GGuest UserWhen visiting Dallas, I chose this Sheraton. The hotel is very good in all aspects, with warm service, rich and varied breakfast, complete facilities, and clean rooms. It would be perfect if the windows in the room could be cleaned. Living on the 36th floor, I originally had a good view of downtown, but it was a pity that the view was blurry because of the window.

On the other hand, we had a disabled room even though there was no reason for it.
During the terrible night, we hear all the noises because they resonate so much. Also, around 3 a.m., a neighbor came into the next room and was moaning, vomiting and left the water running for hours... I was really not at peace.
A pass hotel wouldn’t have been worse…

LLIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

You think i wamt to stay at a place like this. My chic yeah she lnows ahe wrong and tried to fix it. She insisted checking out in the morning is ok. Yeah i want a refund for the uncofortable stay you made it for us

GguitaristEverything was decent: the bed, bathroom facilities, and breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is directly connected to the airport. For 15,000 yen a night, I'd say it's good value. It's not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding area isn't very safe, so I recommend avoiding going out at night.

AAnonymous UserIt was very well located, the service was perfect, so much so that I lost a phone in my room and I had already left and they called me to come back to pick it up and I hadn't even realized that they told me not to worry. My phone was going to be stored waiting for me to return, the cleaning was normal since the property was undergoing some repairs, even so there was no noise and everything was quiet and at night there was security in the parking lot

XXanGood value. Convenient for meetings at the Hilton Anatole, which is a 5 minute walk away.
Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected.
All in all a convenient and perfectly adequate place to sleep whilst working.
