MMona KhI had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Washington-Central/White House! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the White House and many of the cityâs major attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful nightâs sleep after a busy day exploring the city. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the business center was a great touch for any work-related tasks.
What I loved most was the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, serving delicious meals in a cozy setting. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, giving me a good start to my day.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Washington, D.C. Itâs the perfect balance of comfort, location, and value. Iâll definitely stay here again on my next trip

GGuest UserIt is a Hilton, but not as nice as others you may have experienced because it is seriously dated. For starters, just let me say we had a fine time, but we had to acclimate to the reality of the claim that the hotel was conveniently right between two metro stops - it really isn't. You can walk to the Dupont Circle with little to no trouble, but walking back is up hill all the way which could cause trouble for some. Second, the room is really small and had a very old beat up stand alone refrigerator that I think I had in my dorm in the 80s that was set up on the floor next to the dresser. Frankly they should have been ashamed to have that in a Hilton room. The cleaning staff was really nice and helpful and could teach a thing or two to the staff of the âStarbucksâ which was not at all a Starbucks - it was a Hilton cofee stand that served Starbucks. There is no reason to not stay here if you get a good rate, but just don't expect too much.

AAnny ChompoohI stayed in the Phoenix Hotel with my daughter and sister. The facilities in the hotel are really excellent and easy to walk from Union station. However, i found out that on the first day i came into the room,there was a lot of dust on the floor and small pieces of snacks. Moreover, during our stay we had to contact the staff at the front desk, some staff made me feel really upset about services. One night,my sister went to ask the staff about how to open the laundry room , there were 2 staff members on duty and one of them said that if you could not open it meant it closed, and then he turned to laugh with another lady staff on the counter. We are Asian people, many many times that the staff in this hotel made us feel like they were looking down on Asian people and tried to make fun of us. That made us feel really bad about that. But there were not all staff that treated us bad like that,there were still good and service minded staff in hotels such as the doorman and the staff on the last day we checked out.

NNovax2 bedrooms and 1 living room. There are 2 large beds in the room. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a large bed. There is a mattress, but it is soft, so it is suitable for children. It is difficult to sleep with one big and one small. Turning over will make a creaking sound, so it is most suitable for big children who sleep soundly, so as not to affect the quality of sleep. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no supermarket nearby, so buying ingredients is a problem. The hotel can buy them for you and charges a 30-dollar courier fee. There is a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, oatmeal and other hot foods, and drinks are all iced. Self-service coffee, hot water is provided in the self-service coffee area. The hotel has free water filling equipment, so bottled water is not provided. It will change slightly every day. The hotel parking fee is about 53 dollars. There are many parking lots around, but it is also quite expensive (I donât remember the specific price). You can take the subway Silver Line to Dulles Airport, which is 6.75 one-way plus 2 yuan card fee. It takes about 1 hour to get to the airport. Walk to the national mall area, about 10-15 minutes walk

AAnonymous UserThe TV had no signal, and after trying various methods, I gave up. The room door needed to be closed gently to avoid making a loud noise. The toilet flushing was mediocre, and the amenities seemed cheaply made. Most importantly, the room was filled with a pungent, overpowering smell of newly renovated furniture; it was very irritating and made my throat very sore. I suggest the hotel remove the smell (I'm not sure if it's formaldehyde). This is the first time I've experienced such a throat irritation in a new hotel.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. Very safe neighborhood. There is a separate area in the room with a desk. Actually, large enough to use as a dressing room! We will definitely be going back and staying at the Churchill.

GGuest UserDisappointed in first room which had odd layout and faces alley so I requested better room and they quickly accommodated but wouldâve preferred they gave me better room to begin with since I think most people donât like odd layout with view facing alley. Otherwise, room/bathroom was clean, tv had good selection of channels, and location was perfect where we were just minutes walk from White House and national mall and many good restaurants. Note that I used SpotHero app and found cheaper parking than what hotel offered. Not all garages allow unlimited in and out so make sure to check for this before booking.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. The spaciousness makes it feel comfortable, and the small kitchen made it convenient to bring in outside food. It was relatively quiet during bedtime, and they even let me leave my luggage before check-in, which was nice. The location is also close to the subway station, and there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
