"The room smelled a little smoky but it wasn’t a strong scent. There were many free amenities like toothbrushes, mouthwash, soap etc + coffee/tea and they provided clean towels daily. The location is like an hour away from areas like Shibuya, but in an easy location if you want to access Tokyo Disney Parks. Overall, it is a good and affordable option. It also was quite clean and has convenient baggage storage. It’s also like 4 min away from the subway."

The pre‑check‑in communication was clear, and the owner was responsive to all my questions. There’s no lift, but it wasn’t a problem for me. Overall, very good value for money."

"1. The hotel is relatively new and offers self check-in, but there are also staff members available to assist, which is great! The room is spacious enough for three large suitcases, no problem. The bed is big enough for two people, and each person gets two pillows, very comfortable! 2. You can walk to Asakusa, but it's a bit of a distance, and similarly, it's also a bit of a walk from the train station. So, I chose to walk 10 minutes to catch a bus to Nippori Station, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. Plus, I got to enjoy the scenery and flowers along the way."

"I stayed here to attend the AnimeJapan event. It's a 10-minute walk from Kanda Station, which was perfectly manageable even with a nearly 10kg suitcase! It seems Kodemmacho Station is also close by. Given its central Tokyo location, the cleanliness, the sense of security, and the price are all excellent, I think! I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance!!"

"The location was about a 13-minute brisk walk from the nearest station. It was convenient to have three convenience stores, including a 7-Eleven, right nearby. However, there were no staff present, and we had to get towels ourselves. Not having cleaning service even after a day was a significant inconvenience. The room itself was incredibly clean, pretty, and spacious, which made us happy. The toilet and bathroom were also very clean, which was great. Please note, there is no smoking room."

"It is close to Ikebukuro subway station, and the facilities were clean and nice since it was recently built. However, there is no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up to the 4th floor was difficult. Since I was traveling with my mother, going up to the 4th floor was a bit too much. We booked a room for three, but it was so small that we couldn't even properly open our suitcases, which was a shame. It was clean and the modern facilities were good, but there were a few things that left something to be desired."
