Hello to everyone 👋
I have been visiting Istanbul several times and I have been in many different hotels and apartments but this time I was in Wanda vista Istanbul hotel and I and my partner didn’t want to leave the place.
I’m speechless!!! Can’t find a word to describe how good the room and the staff members was room very clean and tidy and great looking the staff very friendly and polite and helpful
Everything was top of the range
Seriously I never leave any comments or likes on social media or anything else got dealing with the reviews or anything like that but this time I felt it’s so unfair if I don’t…
My partner she’s very fussy and she’s the type of a lady won’t settle less than what she deserves and she’s got very expensive taste 😖 when I found the hotel she wasn’t happy and argued with me why I book this hotel simply because the price wasn’t as expensive as other hotel we use to got but since we got there till the last minute we checked out she was loving every single second we spent in the room and she was saying from now on this is the one and only one place she would love to stay anytime we will come to Istanbul again
Thank you ever so much for the lovely and warm welcoming hospitality and very great full for the perfect service.🙏🙏

Nestled along the Haliç, Rixos Tersane Istanbul epitomises unmatched guest experiences and service excellence. Dedicated to redefining Istanbul's lifestyle scene, the hotel is an eclectic fusion, creating an urban hotspot and lifestyle hub with panoramic views of the Haliç. Situated in Istanbul's historic Tersane district along the Golden Horn, Rixos Tersane Istanbul seamlessly combines modern luxury with a 600-year-old dockyard's rich heritage.

If there would be a Champions League for hotels, Rixos Tersane would win it. The nature of my media profession necessitates many hotel stays in many countries. Usually I cannot wait to go home. This time everything was different. Welcome? I felt as a family member, not paying guest. Design? Beautiful. Rooms? Perfect size, waterfront views, very comfortable beds, seating area, desk to work on, well above average storage space, and then the bathroom... history in the building, on the walls, there are books to read or consult about city and country. Food and beverage? Best I had in years at a hotel, from breakfast to dinner. Breakfast in particular is out of a stylish Hollywood movie. If a convention or conference is coming up - book it here. 2000 happy delegates? Easy :-) But there was something else, too: the team, their staff. How a hotel is managed reflects in staff attitude. According to my opinion and I spoke with many, this hotel must have the best possible management anywhere in the world. Thank you!

It is a very nice hotel. The Executive Lounge and the Rooftop Bar are on the highest Floor where you have a fantastic View of the Bosphorus and can enjoy delicious Food. Our Room was very large and very clean. When we arrived there was a Fruit Basket, different Variations of Chocolate and a Bottle of Wine served on our Table even though we don't drink Alcohol i found it very accommodating. The Breakfast is wonderful and there are many different flavors. The Coffee was unfortunately not good so I drank Çay. You can walk 10-15 Minutes and then you will pass various small Cafés, Supermarktes and Restaurants.
I recommend this Hotel because it’s worth a Visit

Being a vegetarian I was a bit sceptical abt getting good food in Istanbul. But chef Oguz and Emraan Erkon as well as chef Serkan made sure I tasted delicious Turkish vegetarian meals as well as delights which was so lovingly served by their team Selcuk, Bekay, Umat and Aleena . Super super kitchen team backed by happy motivated servers and supervisors. Cansin from front office team also was very helpful. The hotel is so close to taksim square and all tram, metro and boat stations for tourist attraction spots . Elegant hotel with super comfortable rooms and a great home away from home !!! Nice concierge who guides you well abt various tourist attractions.

Sometimes it takes one interaction to ruin something and well my experience at this hotel took same turn. I had booked a corner room facing the Bosphorus through American Express. When I arrived, I asked for a room with two twin beds and the receptionist very rudely said he was certain my booking came through Expedia and that he was certain Expedia explains those rooms don’t have twin bed options and “it is your responsibility to pay attention!” I explained to him that American Express might book through Expedia but regardless the American Express booking page did not say king beds were the only option. He kept insisting that I booked through Expedia and the only option I had was to go with a room facing the city or pay extra for an upgrade. Even though I payed for the more expensive view, I ended up with the view facing the city. I later checked with booking.com and as a matter of fact they do offer corner room with twin beds facing the Bosphorus! You know so many times you check in hotels and out of curtesy they offer you an upgrade when a mistake is made but not here! The guy had to prove he was right and was very rude about it!

