Kunshan Hyatt Place Hotel
"Very neat and clean, very good location 👍"
Guyunfeng Hotel
"The place is clean and tidy, with an excellent location. The owner is super nice and welcoming. They even helped us find a screw when our suitcase had a minor issue, really paying attention to the details. We'll definitely be back!"
Kunshan Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel
"Five stars, well deserved! The Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel in Kunshan is an ideal choice for business travelers. As someone who frequently travels across the Yangtze River Delta for business, I'm always very particular about hotel selection. Key considerations include convenient location, professional conference facilities, and rooms that meet both work and relaxation needs. For my recent business trip to Kunshan, I chose the highly-rated Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel, and my stay was absolutely perfect, earning it a full five-star review without a doubt. It's not just a landmark hotel in Kunshan, but a benchmark for quality business travel. The hotel's location is truly a 'golden coordinate' for business travel, proudly situated in the heart of Kunshan's CBD, integrated with the Golden Eagle International Shopping Center, forming a mature commercial complex. Transportation is impeccable; it's only about 800 meters from Xiuyi Station on Metro Line 11, a mere ten-minute walk. A taxi from Kunshan South Station takes only 15 minutes, and for those coming from Shanghai, a 19-minute high-speed train ride provides seamless connectivity. Self-driving guests also enjoy free parking. Whether rushing to a meeting or connecting with clients, it's efficient and time-saving. What's even more thoughtful is the direct access from the hotel's 8th floor to the shopping center, allowing guests to shop and dine without venturing far after work, significantly enhancing travel convenience. The professionalism of the business conference facilities was the most pleasant surprise. The hotel boasts a nearly 1000㎡ pillar-less Golden Eagle Hall with an 8-meter high ceiling, complemented by a massive 68㎡ high-definition LED screen. Both the audio and projection equipment are professional-grade. Our product launch event for over a hundred people was held here, and the sound field was even, the picture clear, fully meeting the demands of large-scale business events. Additionally, there are eight multi-functional halls and meeting rooms, ranging from 48㎡ to 380㎡, which can be flexibly arranged in various layouts like classroom, U-shape, or theater style, perfectly suiting both small discussion meetings and medium-sized training sessions. Throughout the conference, dedicated staff followed up constantly, from initial setup to tea break service, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Business services like printing and faxing were promptly addressed, ensuring the entire event ran smoothly and efficiently. The guest rooms are designed to perfectly cater to business travelers' needs. Starting from 47㎡, the spacious rooms offer high-altitude views from above the 30th floor. Each room features an oversized floor-to-ceiling window, allowing guests to overlook the city's CBD landscape during the day and shimmering neon lights at night, helping to relieve stress after a busy day. The executive desk in the room is large and comfortable, and the high-speed internet is stable and smooth, ensuring no lag during video conferences, fully meeting remote work requirements. Attention to detail is evident everywhere: the dual-sink design avoids morning and evening rush, and the wet/dry separated bathroom includes a large bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long day; the walk-in closet offers ample space with an ironing board and hairdryer, while the mini-bar provides complimentary bottled water and beverages. The USB charging ports and reading lights by the bed precisely address common pain points for business travelers. The dining services balance efficiency and quality, perfectly suiting the business pace. The sky restaurant on the 29th floor is an excellent choice for breakfast, where guests can enjoy a rich and diverse selection of dishes – from Chinese congee, noodles, and dim sum to Western pastries and freshly ground coffee, all made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests can also admire the city views, starting a vibrant workday. For business banquets, the hotel features 15 spacious private rooms, each with its own unique interior view. The chefs prepare classic dishes from various regions, which are excellent in color, aroma, and taste. The elegant and private environment is very suitable for dining with clients. The sky lobby lounge is an ideal spot for impromptu meetings, offering a quiet and comfortable atmosphere with exquisite refreshments, making conversations more relaxed. It's worth mentioning the hotel's service standards. From the efficient and professional check-in process handled by receptionist Qingqing, who patiently answered questions about local transportation and business facilities, to the prompt room service during my stay and the meticulous daily cleaning and replenishment by housekeeping staff, every detail showcased thoughtfulness and professionalism. The hotel also provides essential business services like courier handling and laundry, ensuring a worry-free trip. In summary, the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel in Kunshan fully meets all business travel needs with its superior location, professional business facilities, comfortable room configurations, delicious dining services, and thoughtful attention to detail. Whether for hosting large conferences, business banquets, or daily work and rest, this is an impeccable choice. On my next visit to Kunshan, I will definitely choose this gem of a hotel again and highly recommend it to all business travelers!"
Crowne Plaza KUNSHAN EAST by IHG
"This hotel is brand new, with Crowne Plaza on the 1st floor and Holiday Inn on the 2nd. We specifically chose Crowne Plaza this time for the bathtub. The recreational facilities are shared with the Holiday Inn. What really impressed me was the swimming pool. Picture 2 shows the gym lobby, which is beautifully decorated, and the equipment inside is quite good; the Patriot hairdryer, for example, is just as effective as some more famous brands. Breakfast felt a bit rushed, though. If you go down around 9:40 AM, many items aren't replenished, but the pan-fried buns at breakfast were incredibly delicious. Despite the high guest traffic, I never once had to wait or feel crowded in the elevators. The service was excellent. Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one had the cleanest rooms, and the bedding was great, making for a very comfortable sleep. The crib, an IKEA one, was also very good. The hotel's service is also excellent, and they even provide car charging. The location is also fantastic; I heard it's very close to Line 11, so next time I might even take the subway to stay here."

Newport Hotel Kunshan
"The hotel is OK, with a high cost-effectiveness. This time I went to Yangcheng Lake to eat crabs, which is quite close to the hotel. The hotel has a buffet dinner with drinks, sashimi, small hot pot, Chinese stir-fry, ice cream, many varieties and fresh ingredients 👍. This stay was very pleasant. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the afternoon."
Sheraton Kunshan Dianshan Lake
"This hotel is great, about an hour's drive from Shanghai city center, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's also a 10-minute drive from Zhujiajiao, which is nice for a stroll around sunset, and you can also check out the One Foot Garden Silo store there. I especially loved the hotel's Chinese restaurant; every dish was exquisite and delicious. When we checked in, I asked the front desk, and Olivia and Annie immediately helped us call and make a reservation for the restaurant, which I really appreciated."

"This hotel is located in Ideal Village, giving off a high-end B&B vibe. The room is quite spacious. There are already quite a few mosquitoes this season, but they provide mosquito coils and repellent in the room, which is thoughtful. The hostess (steward) was lovely and gave a very detailed introduction. Breakfast was good too, and there's an adorable little dog at the front desk."
