"The room is very small, even for a couple. It feels a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage, and there isn’t much space to move around or relax comfortably. It’s more suitable for short stays or solo travellers. Lighting in the room is also quite poor. It feels dim and not well-lit, which makes the space feel even smaller and less comfortable, especially at night or when trying to get ready. Overall, the hotel is functional and clean, but the compact room size and insufficient lighting make it less ideal for couples or longer stays."

"It was a very affordable hotel and we liked it. The bed is small for two of us , so its better to book a bigger room next time. They had everything you need. The room was clean, the towels were new every day. The staff at the lobby was amazing. Super easy and no issues We will stay again It’s good location to everything but it’s just 10 min drive to Disney !"

Hotel near Tokyo Disneyland,Urayasu
The hotel is about a 5-minute drive from JR Maihama Station and within walking distance of Tokyo Disney Resort. A dedicated shuttle bus is planned to operate between Maihama Station, the hotel, Tokyo Disneyland, and Tokyo DisneySea. The hotel offers room variations primarily for four people, accommodating up to six, making it convenient for families and groups. The interior is designed to enhance the excitement of travel while being functional and comfortable. The concept is "TRAVELOGUE=Memories of Travel," with "Nostalgic," "Exotic," and "Resort" as keywords, aiming to create a space that is vividly impressive as if traveling to a foreign country, yet somehow nostalgic, peaceful, and warm. The resort-like space with a sense of extraordinary excitement and rooms designed with the theme of the world's four seas provide experiences that remain in guests' "TRAVELOGUE=Memories of Travel."

"This hotel, part of the Royal Park group, just opened this year. The lobby and rooms clearly show a well-thought-out concept, and the atmosphere, designed with Tokyo Disney Resort visitors in mind, is fantastic. I generally enjoyed my stay as expected, but I'd like to share a few points for future improvement. (1) Shuttle bus to the park and Maihama Station: The bus was far more crowded than I anticipated. With limited capacity and infrequent service (only 2-3 buses per hour), missing one means waiting about 30 minutes for the next. This would be miserable on a rainy day after leaving the park. I understand it would increase costs, but since the hotel is so close to both the park and Maihama Station, abolishing the timetable and having a continuous loop, similar to airport terminal shuttles, would significantly improve the experience. (2) Breakfast restaurant COMPASS on the 2nd floor: I was really looking forward to this, as it received high praise online and from YouTubers, but my overall impression was just 'okay'. Again, I know it would cost more, but in addition to the delicious hamburgers, the kitchen really needs a classic egg station. The coffee quality was a bit disappointing, tasting somewhat instant. I'm not asking for Southeast Asian standards, but the variety of fruits was far too limited. On the soft skills side, I noticed a stark difference in hospitality between the experienced Japanese staff and the foreign staff, who seemed to have limited work experience. The latter showed no smiles, were unfriendly, and didn't seem to actively support guests, appearing to be solely focused on their main task of clearing finished dishes. Please train them in the basics of customer service to develop them into top-tier hotel professionals. Working with such a lack of enthusiasm, even worse than a student part-timer, negatively impacts the entire restaurant's atmosphere. Of course, there are many wonderful staff, especially among the female employees, and I hope the newer staff can learn from these excellent role models. Despite my harsh feedback, the breads, dim sum, and miniature chirashi bowls were all very delicious."

Hotel near Shinbashi,Tokyo
A 5-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. Close to the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, Ginza, and more, this hotel is extremely convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo. It's also close to Tokyo Tower and located along the JR Yamanote Line, making travel very easy. The room type is a mixed-gender dormitory room.

"Price affordable place suitable for backpackers and solo traveling. I'm not renting the sharing beds but solo tiny rooms, the bed is actually not that small, so you can store the things in the underneath locker and the suitcase placed outside. But make sure to be quiet because there's no actual doors. I didn't really sleep well but earplugs helped a bit, the shower and common area are acceptable. Nice staff that answered a lot question and recommended me restaurant with curry, even if she is a part time, I liked her a lot. The location is near to many restaurant in shimbashi,(but be careful if late night) and only 15minutes walk to Ginza, it's also near to many tourists places."

"Our stay at Hotel Oriental Express Ginza West was truly a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Shimbashi Station, making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo. What we especially loved is that the surrounding area feels more local, giving a more authentic and less crowded atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and very accommodating. A thoughtful touch was when they allowed me to check 2 room options first before assigning one, which we really appreciated. They also graciously permitted us to do an early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The room itself was spacious enough, very clean, and well-maintained. The building feels quite new, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Having direct access to Lawson is also a big plus for quick snacks and essentials. Housekeeping was excellent, the cleaner was very kind, and overall, everyone in the hotel was polite and attentive. Amenities are conveniently available at the lobby, and the level of service throughout our stay was superb. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a more local Tokyo experience."

"Although small, the place is fully equipped and not far from the subway station. Breakfast includes a coffee machine and microwave, and toiletries are self-service, which is quite nice and caters to Chinese tastes. However, explanations on how to use the facilities would be better. My colleague ate cold food on the first day because she didn't know the microwave could be used to heat it up, and she had some complaints."

Hotel near Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi/Akihabara/Kinshicho,Tokyo
Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo brings Hyatt’s lifestyle energy to Nihonbashi Kabutocho, a historic Tokyo district with a fresh creative spirit. Just a short walk from Tokyo Station, with easy access to Kayabacho and Nihonbashi stations, the hotel is a smart base for exploring Tokyo, Ginza and beyond. Instead of a traditional lobby, Talk Shop is an all-day neighborhood hangout for breakfast, coffee, casual meals, drinks and work. Guest rooms feature high ceilings, natural wood textures and local artwork, creating a stylish and comfortable Tokyo stay designed for today’s travelers.

"The hotel's cleanliness, service, and dining are all great, typical Hyatt quality. It's quite convenient with a subway station nearby. The only downside is its location right next to an elevated highway, which can be a bit noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. Apparently, king rooms are a bit better, but twin rooms are closer to the highway."

"The room size was just right for one person, and I could fully open my luggage. I particularly liked that the window could be opened for ventilation. However, it's quite a walk from the train station. On the other hand, all the front desk staff were wonderful and very friendly. I'd recommend bringing your own towels and toiletries."