I chose this hotel because I wanted to have a bath in a room. But it wasn't worth it. The location is bad. There is nothing really around. Don't expect to have a view.
The room was old and cold. The bathtub was very small. The paint on the walls took off years ago. So I couldn't really relax as I imagined. I think, the hotel wasn't renewed for years..
The breakfast was not worth 500 liras.
Even though it's a 5 star hotel, there was almost no one who could speak English.
I would not recommend staying here.

Burdock Hotels character is based on an inspirational look that reflects luxury, exclusivity and sophisticated accommodation in karma of connection between community, ancient times, themes and motivations of traveling passions. The Burdock Hotel is located on one of the most popular part of the city the historical and mystic route, surrounded by authentic and contemporary art, design, and artisanal workshop hotspots. Therefore, The Burdock is more than a hotel it is a cocoon for insiders who need to live what’s precious and what is next. It is a hub of one of akind route Karakoy and the motto is living new inspirations.

Burduk Karakoy is a clean and well-appointed hotel with a wonderful design. The staff are excellent and helpful. They provide Sahlab hospitality upon arrival. A room of 20 square meters, but it is wonderful and clean. You are asked to put a $100 deposit. It is better to pay in cash and take a receipt and receive it upon exit. Its location is excellent. Opposite you is the Karakoy neighborhood, full of restaurants, coffee shops, and Galata Port, and it is accessible. To Taksim and Istiklal Street, turn right when exiting the hotel, a distance of 400 meters to Tunil station 🚇Karaköy, and you are in the middle of Istiklal Street and head to the Eminonu, Sirkeci and Sultanahmet areas. Take a tram from Tobahane station near the hotel - the only negative is that there is no taxi stop opposite the hotel upon request. Uber: Leave the hotel on the left side, 300 meters away, and Uber will be waiting for you at the signal
Choose the striking Holiday Inn Istanbul-Sisli hotel in the city's retail district, a short taxi ride to convention centres and 45 minutes from Istanbul Airport. Welcome from our friendly Front Desk staff inside the cool marble lobby of the Holiday Inn Istanbul Sisli. The modern design continues in the Guest rooms, which combine chic fittings and wooden floors with complimentary wireless Internet. From our location in the heart of modern Istanbul it's 350 metres to Sisli Metro, where trains speed you to the Old Town. Well placed for business, with the Lutfi Kirdar ICEC Conference Centre a 10 minute taxi ride from Holiday Inn Istanbul Sisli. You can prepare for meetings in the 24-hour Business Centre and keep up with work via wireless Internet throughout the hotel.Sisli is a shopper's paradise, and the hotel is walking distance from the enormous Cevahir shopping mall. We're also just 5km from atmospheric Istanbul Old Town, Grand Bazaar and see the towering minarets of the Blue Mosque.

Finally, the family decided to visit Istanbul and do some shopping. It has been a long time since the last visit before the COVID-19 traveling band. To be close to the traditional shopping area, I selected Holiday Inn Sisli Hotel and I booked two rooms. I remember 4 or 5 years back, it was a great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Also the rooms are very neat and clean. Surprisingly, the check-in welcoming was exceptional, not because my IHG membership only, but as expected, the staff are very friendly. Exceptional, Mr. Yunus Emre Özek, who is in charge of The Guest Relations was distinguished in his welcoming, smiling, friendly assistance and help for my wife at the time and my daughter at the second time when she arrived. Mr. Yunus extended his assistance and help every morning when the family saw him on the way to the restaurant for breakfast. He even gave me sweet words over the phone, which I will keep in mind forever by saying your family is my family and just restassured Yunus is here to help them. A part of that as I said, the hotel location is great, and the rooms and path rooms are net and clean. The room sleeping quality is excellent despite the busy all-day street outside. The family is feeling very safe in this hotel as well. The overall stay is awesome, and 10 out of 10, despite the price tendency, is toward the high end. Regards

