My partner and I stayed one night in this hotel, in a room on the 11th floor. The soundproofing of the rooms might not be the best. The room and bathroom sizes were very good. The breakfast buffet was rich and abundant, with plenty of options for both sweet and savory lovers. The indoor garage was very convenient and available at an extra cost (definitely a very important service). The only downside was the pillows (at least for someone with neck pain like myself). We definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was truly lovely and perfect, from the room to the breakfast. The room was really comfortable and had everything you could possibly need, and even more. The staff were professional and kind.

The hotel room facilities are quite good, but the breakfast restaurant is pretty average.

The room was decent, and the location was quite convenient.

This old five-star hotel's facilities are a little dated, but still quite clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. The pre-authorization at the front desk was a bit unusual for Chinese tourists; we had already paid in full through Ctrip, so having to put down another pre-authorization for the same amount felt unnecessary. However, it didn't show up on my credit card statement the following month after check-out, so it was just a minor annoyance at the time. Genoa is a city with a very unique character; the St. George's Cross flag almost makes you feel like you're in England, which was quite fun.

Not bad, good for a stroll and taking photos.
