Staying at this B&B, I finally understood what it means to 'sleep by the water in Jiangnan' 🛶 “You say spring is not late, and I arrive in true Jiangnan.” This time in Zhouzhuang, I didn't choose the cookie-cutter hotels. Instead, I stayed at Chanyi, and it truly lives up to its name – full of Zen, instantly bringing a sense of calm. 🍃 🌟 Details that made the experience amazing: 1. **Unbeatable Location**: Right in the heart of the ancient town, just 20 meters from where you get off the car, and super close to the Twin Bridges! The best part is, when you're tired from exploring, you can just pop back to your room and relax. Perfect for lazy travelers. 2. **About the Room**: I highly recommend the riverside balcony room! The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable and luxurious. All the bathroom fixtures are Kohler, which shows great taste. Sitting on the balcony, watching the sculling boats glide by with their gentle creaks, and basking in the sun – I could spend an entire afternoon there. The room has a Japanese-meets-new-Chinese style and is sparkling clean. The bedding is genuinely super comfortable. 3. **Personal Touch**: I have to give a shout-out to the owners! They came out to greet us and even helped us park our car. They not only brought us fruit and pastries but also melon seeds – the orange peel flavored ones were especially delicious. They even added us on WeChat to help with our itinerary, which was a really heartwarming gesture ❤️

Amazing stay with an incredible lake view. Waking up to that view alone already puts you in a good mood. The owner was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Super friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. He personally helped us move our luggage from the entrance, showed us around the place, and shared stories and tips along the way. It felt less like a formal check in and more like a friend welcoming you into his home. When it was time to leave for the airport, he even helped us compare transport options. He checked our DiDi quotes against a 7 seater driver he recommended, and his referral turned out to be about $200 cheaper, plus the car was really new and comfortable. That alone saved us a lot of hassle and money. We felt taken care of from start to end, like VIPs without the awkward luxury hotel attitude. Just sincere hospitality done right. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Our stay at Mulan Huayue Inn was absolutely perfect! The inn is located on Zhongshi Street in Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, very close to Shen Hall, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The courtyard is elegant and full of Jiangnan charm, making it a great spot for photos. There are two adorable and friendly cats, Huanhuan and Yingying, wandering around the courtyard – petting them was so therapeutic. The owner was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and responsible. Before our arrival, she sent detailed tips and offered reliable advice for exploring the ancient town and finding good food. She was also very responsive to any requests we had. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. Staying right inside the scenic area meant we could enjoy the quiet water town mornings and evenings without the crowds. Zhouzhuang is beautiful, and this inn is definitely the top choice when visiting. We'll be back!

Staying in this location was an absolute joy. To spend a night in an historic ancient time is a great experience, and staying in this hotel is a treat. The price is extremely reasonable. If I could give more points for the staff they deserve them. I arrived very early, and they not only allowed to drop off my bags, they changed the cleaning schedule to support my early arrival giving me an ultra-early check in. The room was just what I had ordered, and when it came time to check out, they gave me a fried dough snack to speed me on my way as they guided me to the “hidden” location to catch the bus to Suzhou. I don’t usually gush about a location or the staff, but these folks are special. If you want to experience an historic ancient town, listen to the experts that claim ZhouZhuang is the #1 choice.

The location is incredibly convenient, right across from MixC shopping mall, making it easy to find places to eat and enjoy family trips! The room was spacious and exceptionally clean; I especially loved the fragrance in the lobby and the mini-fridge in the room! My child said they'd stay here again for their next trip!

This guesthouse is really great! It has its own unique charm, the surroundings are beautiful, and it's super clean and tidy. A shuttle picked us up right at the parking lot, and it's only about a hundred meters from the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant, and the dishes are exquisitely prepared and taste amazing. Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍👍

After a long search, I finally decided on this B&B. After booking, I called them and they provided the parking address and arranged a pick-up. The pick-up service on the day of our arrival was very prompt, and the attitude was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pick-up guy was also quite handsome, haha! The first floor of the B&B is a 'day cafe, night bar' concept, which I absolutely loved! The room faced a small river and was very comfortable. The sunlight streaming into the room this season was just perfect. For breakfast, the front desk provides a menu and is also flexible in accommodating personal preferences. One thing I have to mention: my little one didn't eat much of the noodles on the first morning. In the evening, the front desk asked if we'd like to switch to fresh pork wontons, which was very thoughtful (it wasn't that the noodles weren't good, but my child had a cough and a poor appetite). When we asked for recommendations for fun things to do and good places to eat, they gave us excellent suggestions with no duds. They even provided route navigation and estimated times, which was very comprehensive. All the staff at the front desk were enthusiastic and cheerful, and the cleaning ladies were incredibly warm and friendly. It really felt like home. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. I loved the environment, facilities, and decor. Thank you to all the B&B staff for your short but wonderful company during my very happy vacation. P.S. I left my game console in the lobby, and they safely kept it and returned it to me. Thumbs up for that!

The owner is friendly and will come to the entrance to pick us up. The hotel location outside has a nice view during night time, The only one , our room located on the ground floor is just in the front passage walkway unexpectedly. The room looked big , and clean for us ok for the value. What you pay for what you get..

It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Kunshan, perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Nestled within the Tianfu National Wetland Park, the hotel is a true natural oasis hidden in the city. The environment is serene and peaceful, far removed from the urban hustle and bustle. Opening the window reveals lush greenery and lake views; in the morning, you can watch the glistening lake, and in the evening, enjoy the stunning sunset glow. The ambiance is simply captivating, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The location is also very convenient, close to a subway station, with easy access for self-driving and thoughtful complimentary shuttle services, making getting around a breeze. The lake-view room I stayed in was spacious and airy, starting from 40 square meters, feeling expansive and unconfined with a well-organized and rational layout. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were spotless. The dry-wet separated bathroom was neat and dry. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a supremely comfortable sleep. Thoughtful details stood out, like the dehumidifier, which is perfect for the plum rain season, and amenities such as a viewing balcony and bathrobes, all contributing to a high-quality living experience. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with fresh and abundant ingredients and a wide variety of options. There were freshly cooked noodles, warm porridges, exquisite pastries, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, and local specialties. The flavors catered to a broad palate, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a different selection each day, fully meeting diverse dining preferences. What truly impressed me was the hotel's service. The entire staff was warm, polite, and responsive. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and quick, and the staff's attitude was patient and gentle, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. The overall hardware and software, environmental ambiance, and service details all far surpassed other hotels in the same price range, offering exceptional value for money. It has now been added to my go-to list for accommodation in Kunshan, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip. I loved it!

The hardware and facilities at the Sheraton are quite good. Every room faces Dianshan Lake, offering great sunset views, and there’s a small gate that leads right to the lakefront, making it an easy walk to the Rainbow Bridge. Breakfast was also very nice, especially the freshly made pancakes and waffles. As for the downsides, the service wasn’t quite up to par—the mouthwash in the bathroom hadn't been replaced and was left over from the previous guest.
