"We’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in everything from budget hotels to some of the most well-known luxury brands, and we can honestly say this was the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. Everything about Liangsu Hotel in Yangshuo exceeded our expectations. The service from the staff was absolutely impeccable—everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel forced or “hotel-like” at all, just very natural and thoughtful. They really go above and beyond to make your stay special. The room was something else. Waking up to that view every morning honestly felt unreal—it’s like living inside a painting. The design is beautiful and calming, and every detail in the room felt carefully thought out. It’s one of those places where you actually look forward to spending time in the room. One really unique touch we loved was the complimentary 30-minute travel photography session. It’s such a thoughtful experience, and the setting makes for incredible photos—you’re basically surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. It’s a small detail, but it made the stay even more memorable. The whole hotel has such a peaceful, dreamy atmosphere that makes it really hard to leave. It’s quiet, scenic, and just feels very special compared to a lot of other places we’ve stayed. We’ve stayed in many “luxury” hotels before, but this one stands out because it combines stunning design, nature, and truly genuine service. Highly, highly recommend—this place is something special. For us it's more than 5 stars!"

"The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, even upgrading our room! We had a fantastic view of West Street from our floor-to-ceiling window. The room was clean and well-maintained, breakfast offered a great selection, and the location was perfect."

"This hotel is amazing and I can totally recommend it! The rooms are spacious, very clean and habe huge windows, which provide an amazing view on the mountains. Furthermore the included restaurant has very fresh local dishes and the same applies to the breakfast. Also check out the bar, it is a verd cozy space and you can listen there to a variety of music and enjoy cocktails mixed by Echo the amazing bartender. The location is located in beautiful nature and also near to many scooter rentals."

"The hotel's environment is simply amazing. The views from the room are absolutely stunning; you can see beautiful, picturesque landscapes right from your window. The hotel also has a huge swimming pool, and there's even an infinity pool outside the rooms – perfect for a swim in the summer. There are so many great spots for photos! The cleanliness is top-notch, everything is very neat and tidy. They even have a laundry room with ironing facilities, and gym equipment too. Downstairs, there's a coffee shop and a restaurant, which is very convenient. It's also really close to the bamboo raft rafting pier. The breakfast selection is extensive, and afternoon tea is provided as well. Upon check-in, we received a generous welcome fruit basket in our room. The service attitude is truly exceptional; if you have any needs, you can just speak to the front desk staff, they are very thoughtful and attentive."

"I had an incredibly satisfying stay at this hotel in Yangshuo! They have an infinity pool, outdoor hot springs, and even a travel photography service. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, perfect for taking lots of great photos. On top of that, the hotel service was excellent. They picked us up and then dropped us off at the pier for our bamboo raft ride. I especially want to praise the complimentary travel photoshoot – the pictures turned out so beautiful! The photographer was incredibly professional and captured the magnificent landscapes of Guilin perfectly. It was a truly delightful experience!"

"Very cute hotel. They have two buildings - A is the historical styled and B is a standard hotel. Breakfast is in the lobby of building B and includes Rice noodles, sweet potato, egg and soy milk. The owner speaks some English but like many places, it might be easier to use WeChat. Through Wechat they were very attentive and asked us if we wanted more water or when we would be out so they could clean the room. The location is good as it is decently outside of Yangshuo main town and it feels more normal. There are small houses and restaurants around with farm animals. We were able to hire an e-scooter from the lady next to the entrance for 40 RMB which allowed us to continue onto the Shili gallery"

"The room is good, the sanitation is very good, the environment is first-class, especially the swimming pool room on the 4th floor is really first-class, there are welcome fruits, free afternoon tea, and free electric cars for you to use. If you go to Yangshuo, you must choose Tingxing, not bragging. It feels really good, there are several scenic spots are quite close. The boss is very nice. If you don’t drive an electric car when you travel, the boss will pick you up. Also, on the first day of our visit, a family member is not feeling well. The boss will take you to a nearby health station and even provide a special car to pick you up. 👍🏻"

"The room was great. I originally planned to stay two nights, but for one night, there was no king-size bed room available, only a more expensive twin room. I called the owner, who gave me a discount and upgraded me to a twin room for both nights. Although it didn't make much difference since I was alone, it was very quiet at night. The guesthouse environment is excellent, and it's very close to Jima Pier, about a 10-minute walk according to navigation, or a five to six-minute drive. Later, due to the intense sun, I spontaneously changed my plans and canceled the second night's stay, which the owner readily agreed to. All in all, it was fantastic. Attaching a few photos of the sunset and bamboo raft."

"Overall, it was pretty good and I was mostly satisfied. My only minor issue was on our departure day: after breakfast, we were getting ready to pack up the kids, and they were already preparing the room for the next guest. Check-out is at 12 PM, and we still had our key card. Does packing up mean we've automatically checked out? Without even asking at the front desk? I'm not one to make a fuss, so I just left since the cleaning staff had already mostly tidied up – it's a tough job, and it wasn't worth causing a scene. Everything else was fine, except breakfast was a bit too simple. There weren't any stir-fried dishes. Adding one or two stir-fries would be better, especially for kids."
