A true palace, absolutely stunning, a fantastic experience. The tea set was Chinese style, which was a plus. The hotel reception was a bit serious, but the waiters were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and parking. I gave them a tip. The location is unparalleled; the view from the window is right in the heart of the port area. The hotel's back door is right next to the main tourist area. As for the room, just look at the pictures—it was great, no exaggeration. The breakfast staff were very friendly, but the selection was too limited; it was practically a mini breakfast.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and good soundproofing. Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Amazing amenities. The room was big and spacious. There was a floor for fruits, beverages and terrace as well as a lounge. There was also a billiard room but I didn't get to visit. Location is good however parking is a 8min walk away. Don't get fooled and try to drive to the hotel as we did and get stuck in the alleys for pedestrian only. Alleys are night are filled with youth and seemed dangerous. Try to avoid.

Very nice place to stay! It’s close to everything in the city, very clean. Rooms have everything you could ask for. Private parking was a big plus for me. Owners are also really helpful and I could leave the motorbike a little longer to explorer the city in the morning. Grazie!

Have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times in the last 10 years. Always love the staff service. The restaurant is also excellent for its attentive staff and lovely genovese food. Breakfast is also excellent. Although I hope an upgrade will come soon, the rooms are clean but tired.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.
