The service details were very detailed! The room was clean and tidy, with no odor at all. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just the right hardness for me, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The room is decorated in a warm and stylish way, with all the smart equipment available. Lighting and air conditioning can be easily controlled via mobile phone, giving it a full sense of technology. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are high-end scented ones, and even the hair dryer is a well-known brand model that does not damage the hair, showing quality everywhere. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will choose this restaurant next time I come here. It is definitely a five-star rating!

Everything was good and the staff were very polite and kind and dealt with the needs and helped with anything I needed and everything was beautiful in the hotel but there was some maintenance or construction work and it was causing some disturbance.

The hotel's internet connection is particularly bad. I can't even watch a football match on TV. The lag is bad and the sound insulation is not good either. You can hear people talking and coughing in the corridor. Four-star hotels charge for printing some materials (other four- and five-star hotels do not charge for printing). The overall feeling is not very good, but the front desk service is not bad.

We ate at the restaurant that evening; the prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was tasty. The complimentary hot spring bath had excellent water quality. Our itinerary was to climb Qianshan Mountain on the first day, stay here that night, and then soak in the hot spring on the second day – perfect!
