GGuest UserI stayed in a lake view twin room, and the panoramic views of Meixi Lake from above were stunning, with Yuelu Mountain practically at my doorstep. The interior design cleverly uses terracotta bricks and light, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The butler took excellent care of us from check-in to check-out, with meticulous attention to detail. Waking up and hiking in the mountains, then enjoying the lake view at night – it's wonderful to experience the joy of nature without even leaving the city. Very satisfied.

SSenqiuxianshengI absolutely have to write a review for this hotel; I was so incredibly satisfied! First off, the location is unbeatable. You get to see the most beautiful views of Orange Isle, and taking a leisurely stroll across the road in the evening is just lovely. The room facilities are all new and very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep in. The service is truly exceptional; they anticipate and prepare for virtually every need you might have, and patiently answer and resolve all your questions. It’s definitely worth a visit and I highly recommend it! Oh, one more thing: if you're driving, park in the underground garage, don't park on the street outside. I got lazy and ended up with a ticket.

AArcherdamowangService: Superb! They confirmed my check-in time in advance and even offered a shuttle service from the subway station to the hotel. Not only did they pick me up, but they also dropped me off when I left – truly thoughtful!
Hygiene: Very clean. They even provided a disposable bath liner for the tub, which is perfect if you're too lazy to scrub the tub but still want to relax with a soak.
Environment: The window offers a view of Houhu Lake, and it's lovely to take a walk along the lake at night. There were even people singing.

AATOM-IIBecause of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

HHanxindenvrenThe front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively told us about nearby dining options. The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping aunties were diligent and responsible, delivering items very quickly. We could park our car for seven days, and there's an airport shuttle service. The service attitude was super good!

GGuest UserGetting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square.
Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet.
Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

GGuest UserWe just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation.
The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design.
What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed.
Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable.
Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve.
We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

CChanchanshuoOverall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient.
The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade!
The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience.
We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!

YYilingThe 260-acre old palace, with green trees covering the sky and the sun. It was late to the hotel (about six o'clock), saying that the room in the main building No. 8 originally booked was gone, and I could go to Building No. 5 without an elevator. The room manager saw that we had objections, accompanied the explanation and took the room, and took care of the waiter to help us carry the luggage upstairs. It was really a long-distance trip and she was tired because of her sincerity, but she also gave up staying for the third night.
The room has a good base, the facilities are well maintained, the linen hot water air conditioning is OK, and the sanitation is quiet and safe. Green trees are blocked, the room is not bright, and there is no safe or refrigerator.
It is not recommended to drive by yourself. Building 5 is also more than one kilometer away from the nearest subway line 6 (Building 8 is farther), take a taxi.
