My stay at the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel in Kunshan was absolutely perfect, a full five-star experience. It's truly a hidden gem among high-rise hotels I've stayed at in Kunshan, offering both excellent value for money and a touch of luxury. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! The hotel boasts an excellent location in a bustling commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. The 8th floor provides direct access to a shopping mall, so you don't need to venture far to satisfy all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs – convenience is truly maximized. The hotel lobby, situated on the 29th floor, offers expansive and unobstructed views. The decor is light luxury and grand, incorporating elegant design details that create a wonderful ambiance. The check-in process was efficient and quick, with no tedious waiting. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic view room, and the experience was superb. The room was spacious and well-laid out, never feeling cramped. The massive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Kunshan's city lights at night, which were truly healing and stress-relieving. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; not a speck of dust could be found in any corner. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and fluffy, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, along with dual sinks and a bathtub, allowing for undisturbed washing and bathing. The quality of the toiletries was also top-notch, with thoughtful attention to detail. What truly impressed me most was the hotel's service. The entire staff, from Ms. Zhang to everyone else, was warm, polite, professional, and patient. Whether it was the front desk during check-in, or the housekeeping and concierge staff, their attitude was consistently gentle and attentive. Any requests were promptly addressed with meticulous care, making me feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel also boasts excellent soundproofing; despite being in a bustling area, it was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by external noise, ensuring a high-quality rest. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, with a full range of meats, vegetables, desserts, and beverages. They even had local specialty Aozhao noodles, which were fresh, delicious, and authentic. The overall facilities were new and well-maintained, with high-speed internet and smart devices readily available. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money is outstanding, and the overall experience is top-notch. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Kunshan!

The front desk service was attentive, and they even helped me upgrade my room. The room was spacious with a lovely view. Downstairs is Golden Eagle International, so it's quite convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. However, there was a minor flaw: it looked like there were stains on the bathroom floor? It definitely didn't look like a pattern anyway. Everything else was great, I just hope it could be a little more perfect next time.

The hotel is located on the higher floors of the building, offering a great view. I always stay here when I visit Kunshan. The mall next door makes dining very convenient. Perhaps because it was Chinese New Year, it was very crowded, and the breakfast experience was just average.

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing – I barely heard any outside noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. Downstairs, there's a large shopping mall with plenty of dining options and a cinema, making all amenities readily accessible, so there's no need to worry about food or entertainment. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh and varied dishes to satisfy different tastes. The hotel also offers free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Whether you're staying with friends or looking for a short, relaxing break, this hotel is a perfect fit. I couldn't find fault with the facilities, service, or location. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Kunshan.

Daisy Wu handled my check-in with exceptional efficiency, displaying warmth, professionalism, and a very gentle and attentive demeanor. I stayed in a Premium City View King Room, which starts from 47 square meters – the spaciousness was a delightful surprise. The massive floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the entire Kunshan city skyline; the view was expansive during the day and shimmering with neon lights at night. After a long day of work, a quick glance out the window instantly melted away my fatigue. The room design was stylish and minimalist, equipped with high-speed internet and a comfortable workspace. The bedding was soft and provided excellent support, ensuring a very high quality of sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, dual vanity sinks, and a bathtub, with complete and high-quality facilities. The Sky Western Restaurant on the 29th floor was another highlight; the breakfast selection was rich, combining both Chinese and Western options, along with freshly cooked local specialties like Suzhou Aozhao noodles and small wontons. For business needs, the hotel boasts a nearly 1,000-square-meter pillar-less grand ballroom with an 8-meter high ceiling, along with 8 multi-functional meeting rooms, all equipped with advanced facilities. Whether it's for a business trip or client entertainment, this is the most reliable and hassle-free choice in Kunshan. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Kunshan!

I admit I had a bit of decision paralysis when booking a hotel. Around 9 PM, I decided to call the hotel to inquire about reservation details. To my pleasant surprise, Ms. Wang Xinyi from the reservations department was incredibly enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions, dispelling all my doubts. That's when I immediately decided on the Golden Eagle. During our three-day, two-night stay at Summit, Xiaoxin (Ms. Wang Xinyi) provided incredibly attentive care. Not only did she discreetly help me decorate the room while juggling other tasks, creating a wonderful surprise for my husband and me the moment we walked in, but she also thoughtfully offered suggestions for dining and entertainment nearby. Even when she wasn't on duty, she ensured every detail was seamlessly handled, making us feel completely at home and enriching our vacation experience immensely! I also want to extend my thanks to the entire Golden Eagle Summit service team, including the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, for collectively helping us create such a warm anniversary atmosphere (and a special shout-out to Chen Jiayao, the concierge at the 29th-floor Western restaurant – your smile is truly uplifting)!
