’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.

My husband found this hotel while we were traveling through Italy. We had a great stay after checking in we went to the restaurant attached the octopus was out of this world and we shared a lucca special dessert which was delicious. Room was clean staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitly would recommend.

We stayed at this hotel during an Italy roadtrip. This hotel is a good option for travelers with a car, as it's offers free parking on-site. Located just 10–15 minutes by car from both Pisa and Lucca, it's a convenient base for exploring the area. The building has a vintage charm but is well maintained. Note that the room doors still use an old-fashioned key system. Rooms are spacious, with decent beds and generally clean, though some dust was noticeable in hidden corners. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was simple, with a few items lacking freshness, but staff replenished supplies promptly when asked for more quantity. The team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to keep in mind: check-in is only available until 8–9 PM. As we arrived later, the hotel sended us a detailed message and followed up with a call to guide us through a self-service check-in using a outside door unlocking code to access and retrieve your key. Overall, a pleasant stay, though the price felt slightly high for what was offered.

Personal and incredible service. The rooms were very well appointed, the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and the staff were extremely accommodating. My partner and I were traveling via bus across Tuscany and we had a minor snafu with scheduling (we didn’t realize that the buses didn’t run on sundays until the afternoon) and the staff graciously permitted us to wait in their lobby. My only complaint, and this has nothing to do with the hotel or its services, is the location overall. The town which the hotel resides in is not particularly traversable by foot. If I were to return I would do so with a rented car. Overall a wonderful hotel.

We stayed at hotel ristorante da Carlos as a base for a wedding in Pisa before going on to Viareggio for a few days. The hotel itself was very welcoming and the room was everything you need from a hotel. Spacious bedroom. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Everything was very clean no issues with the room. Breakfast was included and very tasty and plentiful. The attached restaurant provided very nice meals with a local pizzeria in the village also available when the restaurant was closed Sunday evening. The customer service was amazing with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we made it to the wedding and onto our next destination. Thank you all for such a lovely stay in your hotel.

Hotel un po’ demodé, una rinfrescata generale farebbe bene. La parvenza di “vecchio” all’interno è tanta. Nel complesso comunque personale gentile, discreta la proposta del ristorante. Ideale per le brevi permanenze ed i viaggi di lavoro.

A metà strada tra Lucca e Pisa. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e abbondante con torte molto buone. Parcheggio davanti all’albergo comodo e sicuro. Alla reception può avere anche consigli utili per la visita alla città vicine Adatto a famiglie e giovani
