Longyuan Holiday Hot Spring Hotel

Satisfied. It's located in the Qian Mountains hot spring area, 3 km from the Qian Mountains Scenic Area. There are buses and tourist routes from Anshan Station, which was perfect for me as I didn't want to spend money on transportation. The hotel has a large parking lot. The room was bright, comfortable, and clean. It seems to be a traditional hotel with more than one bathhouse and a large restaurant. The room rate included breakfast and a voucher for bathing and swimming. However, it wasn't the best fit for me: I was there for outdoor activities, so I left early one day and couldn't use the breakfast, and I was too tired to use the bathing voucher when I returned, only wanting to sleep. More flexibility with the booking would have suited me better. At 203 yuan per night with various Ctrip discounts, it was reasonable.

The room was old and poorly clean, and the service was unsatisfactory. After moving the bed, there was a lot of dirt underneath. The staff cleaned it up briefly, but it was a half-hearted effort, leaving the room still dirty. The air conditioning went from 26 to 28 degrees Celsius when turned on for cooling. When we asked for slippers with our parents and child, they asked, "Why do you need slippers? Do you want to shower in the room?" Don't children need shoes? Can't they shower in the room? The complimentary shower was poorly done, and the staff's attitude was even worse. Breakfast was just average.

Our trip to Anshan during the National Day holiday involved traveling north. On our first day, we stayed at the Longyuan Hot Spring Holiday Hotel. We chose it because it's very close to the Qianshan Scenic Area and offers free hot spring tickets, perfect for our itinerary of hiking the mountain on the first day and relaxing on the second. We planned to climb Qianshan in the afternoon and enjoy the Qianshan Water and Wood Fountain Show in the evening. The outdoor hot springs aren't usually open, but they opened the multi-functional pool for us early in the morning because our two children were waiting to play. The kids could play in the artificial waterfall.

We traveled to Qianshan with our family and would like to express our special gratitude to the female front desk staff at the hotel on the 6th at noon. Our child caught a chill in the afternoon, and by noon, our family hadn't returned from our hike. However, it was check-out time, and after communicating with the front desk staff, they offered warm and attentive service, providing a complimentary late check-out to allow our child ample time to rest. Experiencing such meticulous care while traveling is truly heartwarming. Thank you to the hotel for cultivating such excellent staff. Service level: 100%! A big thumbs up! The hotel has an excellent location, the best parking in the area, and the facilities are perfect for family trips. It's very close to the scenic area, has excellent hot spring facilities, and the dinner was exceptionally delicious!

The experience was absolutely terrible. First, the female receptionist was rude. When I asked her a few more questions about how to get to the hot springs, she ignored me and gave me a disdainful look. Then there was the restaurant. The arrogant guy sitting at the entrance had a fierce expression. I don't eat breakfast, and he wouldn't even let me take an extra egg. He was unreasonable and even tried to hit me. In the end, we were so angry that we left without eating anything. I hope you go out of business soon.

The room was spacious and clean, with a pleasant environment and fresh air in the morning. The room type included a choice between hot spring tickets and swimming/water park tickets. Breakfast was also provided. The hotel is conveniently located near the Qianshan Scenic Area, making it easy to get around. The parking lot was also ample. Overall, a very good experience…

It's very close to the main entrance of Qianshan Mountain, a 5-6 minute drive. The facilities are a bit old, but you can tell they have a lot of history. The parking lot is very large, which adds to the atmosphere. The hot springs are great; many locals come here to soak, which is representative of the area. Don't get ripped off!

They upgraded us to the presidential suite for free. It was a two-story suite and very comfortable. The hotel breakfast consisted of simple steamed buns, pickled vegetables, eggs, and porridge, which was enough to fill us up. The hot springs were great value for money, and they also open a swimming pool in the summer.