MMojganWe had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

GGuest UserThere are more pros than cons, but there are cons. The hotel is composed of a number of independent houses, located on a public street, i.e., to go from one room to another or to the reception/restaurant, you have to go out to the street and go into another building. It is not cozy at all. The hotel is located at a stone's throw from the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sofia Mosque, the Blue Mosque and the Water Cistern. You walk less than 3 minutes to get to any of them. On the other hand, amid Istanbul’s traffic, the worst I have ever seen in my life, the traffic near the hotel is the worst of the worst. Very easy to get to the places I mentioned, a nightmare to get in and out of an extremely bad location traffic wise to the generally very bad traffic elsewhere in town. Rooms are decorated in Turkish style, spacious and modern. All convenience you would expect from an hotel of this category are available. Were it not for the location, it would not have been the best choice in my opinion.
GGuest UserAll the staff are most helpful and friendly. The rooms are very modern and the location is very good for all you want to do in the Old Town. Restaurant has some great meals and the breakfast buffet was terrific and extensive. The views are fantastic there too! A slight problem we had was sorted out professionally and promptly. We were most impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it.

GGuest UserGreat hotel with a fantastic location in old town. Walkable distance to most major tourist cities. Very clean and high end feel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. And the food at the restaurant also quite tasty. The only drawn back was that our room even though technically on the second floor , it was still ground level, and right next to the main door. So late at night with the wall a bit thin we keep getting woken up by people coming in and out. Otherwise we would highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserOur stay was really pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel is great! Really close to all of the monuments, the city centre and good restaurants. You have everything you need on the same street. The staff is always friendly! At the reception Selim was really welcoming and helpful and also the guys at the breakfast service Mehmet and Yalain :) ( I hope I wrote the names right) The cleaning service also really good! At general a lovely stay for our first time in Istanbul.

AAries TravellerWe stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky).
They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram.
We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.
GGuest UserAn excellent option for a fully serviced luxury stay. Wonderful and helpful staff, excellent facilities (two pools, on site supermarket, room service, thorough daily cleaning, coffee shop, restaurant, 24 hour security in the lobby, taxi rank, gym, spa, pharmacy), great views. Elegant décor. The staff always go out of their way to resolve things and help, even when it's not necessarily in their job description. Five stars.
GGuest UserUnfortunately, during our stay at this hotel from 21 to 28 may 2022, a pair of shoes we had bought were stolen from us, and although the hotel's security cameras were checked and it was found that the fog had been stolen, they did not accept the hotel's security manager ! We were easily robbed in a five-star hotel chain , I attached a photo of the shoe bags on the day we bought it and went to the room .
SsfsvI stayed here since Turkish airlines put me there after missing my connecting flight. The location is bad. Nothing interesting around to even get a bite to eat but also it is far to get to interesting places, not because distance but time to travel. The room had water damage on the floor but not repaired. After getting into my first shower, I found that they were out of conditioner (big bottle on the shower wall). They did not even check after the last guest. The big problem with the place is that their main customers are not you! It is tour agencies or Turkish airlines. They don't seem to care about the real guests. As I walking into the breakfast with my carryon, A staff member stopped me and rudely said that it it is ”forbidden” to bring in luggage into breakfast area, the point is not just the mentality is working with what is forbidden but also being rude. When I asked what I was going to do with it, no answer. Then, I said sarcastically that he should watch my carryon while having breakfast, still no answer. Then, I left my carryon with the front desk. While checking out, I told them about conditioner, the answer back was you should have called us to get the conditioner. I laughed ”I was already in shower, was I supposed to get out of shower, call you, wait, and continue my shower?” I advised them to train their staff better. I also mentioned the experience with the carryon on the way to breakfast that their staff member was rude. Again, I advised him to train their staff. To my surprise, he said things are so busy, they don't have to train their staff well, another sarcastic comment was deserved ”you have time to train them on what is forbidden but can't find the train them how to talk to guest? After checking out, I did a test my theory, it right on the spot. So, you should have a feel now. Not well maintained hotel, not training their staff on hospitality. If you are paying for it, you can do much better easily.
GGuest UserIt is a very wonderful hotel and has all the wonderful services. We had a great time at this hotel. We hope to return to the hotel on the next trip. The best thing about this hotel is that there is a person who is fluent in some languages, especially Arabic, and this is an excellent thing for people coming from Arab countries.
