Nice stay! Location is good when you go to a happy village, maybe for the rest a little further. Room beautifully decorated for my mother's birthday. All clean, top for each other!

Brilliant rooms that were large and very comfortable. Stayed a long weekend and enjoyed the extras you get with the room which was very close to local metro lines. Would recommend for sure. Going to book again in the future

Overall, a pretty good experience! I arrived in Rotterdam around 11 AM and tried to check in, but was told the room wasn't ready yet. So I just dropped off my luggage and went out to explore. When I returned to the hotel around 6 PM to check in, the front desk informed me that all the standard rooms were taken. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a river-view room, directly facing the Erasmus Bridge! The room was also larger than the standard rooms I'd stayed in at other hotels in the same chain (perhaps due to my Hilton Honors membership, or maybe because a tour group had booked all the standard rooms). The hotel is conveniently located with a metro station right outside that goes directly to The Hague, and a tram that takes you to Rotterdam Central Station. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is next to a main road, so there can be some noise from motorcycles. If that bothers you, I'd recommend requesting a room facing the river.

The room was clean and tidy. Although the space was small, the separated shower and toilet made the room feel larger. However, the slightly transparent glass partition and the lack of space to put clothes in the shower might be more suitable for couples. It might not be ideal for friends or relatives sharing a room. The room had a small fridge, which was very convenient, but it would be even better if a water dispenser were provided.

The easiest and most convenient way to get here from Rotterdam Centraal Station is to exit through the main entrance (the beautiful triangular one), turn left, and walk straight. Other exits are a bit far and there's also road construction, making them less convenient. Staying here is great for easy access to the station and convenient travel. The train station faces the Canal Sculptures, and the buildings on both sides are very modern and unique. The hotel itself is decent, and the breakfast is fine, a reliable hotel overall.

Nice, stylish lobby and a great location. Parking is far too expensive as there's no private parking lot. Even after checking in online, there was still a long queue for the key. The room had no instructions and no extras like a bottle of water. No fridge for medication! Kids were playing and running in the hallway! Noisy rooms, though the sound insulation from outside is good. The mattress is comfortable but had lint that was easily felt through the bed linen.

Great location in the city center, very close to the train station. There's a subway station right outside, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. The service was excellent – very friendly and polite. While it was called an 'executive room,' it was essentially a standard king room, but perfectly adequate and clean.

Very good hotel, spacious and comfortable room. I found some dust in the coffee machine and in a few other spots, but otherwise it was quite clean and comfortable, with good beds and enough storage. A shame there were no sheer curtains on the windows, as there was a lot of direct view into the room! The breakfast was good quality but a bit simple, though still very tasty. The staff were super nice, and the hotel smells pleasant when you walk in, which is lovely. Overall, a very good hotel. I would come back if I'm ever in Rotterdam again. Thanks!

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

Centrally located Well maintained Staff need personal skills on how to interact with guests, and be helpful in need No A/C [or was out of service] and the room was like an oven when we stepped in, and we chose to spend most of the time outside because of that, and returned back to room just to crash Next day we had a fire alarm, and thats when all the drama strated Guy behind the counter was clueless on how to reset the alarm. Elevators were knocked out. Staff behind counter clueless on the hardships faced by guests (and unwilling to help) Not only did we have to climb stairs all the way to 7th floor, and we had to bring our 3 suitcases down seven floors by ourself Staff unapologetic or unwilling to help on a bright warm sunny day? WOW! Mind boggling
