A very nice stay. The host is very helpful. The room is as nice as the photo provided. Location is perfect, with the attraction entry gate a few steps away only. The view out from the window is perfect. Everything is just nice.

Remember to add the B&B owner on WeChat before going! The boss will send you the location of the parking lot. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk from the west parking lot to the B&B. But we came here directly from get off work in the evening. It was a little late and we had to walk through an unlit country road, which was still a bit scary. You should be able to take the main road, it's convenient, and it's really convenient. We entered the scenic spot quickly. After 9 pm and before 7 am, no tickets are required. Facilities: Hard bed, I’m not used to it, but my husband likes it very much. Hygiene: Very clean. The family room we stayed in had no exhaust in the bathroom and the smell was a bit strong. Environment: It is very close to the scenic spot. There are flower alley and rain alley light shows near the B&B at night. Service: The store was very polite and the communication was smooth before going. We informed the store when we arrived and they promptly turned on the air conditioner for us, which was very considerate.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

This is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating. The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel. Comfortable bathroom, good beds, spacious room. I highly recommend it!

Crowne Plaza Kunshan offers a convenient location and well-maintained facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean, featuring comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is diverse, and the service is professional.

Hotel was a lovely surprise in that it was a quiet haven from busy and noisy tourists area outside. We had a balcony with tables and chairs to relax on when we needed some quiet time from all the people. We enjoyed our stay there.
