Bathroom light was not working, no boiler in the room for coffee or tea.

酒店很好！就是離市區有點遠！免費停車，也很安全！

定了一晚後又續訂了一晚，離地中海之心這類郵輪碼頭不遠，離市中心或者熱那亞水族館還是有些距離的。
酒店背後有一家三層樓的esselunga大超市，酒店大門斜對面有中國人開的日料自助。
停車非常方便有專門的地下停車庫，旁邊兒還有倆加油站可以目視到熱那亞燈塔。
酒店環境不錯，就是大堂孩子很多，因為擺有娛樂設施所以比較吵鬧。大堂還有一架鋼琴一開始的開着琴蓋的結果因為總有孩子去亂彈製造噪音，工作人員直接在琴凳子上放了個巨型泰迪熊把鋼琴關起來了。
