"I spent my first solo trip at this hotel! The price was quite reasonable for Guam, and I chose it because it's a well-known brand, which gave me peace of mind. The hotel is a bit old, but the room was spacious. The view from the front desk, as expected from a resort, was great with lots of palm trees. The pool was large, and I could walk to the beach, where the sunset was beautiful. The amenities were also excellent, typical of a Japanese-affiliated hotel. It was also a plus that presumably all rooms are ocean view. It's about a 15-minute walk to restaurants, which is a bit far, but thankfully there's a free shuttle bus if you time it right. The only slight downside was that most of the guests were Japanese and Korean, which made it feel less like being abroad. I'd definitely come back!"

"What can I say about this place? LOL It's a hotel that makes you not go to other tourist spots when you come to Guam. LOL It's crowded, but the breakfast is really delicious (especially the ramen!!), the facilities are clean and tidy, and there are various programs that you can participate in for free. It's a bit expensive, so I hesitate, but once in a while... what a treat for myself??"

Having a bus stop nearby also made public transportation very accessible. Overall, considering the excellent staff, prime location, and ease of access, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely want to return."

"The worst stay I've ever had ! When I arrived the room, the 1 light bulb is missing, the phone was not working. I have to went down to the reception and reported that. The receptionist had an unhappy face. The shower water comes on and off, it just suddenly stopped when I try to adjust the temperature. I dare not to touch it before I finished the shower. The day time receptionist stopped me to leave when my transportation comes, he said the bed frame is broken. I told him how can I break the bed frame? He said:" Did I said you break the bed frame?" So why you stopped me to leave and tell me so? If you doesn't means that why you telling me so? He just kept repeating "Did I say you broke the bed frame ?" When I went back to the room, I've found out that's the bed I didn't sleep with. I told the staffs that I was alone in the room last night and I didn't sleep on that bed. They kept asked me some nonsense questions. That's only you stay in the room? Who was the technician guy's name who came to fixed the lamp? Actually the found that the bed frame was broken long time ago! The hotel is in the middle of no where that's only 1 KFC available in walking distance. All the facilities looks old and barely functioning. The do provide service but just simple and cold breakfast in pack"
