"I was very impressed by the front desk service when I checked into this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk staff took the initiative to help me carry my luggage and guided me to the check-in area. When I checked in, it was not only fast and accurate, but they also asked me in detail about my room needs, such as orientation, floor preference, etc. During my stay, I was in a hurry to go out and forgot to bring my room card. The front desk quickly helped me solve it and reminded me to pay attention to safety. It was really considerate. The room was clean and bright, with complete items, the bedding was skin-friendly and comfortable, and the room was excellently soundproofed. Must praise!"
