"This is my third time staying at KOKO. The hotel is conveniently located near Nishi-Kasai Station, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of food options in the restaurant street near the station, plus 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores downstairs, which is really handy!"

"I had a great stay at 9Stay Ueno Iriya. The location is very convenient—just one metro stop from Ueno—making it easy to get around. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I can also feel that the owner has put real heart into preparing the space, from the thoughtful setup to the small details. The pre‑check‑in communication was clear, and the owner was responsive to all my questions. There’s no lift, but it wasn’t a problem for me. Overall, very good value for money."

"After getting off the plane, I took the Toei Asakusa Line to the hotel. Due to some AI misunderstanding, I thought it would be a quick walk, but it ended up taking almost 30 minutes. However, this allowed me to stumble upon the beautiful night views of Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree. The hotel itself was great overall, very clean, and the service was excellent. I really liked the self-service housekeeping option. For a short stay, you really don't need daily cleaning, and it saved me the hassle of telling the front desk not to clean or change the sheets every time, which I have to do at other hotels, usually specifying to just empty the trash and leave everything else untouched. This is also more environmentally friendly and less wasteful. On the last day, because I had an early flight, I booked a taxi for 5:30 AM, and it cost 2000 yen – a reference for future travelers. If you're a family of three, a room with one double bed and one tatami mat is perfectly sufficient. The mattress and pillows weren't too soft, so I slept very comfortably. Aside from the less-than-convenient transportation, everything else was excellent. If you're sensitive to noise when sleeping, this is a great choice; consider your daily commute a nice walk! By the way, if you go to the Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station, it's much faster, only about a ten-minute walk."

"Room maybe small for two but functional, recommend booking a room for individual if you want space Location is not the most ideal, but Asakusa station is a short enough walk, with more restaurants near Sensoji  Amenities are basic, contains coin laundry and dryer, communal microwave and vending machine. Free lounge at level 2 if you need to get work done or relax, free flow drinks in there until closing, just note there is no private booth for sensitive work"

"Pros: Great location, close to Kanda Station and convenience stores within walking distance. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and explained things well. However, there were quite a few guests who didn't follow the rules. Even after midnight, they would make a lot of noise without any consideration (snoring is understandable). There was absolutely no sense of wanting to be quiet, haha. It was amusing that there was a foreigner who would lock themselves in the shower room to have long phone conversations, with a loud voice too, and with their room door wide open, haha. Well, in the end... manners are important! Haha."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was clean, quiet, and really well maintained. There are actually two buildings under the same hotel name, about five minutes apart, so make sure you’re booked into Hotel 11‑1 or 11‑2 for the best experience. One really convenient feature is the laundry setup — you can wash your clothes in the machine, and then use the shower room as a drying space. It takes around eight hours, but it works well and saves you the trouble of finding a laundromat. The place has pretty much everything you need, making the stay super comfortable. I’d definitely consider coming back next time! ."

"loved this place! it was spacious, there were everything we needed including washing machine. it was really easy to check-in and the station was near to place. combini was in front of the building. and the interior is gorgeous!!"

"The building was new, so it was clean and comfortable, with a large refrigerator, microwave, and other amenities. We were traveling as a family of three, and it was nice to have three single beds. However, the beds were a bit creaky, which was a bit of a concern. Still, thanks to the great accommodations, we had a great trip!"
