GGuest UserMother-daughter weekend trip. Beautiful small boutique hotel with clean modern furnishings nd wonderful staff. Room was spacious with high quality toiletries. Free water in the room was missed but there was a pitcher with water and free cantucci cookies at all times. Breakfast was wonderful and location inside the city wall was perfect.

GGuest UserAlojamiento muy peculiar y bonito teníamos 2 habitaciones una doble y otra para 4 personas. La de 4 tenía 2 habitaciones muy grandes con el baño en el centro con ducha , bañera grande , 2 lavabos y todo lo necesario hasta planchas de pelo. Llegamos por la tarde y nos dejaron un sobre con las llaves y todo muy bien explicado. Muy buena comunicación por wasapearme con Marina. Desayuno rico y ubicación a unos 15 minutos al centro andando y con parking. En general todo perfecto

GGuest UserLa struttura è in una posizione ottima, facile da raggiungere parcheggiando appena fuori le mura e comodissima per girare a piedi la città. L’hotel è pulito e le camere ben arredate. Abbiamo anche usufruito gratuitamente delle bici dell’hotel per fare un giro tra le vie e sopra le mura della città. Il punto forte è alla reception, Alessandro è stato molto accogliente e intelligente nel darci consigli su come spendere il nostro weekend a Lucca, da cosa visitare a dove mangiare ci ha fatto scoprire posti e persone magnifiche.

GGuest UserActually everything was fine and really quiet and nice breakfast and 24 hour reception. There is a main building and a depandance, although close to each other, but there are a lot of stairs, so this hotel is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. The rooms have their own air conditioning that works and is very easy to operate, which is fine.

WWilliamgray81This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

GGuest UserHotel in a convenient location for us - close to the motorway, not far from the city center (20 min. walk). Convenient, large parking lot belonging to the hotel (entrance with a barrier). The windows of the rooms overlook either McDonalds and the motorway, or the supermarket parking lot (we definitely preferred the supermarket side). Unfortunately, we were forced to change rooms due to black mold by the window and mold on the wall - the hotel staff were very helpful and despite being fully booked, offered us another room. The rest of the stay went smoothly. As in most hotels in Italy, there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, nor bottled water or glasses.

KKaisa Johanna’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.
