"There are two stations, Keisei Ueno and Keisei Ueno Minami, and I got them confused, but they were within walking distance and I was able to check in without any problems. It's a small hotel, so I often ended up sharing the elevator with men when coming back from the public bath. Breakfast was included, but the Japanese restaurant also serves Western food. I couldn't eat fried food in the morning, so I left more than half of it. I'm sorry."

"The overall price isn't cheap, but the facilities are very new and clean. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is definitely an issue, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. I tried everything on the breakfast menu, and every item was of good quality."

When staying at TORA HOTEL Kitashinjuku, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore Shinjuku Ward.

"Overall, it was clean and comfortable because it felt like home. It is about a 15-minute walk to Shinjuku Station, so the location seems good. However, it is a shame that extra towels cost 500 yen per person. You cannot even borrow a charger, so it is a different concept from a business hotel."

"It was better than I expected. The room size was decent for two people, and the beds were large enough to fit two people. I liked the bathroom layout, and having a washing machine and detergent made it convenient to do some light laundry and dry it on the terrace. Mita Station is a 10-minute walk away, but there is also a direct train to the airport. If I have the chance, I will stay here again. I recommend it."

"hotel location was great, easily access to shimbashi or ginza station. All staff at the hotel is helpful and accomodating. Amenities in room are changed and filled daily. Breakfast includes enough selections and changes menu twice a day. Might need to watch your waffles because other guest might just take it. Overall a very good hotel to stay at. BTW, donki is just beside the hotel and opens 24hrs."

"Lots of space compared to other hotels in the area, clean and comfy rooms with great facilities, and very, very friendly and helpful staff! Within walking distance from Suehirocho, Akihabara, and Okachimachi train stations, hence very easy to get around. Close to Akihabara manga fan shops, electronics stores, etc. Plenty of food options around as well. Similar to many other places in Tokyo, pay attention to where the entrance is located exactly since taxi drivers might get you to the street at the back of the building."

"This is a brand new hotel, and we were lucky enough to be among its first guests! uwu I was a bit apprehensive when booking because there were no reviews yet, but as soon as we arrived, the warm and welcoming service immediately put all my doubts to rest. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and it's very close to both the station and shopping areas. It's also far enough from the main road that it's completely quiet at night. The provided cutlery is comprehensive, and the kitchen utensils are even more complete than what we have at home, haha! Xiao Xin, one of the staff members, was incredibly enthusiastic, treated guests exceptionally well, and provided excellent service. Booking this hotel was truly great value for money, and we'll definitely be back next time! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
