Guest UserThe old-fashioned elevator was interesting! The triple room was quite large, but the layout was a bit odd; there was a big walk-in closet that wasn't very useful, so the actual usable space wasn't huge. The free minibar was great, and there was plenty of water! The service was also excellent. It's quite hard to get a taxi in Genoa, but the front desk staff were very patient and friendly, helping to call taxis or give directions for public transport. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Anonymous UserThere is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 10 o'clock, which is convenient for shopping. This is very good. The highway is very close, which causes the problem of vehicle noise at night. The hotel should provide free earplugs. But we can't ask them by Chinese standards, after all, their four-star rooms are at the level of home. Fortunately, there are free parking spaces around, just uphill from the supermarket. It is better to park your valuables in the lower parking lot inside the hotel.

直線拉升The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit.

A very recommended hotel. The hotel is very new. The bed and shower water are very good. It is in a private yacht club. There are six restaurants nearby and a very safe free parking lot. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

Staff is very kind. My friend forgot to take a lot of cash and branded bags when checking out. The hotel staff immediately helped to lock the room and take care of the property. Super good quality

Anonymous UserThe room is small but very clean. The fat Michele at the front desk is very good. The croissants for breakfast are so delicious. You must restrain yourself from eating too many every day. The latte coffee is only given by the waiter. The coffee is also delicious.
Environment: Located in the old city, it is convenient to eat around, there are many black people, don't go out at night

Guest UserWhen we arrived, the room was already very warm. It was about 30°C outside, even at 9:00 PM, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. I couldn’t get it to start, so the room remained very hot during the night. The room furnishings also felt quite old-fashioned. Apart from that, the receptionist was very kind and helpful.
