Big thumbs up to this hotel! The environment is lovely. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing – even the kids want to go back! My daughter accidentally dropped her dinosaur toy during breakfast, and when we inquired at noon, it turns out the breakfast reception had kept it safe for us. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really impressed us.

Advantages: 1. The overall design of the B&B is quite good, and you can see that the designer hopes to create a new scene at every step. There are also many areas for children to do activities and adults to relax and drink tea. The overall environment is good; 2. The food is delicious and I ate three meals in a row without any disappointments; 3. The room area is quite large and the facilities are sanitary; 4. The stove-side tea-making set meal we ordered only includes one handmade activity, but because we have two children, the housekeeper generously gave us an extra one after communicating with us; 5. My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

Beautiful environment and complete facilities. Get up early to run in the courtyard for exercise. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. There are many kinds of breakfast. After the meal, go to the book bar on the first floor to read books and drink tea quietly. It is very comfortable and relaxing. It starts the day in a good mood. It is worth recommending

This is a hotel I always use for business trips. The location is excellent, but since the facilities are a bit dated, even with maintenance, there is a slight odor. The service is above average, and they make a great effort to assist with whatever you need. Since I have no other choice, I plan to stay at this hotel again.

The price can live in a five-star price, the ordinary hot spring hotel is only three or four hundred, there is no convenience store nearby, there is no parking lot, parked on the side of the road! The room name truly lives up to its description; the misty mountain views and swaying bamboo shadows are exactly what you get. The kitchen is a huge plus! The dishes are unique from morning to night, made with excellent ingredients and skilled craftsmanship – super delicious! The chef definitely deserves a year-end bonus. The hotel's concept is fantastic, focusing on nature education, and they even have a small museum dedicated to local flora and fauna nearby, which shows incredible dedication. There's a large lawn in front, a fish pond to the side, a gently flowing stream below the lawn, and in the distance, dark green mountains with cloud belts. It's a hotel that harmonizes wonderfully with nature, and the negative oxygen ions are fantastic. My only small suggestions are for the bar to offer a wider variety of snacks and for breakfast to include more fruit options.
