I stayed at hotel Diana during my trip to Lucca for the summer music festival. The experience I had was wonderful and the staff were supper nice, helpful and accommodating.

Great Find near Piazza Napoleone
Hotel Diana was an amazing find right in the center of Lucca very near the piazza for Lucca Summer Festival. The room we had was recently renovated and very spacious and well designed. The bathroom had one of the nicest and largest showers I have ever seen.

A 2 Day Stay in Lucca
Very kind and attentive staff at front desk and the breakfast.
Breakfast was continental style, with many options.
Showers are small, but that seems to be the norm in some hotels in Italy

Highly recommend this hotel! A sweet small boutique hotel on a quiet street. Staff was so welcoming! Fabrizio was kind to listen to me struggle through my little bit of Italian I know. We stayed in the Hotel Diana annex (Rm #40) and it was VERY nice. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You can't ask for more.

Lucca is a very charming community. With lots history, shops and restaurants.
the staff and accommodations at hotel Diana made our stay all the better.
We would highly recommend others to seek out Hotel Diana for others while staying in Lucca Italy.

Beautiful property tucked away in quiet area. Fabrizio was there to greet us and our room was ready even though we were early. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Live the area, would definitely go back to the Diana Hotel.

One day in Lucca
Everything was close from the hotel, the staf was kindly and professional!
Lucca is a very nice town with a complete wall around, at the evening we had a very nice dinner in the middle of the town!
