This was my first stay at a Galaxy branded hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. Sonnie called ahead to understand my personal needs and upgraded me directly to a larger executive floor room with full lake views on a higher floor upon arrival, which instantly brightened my mood despite the rainy weather. The front desk staff (I regret not catching their name) provided a detailed overview of various local cultural and tourism discounts. Although I couldn't partake due to time constraints, they immediately offered vouchers for snacks and drinks at the coffee bar as a thoughtful consolation. The hotel lobby is grand yet minimalist, exuding a sense of cultural elegance that perfectly complements the Zaha Hadid-designed International Culture and Art Center next door. The room featured double sinks and was incredibly spacious. Cleanliness was impeccable, with no dust bunnies or overlooked spots. The close-up lake views and distant mountains outside the window were breathtaking, instantly lifting the gloom of the overcast day. Breakfast was bountiful, offering a great mix of Western and Chinese options. The freshly made noodle station and snacks were particularly delicious. The restaurant staff were also very helpful, working hard to manage seating during peak hours. It was a perfect trip, and the Meixihu Jinmao Luxury Hotel certainly added to its splendor.

The room offered a fantastic view directly overlooking Orange Isle! Getting around was mostly by shared e-scooters and Didi (ride-hailing), which was quite convenient, with transport costs to various popular spots ranging from 10-20 yuan. The bathtub was quite large, and both kids had a blast. The only minor drawback was that the hotel didn't provide disposable bathtub liners, but you can buy them online, which I had already done in advance. If this bothers you, you can do what I did and purchase them beforehand; try to get a larger size. There was nothing particularly special about the cleanliness or service, but since the hotel hasn't been open for too long, I didn't find anything to complain about. Overall, the experience was pretty good, and it offered decent value for money. My only suggestion would be to rotate the afternoon tea selection, as we had the same items two days in a row.

The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

The viewing effect of the room is excellent 🌊, the window is the first-line river view, and the scenery view makes people feel comfortable. The store is located in Block B, Huijing Global Center, No. 178, Section 2, Xiangjiang Middle Road, Tianxin District. It is only 580 meters away from Lingguandu Station of Metro Line 3. It takes about 8 minutes to walk. Public transportation is time-saving and convenient. It takes not long to walk to the riverside. The surrounding net red food is gathered, and the dining is particularly convenient. The indoor hygiene is meticulously done, the environment is comfortable and livable, and the overall price is very high. It is very suitable to come to Changsha to stay here.

The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

Excellent service! This has to be the best family-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! And I'm not a shill! We booked a deluxe twin room and it was upgraded, and they took great care of both the elderly and children. The included Ocean Kingdom, Water World, and Snow World were all super fun and offered a great experience, comparable to Chimelong. Front desk staff member Wendy Huang also provided excellent service. The only minor downsides were that while the breakfast buffet was plentiful, if you went for dinner late, the food selection might be a bit limited. Also, it would be even better if the hotel shuttle bus had more frequent runs!

My stay in Changsha this time was a pleasant surprise. The hotel boasts a prime location, with a stunning 93rd-floor lobby offering expansive views that create an incredible ambiance overlooking the city. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Camille and the team were all very patient and promptly addressed any issues we had. Staying here made our trip and sightseeing incredibly hassle-free.

The hotel's airport shuttle service was punctual and reliable, making transportation convenient. Overall, I had a satisfying stay and will definitely consider this hotel first for my next trip.

The 260-acre old palace, with green trees covering the sky and the sun. It was late to the hotel (about six o'clock), saying that the room in the main building No. 8 originally booked was gone, and I could go to Building No. 5 without an elevator. The room manager saw that we had objections, accompanied the explanation and took the room, and took care of the waiter to help us carry the luggage upstairs. It was really a long-distance trip and she was tired because of her sincerity, but she also gave up staying for the third night. The room has a good base, the facilities are well maintained, the linen hot water air conditioning is OK, and the sanitation is quiet and safe. Green trees are blocked, the room is not bright, and there is no safe or refrigerator. It is not recommended to drive by yourself. Building 5 is also more than one kilometer away from the nearest subway line 6 (Building 8 is farther), take a taxi.
