GGuest UserFirst off, the location is absolutely superb, right by the Li River. It's just a few hundred meters from the dock where the cruise from Guilin disembarks, and it's also very close to West Street, making evening strolls incredibly convenient. The room's style is both rustic and fresh, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and all the facilities are complete. The view from the outdoor window is full of greenery, and sitting on the balcony, enjoying the river breeze, truly feels like a vacation. The restaurant downstairs is a must-visit in Yangshuo, and staying here means you can skip the queue. The dishes are affordably priced, and I highly recommend everyone to try it!

Because I rarely stay in B&Bs, I was quite concerned about the hygiene of this hotel. But it truly exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, absolutely on par with high-end five-star hotels. All the toiletries were Acqua di Parma, and the citrus scent was delightful. The bedding was comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the duvet was perfectly weighted â very thoughtful details. The service was superb; from the moment I parked my car, staff members were there to help with luggage and even hold an umbrella. There were plenty of parking spaces, and branded EV chargers were available. Before heading out, the front desk would arrange electric scooter rentals, delivered right to the hotel entrance. The complimentary drinks at the front desk, complete with ice, were always available â truly, having stayed in hotels both domestically and internationally, the convenience and overall experience here are top-tier. There aren't many rooms, so service is prompt, and the soundproofing is excellent. The views were astonishing from the moment I walked in.
Every single detail was fantastic, making this one of the warmest hotel experiences I've ever had. It was so great, I'd genuinely love to extend my stay if I had the time. It's so good that if I ever bring my children and elderly parents, I will absolutely, without a doubt, choose this place again.
I hope they continue to thrive and their business prospers! I heard they're opening in Chongzuo, and I'll definitely visit if I get the chance.

GGuest UserI was always worried about the cleanliness of B&Bs, and the hotels in Yangshuo really overwhelmed me with choices. But this place was super clean, I loved it! The hotel is located at Qing'e Ferry Terminal, which is very quiet. It's about a 20-minute scooter ride from Yangshuo West Street, which is quite convenient. My kids really enjoyed the family room, and they had a blast at the hotel pool. All the front desk staff were great and very responsive to requests. I'll definitely come back next time.

EEleniCI found this to be an exceptional hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, helping me book local experiences at discounted rates exclusive to hotel guests and providing a range of complimentary activities, including afternoon tea, an evening sweet treat, a singing bowl session, and a craft-making workshop.
Breakfast was included, and I also enjoyed dinner at the hotel, which was excellent. As a vegan, it is not always easy to find good dining options in China, but the hotel was able to provide delicious vegan meals, which I greatly appreciated.
Communication was handled through WeChat, with regular updates and helpful reminders from the staff. Because everything was managed through the app, the language barrier was never an issue, even though most of the staff did not speak English.
I also enjoyed spending time in the outdoor swimming pool, and there was plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. It was a wonderfully relaxing break, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

On the first day, we had chicken soup with hotpot greens â it was out of this world, so delicious and fresh. The owner is super nice and even opened a pomelo for us!

GGuest UserThis villa is absolutely amazing, the entire design is just my style. There are projectors both upstairs and downstairs, which is such a thoughtful touch, and the landlady even specifically bought a vanity table. The location is also fantastic, a 15-minute drive to the town, and just a 10-minute walk to the Yulong River Old County Pier.
I especially have to rave about the hotel bar! The landlady personally mixes drinks for you, and the cocktails are genuinely delicious. She used to be a bartender in Chengdu, and her drinks are even better than ones I've had in Hong Kong! Plus, the bar's decor is really cool, with an American record vibe. I really urge the owners to promote the bar more! The landlady even gave me a free bartending lesson â a truly unique experience!
And the room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view!

The hotel we chose for this trip was amazing. Its location is super convenient, right on Yangshuo West Street, so you can just step out and start exploring. The hotel's overall vibe is cool and industrial, with a sleek and sophisticated design. Every corner is picture-perfect and Instagrammable. We opted for the family room, which was decorated incredibly cutely â exactly the kind of style kids would love. The hotel also offers a self-service breakfast, and the rice noodles were delicious! Rroundy00The environment at The Sugar House is absolutely stunning, no doubt about it. The hotel activities are also excellent; I tried both the complimentary morning yoga and Tai Chi classes every day, and the instructors were fantastic. The included travel photography session was also great, with a very natural style. I also have to praise the hotel restaurants â both the food and the ambiance are superb. Whether it was Chinese cuisine, Western dishes, or casual meals, everything was well-prepared. We also tried the hotel's paid activity, the Via Ferrata, which was a lot of fun! My only minor complaint is that it was too short and didn't last long enough. The only real downside was actually the room. Given that it's nearly 10 years old, it felt a bit dated, and the decor style was a bit outmoded. BUT! Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again!!

The overall environment and location are excellent, and the swimming pool is a major highlight â beautifully designed with consistently clean water, making for a fantastic swimming experience. All the in-room amenities are new and of high quality, providing a great personal experience. From leisure facilities to everyday necessities, everything is well-equipped, showing the owner's thoughtful consideration. The property is very well-maintained long-term; there are no signs of wear and tear on the equipment, and the premises are always kept tidy, reflecting their dedication. Breakfast offers a rich variety, including yogurt, Guilin rice noodles, salad, and bread. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.
