extremely dirty with strange stains all over the room. was asked to come back one hour later when we asked for extra towels and BASIC things like shampoo and conditioner (because they weren’t present in the room when we initially entered). and then we also requested to change the room because it became so unbearable (strange AC emitting a weird smell, stains and weird black bits on the beds, dusty and dirty curtains), but then we were told that we should have came back within 10 minutes of check-in if we ever wanted to change rooms because the front desk guy was the only one working today. WDYM?????? 10 minutes?? was told that we would have to come back after check out time tomorrow to change the room, and the guy also refused to change our sheets even with video evidence displaying the filthy sheets. also yes the elevator is out of service and will probably be out of service FOREVER.

The elevator was not working. I had to take the stairs with my luggages. No water in the room so if you need to drinkwater you will have to go get it from the vending machine at $3. Had to go back and forth to the lobby to reactivate my key card.

Hotel was good for is price. Elevator was out, and water fountain didn’t work to get water.

its ok for a short stay if you don't mind the distance to shopping or good restaurants.

Renovation is long overdue. No elevator, and the room keys are hyper-sensitive to phones. I’m exhausted from trekking up and down the stairs just to get my keys reset.

Upon arrival and entering hotel was not greeted by front desk worker. The front desk worker would leave the front desk and not be of service when we needed help. Just an unpleasant experience, I don’t recommend.

Check in was easy , prices were great and beds were comfortable !
