The hotel's location is a bit far from the Old Town, and the room was on the small side. However, it was very clean and provided disposable slippers. They offer free parking and the breakfast is purely Western, with limited variety but enough to fill you up. The price isn't particularly cheap.

The overall environment is decent, but you really need a car to get around; walking for a couple of days would be quite tiring due to the uphill climbs. Ctrip's international presence is quite weak. I booked through them, and even though I checked in at 12 PM, I didn't get my room key until 8 PM. On top of that, they gave me the worst room on the edge of the property, with a ton of noise. I ultimately had to rely on my Marriott membership to get an upgrade and a room change. The restaurants, however, are all pretty good.

550kkThe hotel is extremely clean compared to other 5 star hotels in Turkey. The staff at reception. Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄

This hotel was truly in a fantastic location. My wife and I had a quick holiday getaway, and the staff's attitude was wonderful. It's within walking distance to the ferry terminal and the high-speed train station. I would genuinely recommend it to everyone I know, and it's definitely my top choice for all my future Istanbul trips.

This hotel is very good. It also has airport pick-up service and the sanitation is very good. I originally booked the hotel for two days. After I checked in, I felt it was so good that I extended it for a few more nights.

The room was nice, but there's a mosque nearby, so it got a bit noisy in the mornings. The breakfast was really bad, but the hygiene and environment were decent. The main issue was that many of the staff didn't speak English, which made communication difficult.
