GGuest UserThe hotel is on a hillside, and it is a second-line sea view room. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to eat. The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. There are many parking spaces indoors and outdoors. It is recommended to rent a car for convenient travel.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well.

GGuest UserIt's been a while since I last visited Guam. Since I was traveling alone, I stayed at REEF, which is close to downtown. The hotel is old and not very sparkly. The room and the bathroom are clean. The restaurant's drainage was broken, so I booked a room with breakfast included, but I decided to eat at Eggs 'n Things, IHOP, and another restaurant. However, I could use the meal coupon at any time, so I was able to eat lunch there too, which was good. I was alone in one room, but I paid for breakfast for two people. So I was lucky to get a meal coupon for two people. I only had to pay for dinner, so I saved money! The pool is always empty, so there's no need to fight for a seat. If the weather is good, you can see the sunset from the infinity pool! DFS, JP Store, etc. are just a short walk away. The trolley stop is along the street, so it's easy to get around. Only Kmart is a little difficult to get to.

GGuest UserIt's far from the hotel district and you'll need a rental car to get around, but it's close to the beautiful Ypao Beach.
The facilities are small, but the rooms are spacious. There are four beds, a toilet, and two bathrooms. There's also a kitchen (with cooking utensils and dishes), so you can buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook.

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.

GGuest UserI have stayed here before and was not impressed with the bathtubs or beds, but the view is lovely. I upgraded this time to a king suite, the suite was like a huge apartment with two balconies. It would be nice if there was furniture on the balconies so people can really enjoy the view.
The guy at the desk was super friendly and helpful.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

SStripedPumpkinThe facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

MModuerBecause I had to catch an early morning flight, I took a temporary rest at this hotel and didn't stay overnight. A very old hotel, there is a strange smell when you walk into the room, the floor is oily, and the pillows also smell musty.
