Guess it is nikko hotel franchise (they kinda got linked toghether like they are located right next to each other) so as you can expect their Japanese originated service and cleanness was on point! Breakfast was delish (not that many kinds tbh but quite satisfiable)

GGuest UserI spent two nights at Dusit Thani and two nights at Crown. Dusit Thani was 400,000 won per night, while Crown was 250,000 won per night.
The view from Dusit Thani is absolutely breathtaking, but the interior felt a bit dated. Crown's interior, however, is much more pleasant and comfortable than its view. Many hotels in Guam are showing their age, but Crown recently underwent renovations, making it exceptionally clean with great bedding.
To maximize your satisfaction during your trip, I highly recommend checking the renovation date when booking any accommodation.

EEllenshanghaiThe location is perfect. There’s a connected shopping mall. Many ABC marts and restaurants nearby. The beach is so beautiful. The swimming pool is good too but close a bit early at 7 pm. The room cleaning is not satisfying. Hairs still on the floor after cleaning. The hotel is quite old. I strongly suggest to change all the towels. Too old.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well.

JJiacaiThe hotel is located in the center of Tumon, and you can see the beach from the rooms! There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so it's a very satisfying hotel. When I checked in, there were no staff members who could speak Japanese, but I think they were able to explain things clearly because there are many Japanese guests.

GGuest UserIt's far from the hotel district and you'll need a rental car to get around, but it's close to the beautiful Ypao Beach.
The facilities are small, but the rooms are spacious. There are four beds, a toilet, and two bathrooms. There's also a kitchen (with cooking utensils and dishes), so you can buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook.

SStripedPumpkinThe facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

Kkilho1995I had a truly satisfying stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a fresh and varied menu.
