Washington Plaza Hotel
"I really liked this downtown hotel with a pool. The location was convenient and the room was quite spacious. It was a very satisfying stay for the value. I would definitely visit again."
Hotel Washington
"Everyone was friendly, the Truffled Fries were delicious. It was so close to very important and beautiful places. Really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommended and will go again."
Henley Park Hotel
"Terrible customer service and construction noise at 7:30am. I've stayed at this hotel 1-year ago and came back this year after Christmas due to the good location and low price. Big mistake. They put me in a room next to the elevator, but never informed me that they elevator was under construction. Why would they put anyone in a room by the elevator under construction??? Even worse, drilling and hammering started at 7:30am two days in a row. When I raised the issue with the front desk, they told me they would speak to the general manager who was in a meeting. They never got back to me. When I raised the issue the second time, they told me the construction was moving to another floor the next day. Unfortunately, the noise in my room was just as bad starting at 7:30am. When I talked to the desk manager (Oscar) he said he would discuss with the general manager and would get back to me. He never did. I then called him 3 more times and each time he had an excuse about why he couldn't get back to me and why he couldn't offer me any compensation other than 10% off my next stay and free breakfast. He also claimed that the front desk person offered to move me to another room, which was also blatantly false and untrue. I would have requested a room change had I not been assured the noise wasn't going to be there the next day. Overall, this hotel is old, the customer service is terrible, and it doesn't even have refrigerators in the room (but they have 4 for the whole hotel and will move one in the room if you request it 3 days in a row). Strongly advise everyone to stay elsewhere or prepare to be disappointed."
Holiday Inn Express WASHINGTON DC DOWNTOWN by IHG
"The hotel was real graet. The location was good, the room is clean. There is no pool for kids... breakfast was good."
Hilton Garden Inn Washington D.C./U.S. Capitol
"The hotel was pretty good. There's a supermarket and a Starbucks nearby, and it's not too far from the subway station. The front desk service was excellent. However, after checking out, they charged me $11, claiming it was for bottled water, which we actually didn't use from the room. Trip.com helped me resolve the issue."
The Royal Sonesta Washington DC Capitol Hill
"It's a three-star hotel in China, with a great location. Valet parking is $65 per night, but you'll need to park far away yourself, as guests are not allowed to park in the hotel's underground garage."
HighRoad Washington DC
"Nice and clean. Easy to find, right next to the bus stop, busses 90 and 96. Staff was polite and helpful. Would recommend."
Citizenm Washington DC NoMa
"The room was quite small but it had everything I needed. The location is unbeatable and the hotel was very well decorated."
Morrison Clark Inn Washington DC Convention Center
"The location is good, just a 20-minute walk from the Museum of Natural History and other buildings, directly connected to the busiest avenue and City center DC. The hotel environment is quite elegant, but I have to mention that it is an old hotel. It is mainly about feelings. There is no hot water kettle in the room, and there is no microwave in the hotel. Free tea and coffee are provided in the morning. But that's it, I finally went to the nearby CVS to carry a bucket I came back to drink the mineral water... Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is good, the room is clean, and the aesthetics are basically online. However, considering the inconvenience of the facilities, I will choose another place next time."

Waldorf Astoria Washington DC
"The room is large, the lobby is magnificent, and the overall feeling is good. The service was good. We checked out of the room and it was still early to arrive at the train station. The waiter took the initiative to order tea for us and let us rest in the lobby. The only uncomfortable thing was that when I checked in, I couldn't understand the language. The receptionist spoke English, but there was someone nearby who could speak noon and couldn't help. I checked my passport twice and swiped my credit card twice. More than 20 minutes later, when the front desk took our passports to the back for review, the Chinese-speaking waiter told us that it was probably me who booked the room, and the first name of the guest was my wife."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown
"A very good experience, great value for money! I would choose to stay here again next time."
The Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection
"This stay was a complicated experience. The hotel is popular, but the service response is really not up to par. There is a long queue for check-in and check-out. The room request cannot be processed in time, which makes people anxious. The lighting design of the room is unreasonable. There are only floor lamps and table lamps, which are dim at night. And there is no drinking water, which is too inconvenient. However, the sanitation is very clean, which is worthy of recognition. The sound insulation is poor. If there is any movement outside, it can be heard clearly in the room, making it difficult to sleep well. In addition, the decoration is old and the corridor is gloomy, which makes me feel creepy when walking at night. It is affordable and has a five-star brand. If the budget is limited, it can be used. But the hardware and service are in urgent need of upgrading, otherwise it is difficult to retain guests. I hope it can be improved."
Conrad Washington DC
"Excellent service, beautiful hotel, great location"
Courtyard Washington, DC/U.S. Capitol
"It's well located, especially with the metro right next door. There's a shopping area very close by and a 24-hour supermarket right outside. The staff is very attentive. The room is very spacious and well-equipped! I recommend it for its value."
Washington Marriott at Metro Center
"Double charged destination fee and refused to refund"
Arlo Washington DC
"Facilities: Newly renovated, I like the style very much, and the facilities are also complete, but the coffee machine is a bit hidden in the closet, haha😂 Sanitation: Clean and refreshing Environment: The surrounding facilities are also very good, and it is convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spots"
Washington Hilton
"The room was very clean and the location was excellent. The lobby staff were all very friendly, and you could get free water. If you walk down the slope for about 5 minutes, there's a delicious Thai restaurant called Thai Chief Street Food, which is a bit like Chinese-style rice bowls. You can rent a Lime scooter and get to George Town in about 10 minutes. For bubble tea, I recommend the QQ Happy Family from Gong Cha in George Town (the jumbo size is perfect for two people, I suggest less ice and 30% sugar). For Chinese food, I recommend the Three Treasure Rice from CHINATOWN EXPRESS."
Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall
"I stayed here for a few days with my two children. Overall, the location and facilities are good."
Canopy by Hilton Washington, DC - Bethesda North
"This is a relatively new hotel in the United States, and a typical business hotel. The room is quite large, and the facilities are simple, but sufficient. The gym is on the fifth floor, and it is good to see the window. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and across the street are outdoor goods stores REI and LL Beans, as well as Uniqlo and GAP."
Residence Inn Washington, DC/Dupont Circle
"I was very happy with my five days stay. The hotel is located near Dupont Circle, which is very convenient and absolutely safe. Really classy neighborhood! Their service is very good, they allowed me to stay in the same room on two different reservations and readily provided late checkout. The room was spacious, the kitchenette had all modern amenities (dishes, huge fridge, dishwasher, etc.). Comfortable bed, recently renovated bathroom… no complaints. My room was very clean and well appointed. I won’t hesitate to return."
DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Dulles Airport
"The room was spacious. The hotel shuttle runs every half hour (and you can wait even if it's 2G)."
The Royal Sonesta Washington DC Dupont Circle
"My overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The staff were attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day. Everything was well organized and the facilities were modern. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and check-in and check-out were smooth. I would definitely return on my next trip."
The Normandy Hotel
"Wonderful staff; great atmosphere; environmentally conscious; quiet location; clean and distinguished hotel for a reasonable price"
Hamilton Hotel - Washington DC
"The hotel is elegant and classic, the rooms are clean, and the front desk service is good. It is a 15-minute walk from the White House. The location in the center of Washington is super good. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Washington. I recommend it."
Phoenix Park Hotel
"The hotel room is small, but it is in a good location close to the Capitol and Union train station."
