Raphael Hotel

I scrolled through my album for ages trying to find the photos I took, only to realize I hadn't taken any! So, here are two pictures of the outside view from my room instead. I stayed for three days and found the hygiene conditions excellent, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. I prefer a lower pillow, and they offered a choice of a high and a low one, which was perfect. The cleaning staff tidied up every day, and the room amenities were replenished daily. The three ladies at the front desk were also outstanding – highly recommend! The location is great too, very close to the train station, and there's a bus stop right downstairs that took me to most of the places I wanted to visit (personally speaking). The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options, and they even offered free late-night snacks. Both the female and male staff at the front desk were very friendly! The room wasn't small, and the facilities were pretty good, including two mirrors. There's no parking lot, so if you're driving, you'll need to communicate with the hotel to help you find a spot. The soundproofing isn't the best; you can clearly hear people talking loudly, but normal voices aren't an issue. This really depends on how considerate other guests are.

The environment is excellent, exceptionally clean and tidy, bright, and the facilities are complete—it's really great, the environment is wonderful, and the service is excellent.

It is noisy because it is a busy area nearby. It is far from the train station, so you have to take a taxi. The breakfast restaurant is decent. The facilities are good.

The hotel has a very convenient location, and the complimentary dumplings for a late-night snack are a great touch. The facilities are new, the service is excellent, and it offers great value for money.
