Facilities: Fully equipped, pool + spa; dinner was delicious. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Excellent except the rooms don't have sea views; however, the location is very close to the beach. Service: Excellent service. Overall, it lacks a bit of a resort feel; it's more suitable for short business trips.

When I checked in, the swimming pool was under repair and upgraded. The large room and the entire restaurant had a very good breakfast, which tasted very authentic. The beach is a 1-minute walk from the hotel, and it looks beautiful at sunset.

The hotel itself is good, especially considering the hotels around. The sea and Nervi station are close. Good breakfast. It is important that there is parking (though 45 euros per day), since it is almost impossible to park a car in Nervi. But there are terrible downsides: - unbearable stench in the room. The staff said it was from the air conditioner, asked not to worry, put an air freshener, but nothing changed. - unwillingness to help. After it was stated that the room smelled terrible, it would be logical to offer another room, compensation, at least something. They only suggested not to worry. - a single balcony for many rooms, two other people's big dogs came to us twice during our stay. It should not be like this. - a very expensive dinner at the restaurant. Overall, this is not a problem, but the quality of the food is average, not worth the money - the water in the shower randomly changes from ice cold to boiling water several times in a couple of minutes, you can't control it It's a shame that such a great hotel allows such failures. At a price of 1000 euros per night, this is not possible.

It's a very cozy hotel with a strong sense of design. It's located in a small town near Genoa, about ten minutes by train from Genoa. There is nothing next to me, so I just lie down somewhere else.

It's a very new hotel. The characteristic of a small hotel is that the service is very meticulous and in-depth. But the restaurant is average, there were a few issues but we were not given good feedback. Others are very satisfied

The hotel feels like a renovation of an old historical house, the decoration is relatively new and the service is also good. We booked a sea view terrace room, but unfortunately we could only see a corner of the sea view. There is absolutely no value for money. The room is pitifully small, the bathroom shower room is floor-to-ceiling glass, there are no curtains, and it can be seen from the balcony. There is no privacy at all. In summary, the smart facilities and equipment are all OK, and it feels like a high-end homestay.
