"The Warwick Melrose Hotel provided us with an excellent stay .  We will definitely stay there again… a very neat place…clean and   a friendly. professional staff. The steak nachos in the bar were delicious… next time , we will eat in the restaurant. We did order breakfast room service… it arrived promptly and it would rate a 5 star . Valet service was always prompt… do not have one negative statement. Thank you, Warwick …. mmb"

"The location is great, and the hotel is clean. However, we were not informed that construction would start at 5 AM right outside our window. It was impossible to sleep, and there were many unhappy guests. The only thing they did was waive the $20 parking fee. They claimed the information was on their website, but we didn't book through the website, nor could we find any construction info there. Even if it was, guests should be notified upon check-in. We only stayed one night, but some people were staying for a week! At the restaurant, we were initially not allowed to eat breakfast at a table after breakfast hours. We had ordered our food and were sent to the lounge area, where eating and drinking are prohibited. There were still people eating in the dining hall, and tables were available. After three requests, they finally allowed us to eat at a table. Overall, if you take the construction out of the equation, the hotel is decent, but not this time."

"The location is good and the room is clean. The shampoo in the room was empty, the curtains could not be opened, the coffee machine was broken, and the towels were very worn. All in all, this was the worst hotel experience. Not recommended."

"They are in remodelling and I hope you look and read my comment ! All excellent except the bathroom door installed the handle adrevez it from inside to out so if someone stays lacked in the bathroom someone will have to have the door outside 🤦🏼♀️😳"

"The hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The evening happy hour and morning breakfast were excellent and a great way to end and start our days. I highly recommend the brisket omelette, it’s absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again."

"I didn't expect that there is such a bad hotel under Marriott. The decoration is very old and there are no slippers. It is basically the same as a domestic guest house. The waiter knocks on the door very loudly and there are many homeless people around!"
