spring hotel is only three or four hundred, there is no convenience store nearby, there is no parking lot, parked on the side of the road! The food is good and delicious! I am very satisfied with the environment and service. For example, the environment is quiet because there are not many people, and the island is more private, and there is no reservation or the tenant can not go to the island, so it is safer! Service attitude is more satisfactory, so the environment and service I score 5 points! There is no TV, and there is a TV set to be more perfect! The yurt-style room shape is novel after all, so my facilities score 4 points! If it is hygienic, because there are mosquitoes, there are spider webs in the trees outside the room! But the sanitation in the room is OK, so I will disinfect you again in front of the hot spring, so I will give it to you in terms of hygiene! Mainly to bring pets to play! Overall, it is still very good, a good place to go

The room name truly lives up to its description; the misty mountain views and swaying bamboo shadows are exactly what you get. The kitchen is a huge plus! The dishes are unique from morning to night, made with excellent ingredients and skilled craftsmanship – super delicious! The chef definitely deserves a year-end bonus. The hotel's concept is fantastic, focusing on nature education, and they even have a small museum dedicated to local flora and fauna nearby, which shows incredible dedication. There's a large lawn in front, a fish pond to the side, a gently flowing stream below the lawn, and in the distance, dark green mountains with cloud belts. It's a hotel that harmonizes wonderfully with nature, and the negative oxygen ions are fantastic. My only small suggestions are for the bar to offer a wider variety of snacks and for breakfast to include more fruit options.
